As Specialist for HR operations you will work in a team with close colleagues and cooperation with stakeholders. You will lead all activities associated with resolving inquiries within the People & Culture operations scope of Inter IKEA Marketing & Communication, including setting up processes, resolving tasks, creating a monthly workflow. This role includes a development part as well, looking into the ways of working today and preparing for tomorrow.
This scope includes:
· Manage the administration of a wide range of operational tasks in different People & Culture processes and HR management systems (Workday & ServiceNow).
· Maintain HR systems, keeping them up-to-date with latest co-worker employment information, time-keeping/absence reports and salary changes, following the monthly payroll calendar and in collaboration with our Payroll service provider and other system suppliers.
· Secure operational success in compliance with labor laws, regulations & internal policies and taking actions in case of deviations.
· Co-ordinate and administrate various tasks in areas such as generation of documents, reports, certificates and archiving.
· Responsible for providing a broad range end-to-end P&C administrative services covering all aspects of the employer life cycle – from recruitment to exit.
· Give support to co-workers, managers and People & Culture colleagues in a wide range of People & Culture related topics.
· Continuously work with improvements of internal systems, digital solutions, processes and ways of working.
· Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values.
· Act as an Project Leader to develop the future ways of working

Job Description
Supplier capability development is a strategic effort to create a robust, reliable, and competitive supply base that can support our business objectives both now and in the future. The role as Engineering Manager is crucially important in leading and driving supplier capability development, securing the long-term business sustainability and success. This position operates on a strategic level for our suppliers’ capability development, where you will also contribute to our internal capability build up, with extra focus on our engineers’ group.
Additionally, you will:
Advance the Design for Manufacturing (including virtual prototyping) practices across our supplier base, enabling more efficient, cost-effective, and quality-driven manufacturing processes and better products.
Advance the capability and support from Development suppliers in the context of DNP and product documentation (CAD)
Leading upskill of enhanced process control at our suppliers to deliver long-term benefits to the supply chain's reliability and performance, directly contributing to better end-customer satisfaction.
Be a catalyst for accelerating automation using network of initiatives coupled with automation development capabilities in our Industry group.
Enhance the traceability and data quality by adopting GS1 standards across our supplier base. Ensuring that all suppliers are uniformly integrated within our system, leading to improved inventory management, traceability, and compliance.
Together with Range, lead the implementation of Product Lifecycle management at our suppliers.
Leadership in managing material resources within the organization.
Understand the challenges associated with effective material management including upskill of needed capabilities within the field, such as properties, appearances, and requirements.


Qualifications
Are you our next Engineering Manager? We are looking for you who has the ability to lead with a holistic view through people by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and Customer, Supplier, total IKEA and overall cost development in mind. Job Description
Why we need this role?­
PDP is so important for our long-term business success! We want to strengthen the Purchasing Development Process to continuously secure the right preconditions for an effective and efficient strategic business planning. Together, we will define the governance structure to enable continuous process improvement, renew relevant materials and tools, strengthen the competence development and PDP application across the organization. And that is where you come in!
As the PDP Program Leader, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and organizing purchasing development programs that establish sustainable ways of working across all Category Areas. Your role will involve extending support to the categories in their efforts to develop and execute the purchasing development process, while also contributing substantially to the creation of their strategic business plans, including agreed follow-up steps. In order to continuously improve the program framework, you as the PDP Program Leader will actively seek input from users, reference groups, and external benchmarks. Additionally, engaging with relevant stakeholders to provide insights, expertise, and mentorship will be a crucial aspect of securing continuous improvements on both the process and the program.
In this assignment you will also:
Be responsible for to anchor the Purchasing Development Process within the End to End Manage Business Planning process leaders.
Lead alignment of the PDP program with Supply and Range year cycles
Connect with a network of experts who will provide support regarding the methodology, process visualization, terminology on need basis.
Collect, capture, review and share good examples and best practices to secure knowledge sharing within the organisation.
Be responsible to maintain the process documents and secure that Purchasing Manual and other document are up to date and in accordance with decided process as well as communicating any process changes throughout the organisation.


Qualifications
As a PDP Program Leader, we see that you have extensive experience in leading business development, both on a strategic and operational level, from several industries. Where you have gained a great understanding of customer’s needs about purchasing and production. As a person you are curious about the outside world and good at identifying needs in strategic business development and translate them into actionable models/tools/inputs to category plans.
To shine in this role, we also see that you bring:
Expertise in project management and a good understanding of process development – to lead business development in combination with keeping engagement from stakeholders
Strong analytical skills – to set right priorities and strategic movements
