W5 Solutions utvecklar och levererar avancerade system inom kraftförsörjning, simulering och energilösningar till kunder inom försvars- och myndighetssektorn. Varje uppdrag är kundanpassat. Varje leverans ska fungera i praktiken, i verkligheten och över tid.

Projekt som kräver mer än bara planering

Inom Power arbetar omkring 100 medarbetare, där utveckling, produktion, test och slutleverans finns nära varandra. Det skapar korta beslutsvägar, men ställer också krav på tydligt ledarskap i projekten.

Som senior projektledare ansvarar du för genomförandet av våra kundprojekt inom exempelvis elverk, batterisystem, laddare och simulatorlösningar. Du leder tvärfunktionella team bestående av ingenjörer, inköp, produktion och andra specialister. Rollen är både teknisk och affärsmässig.

– ”Vi söker inte någon som bara administrerar en tidplan. Vi söker en lagkapten. En person som tar ansvar för leveransen, för dialogen med kunden och för att projektet når sina mål – hela vägen i hamn”, fortsätter Niklas.

Ett ansvar som märks

Rollen innebär ett tydligt kommersiellt ansvar. Du arbetar aktivt med uppföljning av budget, prognoser och marginaler. Samtidigt är du en naturlig samordnare internt, den som skapar struktur, prioriterar och håller ihop helheten när komplexiteten ökar. Du driver projekten från uppstart till avslut. Säkerställer att kravbilden är tydlig. Följer upp ekonomi, resurser och risker. Och ser till att leveransen håller rätt kvalitet, i rätt tid.

Metodiken finns på plats. Verktygen likaså. Men W5 välkomnar projektledare som vill bidra till att utveckla arbetssätt och processer ytterligare.

- Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
- Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska.
- B-körkort då tjänsteresor kan förekomma.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från försvarsindustrin eller arbete med komplexa system, innehållande avancerade el och elektroniklösningar.

Supply Data and Technology is part of Supply Chain Development. In this team, we are working to manage the Ivalua platforms. Qualifications

About You:

Experience with Unreal and/or Unity and/or native IOS/Android 3D development. Experience with mobile application development and deployment.
Programming skills building applications communicating with back-ends and building applications of interactive worlds using game engines and 3D Graphics. Good knowledge of at least 2 different core programming languages such as C#, Python, C++ or JavaScript

Developing reporting and analytics capabilities across the Supply Area organisation utilizing Inter IKEA’s modern data & analytics platform.
Setting up and mentoring a digital/Power BI Super User community within the Supply Area by providing trainings, co-development and guidance, showcasing new BI functionalities by creating proof of concepts and giving support needed to get the team up to speed.
Support with development of common Power BI reports, to standardize, boost productivity, better interpret data, improve analysis and insights to SA stakeholders.
Developing a structure for how to work with data and analytics within the Supply Areas, trouble shooting of data-related issues and governance of reports and data sources.
Securing compliance with our data security rules and setting up appropriate governance.
Collaborating with Supply Area stakeholders to understand their data needs
Be an active member of Finance Performance & Operations Matrix but also working closely with the other Supply Area matrices.

We are looking for someone to lead the Range Data Privacy agenda in connection with the Inter IKEA Group approach for Data Privacy, which shall empower core business Range. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans.
