Who you are

We are looking for a Direct Tax manager to our office site KH in Älmhult. As a Direct tax manager, you will be a part of Finance Services department.

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
- A university degree in Tax Law or an equivalent degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the tax field from the Big 4 or an international corporation.
- Very good knowledge of especially Swedish, but also international, tax law.
- Specialisation in direct tax but you have also good knowledge within indirect tax.
- Good knowledge of accounting and legal principles.
- Proven strong analytical and numerical skills as well as general business/financial skills.
- Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

Your responsibilities
As Direct tax manager, you will support, guide, advise and monitor the Swedish Ingka Group companies in a pro-active way on Direct Tax matters.
Your main assignment will be to:
· Enable the business to comply with its direct tax responsibilities under a tax control framework.
· Maintain continuous contact with finance and accounting managers and other relevant internal and external parties to identify and quantify potential tax exposures, including giving input to Group Tax in NL, the Tax Council and/or Finance Committee.
· Share knowledge and best practices with relevant stakeholders.
· Identify the impact of international and local tax developments on the Swedish Ingka organisation, communicate the relevant developments to the stakeholders and determine which actions need to be undertaken.
· Lead in the implementation of changes to the structure or transactions.
· Be responsible in case of a tax audit in order to secure Ingka Group’s tax position and ensure that consistent and accurate information is provided to the tax authorities.
· Assist Accounting & Reporting in their direct tax reporting.
· Work closely together with our accounting specialists in tax matters.
· Ensure relevant tax competence, knowledge and awareness amongst team members and other relevant staff.
· In dialogue with accounting and finance colleagues, secure correct transfer pricing as well as TP documentation.
The Direct tax manager will be part of Finance Services at Ingka AB and has a strong cooperation with Group Finance and Tax in Netherlands which purpose is to provide expertise in Finance and Tax matters, balancing risks, and opportunities in the market, support the business in its growth, while ensuring a strong position as good corporate citizen.

We are now looking for a Superuser to our HR/Payroll system, GlobalView. As a Superuser you will be a part of Ingka AB´s HR support Centre in Älmhult.
About you

In your role, you are responsible for development, maintenance and support the Swedish IKEA companies in using our HR-system in the most efficient way. Examples of tasks:

• Manage and setup new legal entities, org. structures etc.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In your role, you are responsible for development, maintenance and providing support to the Swedish IKEA companies in your area. While your main responsibility is development, maintenance and support of current BI solution, you will also be involved in many other projects.
• Support HR tasks of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Delivery of business intelligence (BI) and insights from payroll system to end users.
• Database management.
• Qlik Sense project development, data visualisation and delivery of insights.
• General continuous process development internally within the team and function.
• Internal support in matters connected to IT and BI.
Within these areas, it is in the role of driving, developing the process and representing the Swedish organization in cooperation with IKEA's global HR and IT organizations. To your help, you have HRSC employees for the various sub-areas.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In your role, you are responsible for development, maintenance and support the Swedish IKEA companies in using our HR-system in the most efficient way. Examples of tasks:
*Payroll run in system.
*Work with improvement of existing processes and ways of working to ensure high quality.
* Testing of new and existing solutions.
*Manage and setup new legal entities, org. structures etc.
* Ensure correct reporting to tax authorities (Monthly tax statement)
*Together with finance, ensure correct mapping between payroll and finance system.
*Working with technical aspects from Swedish Labour Law
You will also be involved in many other projects, both on a local and global level, and in cooperation with IKEA's global HR and IT organizations develop the process and represent the Swedish organization. To your help, you have HRSC employees for the various sub-areas.

As a Visual Merchandiser / Activity Co-worker at IKEA Älmhult, the work involves a variation between planning and physically building up different types of store solutions.
You will help make IKEA the first choice for home furnishings for our current and future customers by:
• Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people’s life at home.
• Demonstrating the uniqueness of the IKEA product range through your visual merchandising competence and display techniques to distance us from the competition.
• Working with limited range collections to inspire customers to visit the IKEA store more frequently.
• Engaging others through the ability to visualize and present a commercial idea.
• Actively working with layout as a commercial tool to secure sales steering and the customer flow through the store.

DINA DAGLIGA UPPGIFTER

På Customer Support Centre (CSC) tar du hand om kunderna via telefon, mail, chatt, och via sociala medier. Kunden kan både handla, reklamera, få tag på reservdelar, göra reklamationer ja i princip samma saker som man kan göra på ett varuhus. Vi är omkring 400 anställda och några av våra kollegor sitter inte här i Älmhult utan finns i Helsingborg. På CSC har vi varierande arbetstider och arbetar både på vardagar, kvällar och helger. Vi erbjuder både tillsvidaretjänster på hel- deltid samt semestervikariat på både hel- och deltid med chans till förlängning på ett mindre kontrakts mått i höst. Startdatum för samtliga anställningar är från v.20.


På vår distributionscentral (DC) hanterar vi MÅNGA varor. Det mesta hanteras med truck på lastpallar och kommer från våra fabriker till distributionscentralen för att sedan fördelas ut till alla våra varuhus. Ett krav för att jobba här är att du har ett giltigt körkort, truckutbildning får du av oss. Vi kör också lastbil med gods mellan våra olika byggnader så om du har ett CE-kort är det ett stort plus. På DC har verksamheten dygnet runt, där majoriteten av våra medarbetare arbetar i olika skift mellan 06:00-23:00. Tjänsterna i sommar varierar i sysselsättningsgrad från 71% - 100%. Anställningen varar v 25-34, truckutbildningen erbjuds tidigare under våren.


Att arbeta på våra IKEA varuhus kan innebära alltifrån att ta emot godsleveranser, truckkörning, fylla på varor på hyllorna till att hjälpa en kund med deras specifika heminredningsbehov. Det kan också vara att servera köttbullar till en hungrig kund i restaurangen eller att ge ett bra sista intryck när kunden betalar sina varor i kassan och lämnar varuhuset. I varuhuset har vi varierande arbetstider och arbetar både på vardagar, kvällar och helger mellan 05-19.30 I sommar ligger våra kontrakt på 31 timmar/v. Du blir erbjuden 10 veckor (v. 24-33).

Finance Services söker nu efter en team manager som älskar att arbeta Tillsammans för att säkerställa god servicenivå och hög kvalitet i varje uppdrag. Du som person drivs utav målsättningen att få dina medarbetare, dig själv och ditt team att växa. För att lyckas i din roll behöver du vara en god kommunikatör, så det faller dig naturligt att skapa och upprätthålla nära samarbeten gentemot både kunder och olika intressenter. Människor i din närhet beskriver dig som lyhörd och en problemlösare, vilket i praktiken innebär att du behöver ha förmågan att snabbt kunna omprioritera och resursfördela för att på bästa sätt säkerställa teamets totala leverans. Du är genomdrivande i ditt arbetssätt och strävar efter att bygga team där öppenhet och kommunikation är viktiga byggstenar. Vidare ser du dig själv som en del av teamet och leder dina medarbetare med entusiasm och tillsammansanda.


För att lyckas i rollen, söker vi dig som har:
• Några års erfarenhet av praktiskt ledarskap, vilket innebär kunskapen att utveckla människor, ge stöd, feedback samt coaching till andra.
• Utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet inom redovisning och-/eller finans.
• Förmågan att kommunicera både på svenska och engelska.


DITT ANSVAR
Som team manager på Finance Services kommer ditt uppdrag huvudsakligen att innefatta följande uppgifter:
• Som ambassadör för IKEA och Finance Services leder du både affären och människorna med kunden i fokus. Det innebär att du säkerställer och ansvarar för leverans av god kvalitet och service enligt gemensamma mål.
• Ansvarig för budget och uppföljning.
• Definiera mål och handlingsplan tillsammans med ditt team, med Ingka ABs affärsplan som bas.
• Utveckla verksamheten och uppmuntra till ständiga förbättringar av processer och uppgifter.
• Anpassa, implementera samt utveckla effektiva och kostnadsmedvetna arbetsrutiner.
• Leda samt utveckla medarbetare genom vår IKEA kultur och våra värderingar.
• Genomföra regelbundna jobchats samt säkerställa årliga utvecklingsplaner och uppföljningar.
• Identifiera talanger och tillhandahålla successionsplaner för ditt team och om resursbehov uppstår, driva samt genomföra diverse rekryteringsprocesser.


Du kommer att rapportera till Accounting & Reporting manager. Positionen är tillfällig och vikariatet löper mellan januari 2021 - april 2022.

IKEA AB levererar service- och kompetensrelaterade tjänster inom HR, Facility, Meeting och Finance. Vi gör det möjligt för övriga IKEA bolag att fokusera på sin kärnverksamhet. Detta är vårt bidrag till IKEAs framgång och en bättre vardag för de många människorna. Med affärsutveckling och kompetensutveckling som nyckelord är IKEA AB ett växande bolag. Idag är vi cirka 250 medarbetare i Älmhult – hjärtat av IKEA. Vi har även verksamhet i Helsingborg.


Den centrala finansfunktionen, Finance Services, levererar finansrelaterade tjänster till Ingka bolagen i Sverige. Vi är ca 35 medarbetare och erbjuder tjänster inom bland annat: redovisning, likviditetshantering, kund- och leverantörsfakturor samt support i IKEAs finansiella system.
