Job Description
We are now looking for a Junior Logistics operations coordinator to our client in Älmhult. This is a great opportunity for you who have recently graduated from your studies in logistics. To work inside the logistics operations team booking transports to their stores, DC and other companies based on the order that are being placed. Depending on workload in different areas - the team (with the deputy logistics operations manager in lead) will lead and delegate the tasks that you should perform.

The tasks will mainly consist of:
• Booking and handle orders from their warehouse to existing units (systems M3 and Unifaun)
• Booking and handle orders directly from their supplier to existing units (including orders to their warehouse).
• Work in internal freight control systems to validate prices of shipments
• Case handling system administration.
• Invoicing transports to their units.
• Ensure transport bookings are made in time and that goods is being picked up in time.
