Job Description
As Solution Architect within Capability Area Logistics and Fulfillment, you will be part of a digital product team where Agile principles lay as a foundation for how we do our development. We develop our business through processes, data, people and technology. All these aspects need to be considered in an End-to-End context where you protect the integrity of the digital product from an architectural aspect.
You will work with digital products within Customs area but belonging to a Competence Development Hub.

The assignment will include:
Responsible for detailing IT functional and non-functional requirements for given business requirements in the business solution delivery process, incl. support with clarifying business requirements.
Secure that IT solutions fulfil the agreed functional and non-functional business requirements.
Secure, develop and review high-level design. Approve low-level design of the implementation of a business transformation with an IT component to support running business, provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition.
Govern that the design of the solutions conforms to the solution architecture and is efficient, meet business requirements and based on a holistic architecture.
Is responsible for securing the architecture vision and goals of the Customs area in the solution architecture and system development process.
In a close dialog with stakeholders create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current state, future state, and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of business solutions.
In close collaboration with Enterprise Architects lead solution activities within the capability area, establish solution/infrastructure design in accordance with the architecture and provide technology advice.

The Team
The Spatial Computing Team drives the digital innovation work in the spatial computing area for all IKEA companies. We are looking for a Research Engineer with knowledge of Spatial Computing / XR Development. In this position you will use your technical expertise to find, explore, evaluate and transfer innovation insights. You are someone with an innovative mind and lateral thinking. Someone who thinks virtual worlds are cool but helping real people is even better. You know why robots and pie go well together and why point clouds on a sunny day don't matter at all.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Explore and evaluate new technology and its possibility to improve IKEA customer and co-worker experience
Develop real-time 3D applications to serve as inspiring proof of concepts
Collaborate with external experts and innovators in explorations of technical solutions
Collect and share expertise with IKEA stakeholders



About you
The person we're looking for is someone passionate about the future of 3D graphics. A person who wants to use game engine for more than just for games. Someone who likes the idea of conceptualizing the utopian future of the digital - human interfaces, to interact with people in a more natural way than ever before. Someone who thinks Swedish meatballs have the potential to taste even better in mixed reality. We're looking for a person who can break down high-level concepts like these and explore them singlehandedly or as part of a team.


To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:


Background in real-time 3D graphics with deep interest in the future of Real Time Graphics (VR/MR/AR).
Understanding of graphics pipelines related to real-time 3D environments.
Passion for how sound and audio design and haptics can be used to elevate immersive experiences
Experience with Unreal and/or Unity and/or native IOS/Android 3D development and/or Web based 3D engines
Experience with mobile application development and deployment.
Programming skills building applications communicating with back-ends and building applications of interactive worlds using game engines and 3D Graphics.
Good knowledge of at least 2 different core programming languages such as C,C#, Python, C++ or JavaScript
You'll have a passion for sharing the knowledge you've acquired, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to formulate new ideas surrounding technological innovations.
Ability to discuss problems with program code examples.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience developing solutions alongside other teammates.

We are looking for someone to lead the Range Data Privacy agenda in connection with the Inter IKEA Group approach for Data Privacy, which shall empower core business Range. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities for the role:
Lead the procurement activities for capital expenditure projects, including negotiating contracts and internal requirements
Identifying and engaging with innovative suppliers that can provide cutting-edge solutions, manage supplier relationships and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality deliverables,
Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineering teams and suppliers to identify synergies across the organization and develop modular & scalable solutions
Develop procurement strategies and ensure project timelines and budgetary goals are achieved,

Qualifications


Senior technical commodity experience in the area of indirect spend within an manufacturing and/or production automation environment

Effectively navigate the complexities of the modern manufacturing environment.
You know economics and finance – Understanding of company financials: cash flow, P&L, income statements and cost breakdowns.
Passion for business and the end-goal – Both will come in handy when negotiating with suppliers, where you are to be strict but fair. A solution-oriented person, concentrating on problem solving the regular business issues. Proven ability to drive cost savings initiatives at local and global level and to implement changes and improvements to existing business processes

Om tjänsten

Du kommer att arbeta med utveckling, förvaltning och drift av socialförvaltningens verksamhetssystem bland annat Lifecare, Intraphone och vår del av systemet för Stratsys. Systemen har många användare och används i hela förvaltningen. Du arbetar nära våra verksamheter för att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt och omsätta förbättringar i vår digitala miljö.

I rollen kommer du att: 

• Säkerställa och kartlägga att våra system används effektivt och tillförlitligt.
• Felsöka och konfigurera i systemen samt planera för löpande uppdateringar.
• Delta i utvecklingsaktiviteter och införandeprojekt tillsammans med leverantörer och förvaltningens verksamheter.
• Stötta våra användare med dokumentation, information, utbildning och löpande support och avstämningar med verksamheterna och leverantörer.
• Framtagande och rapportering av statistik.

The assignment will include:
Responsibility for detailing IT functional and non-functional requirements for given business requirements in the business solution delivery process, incl. support with clarifying business requirements if needed.
Secure that IT solutions fulfil the agreed functional and non-functional business requirements.
Secure, develop and review high-level design. Approve low-level design of the implementation of a business transformation with an IT component to support running business, provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition.
Govern that the design of the solutions conforms to the solution architecture and is efficient, meet business requirements and based on a holistic architecture.
Responsibility for securing the architecture vision and goals of the Customs area in the solution architecture and system development process.
In a close dialog with stakeholders create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current state, future state, and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of business solutions.

Job Description
We are now looking for a Project Leader in Data & Technology within Supply Chain Development at IKEA Supply. You will be responsible for leading and driving one or more projects, delivering on transformational processes and digital initiatives in IKEA Supply.
