In Range Operations, we manage and lead the central Data & Analytics team, driving collaboration, technical excellence, and data-driven decision-making across Core Business Range and IKEA. Your new job
We’re looking for a Data Product Leader who wants to solve complex, real-world problems to make life at home simpler. Join us on our journey as we level up our technology to enhance everyday experiences. Your primary focus will be on establishing and managing data products and lifecycle processes to maximize their value for IKEA, and you’ll report to the Data & Analytics Manager. The impact of your work will touch homes and hearts around the world. On a typical day, you will:
Support the establishment of data products and a lifecycle process to maximize the connected value
Support initiatives in the Data space in order to maximize the value delivered
Manage data assets to maximize their value for IKEA
Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing of data products and their value
Ensure quality and consistency by supporting the use of relevant development techniques, digital frameworks, and best practices
Ensure that the insights and conclusions from data products are easily available to other parts of the organization
Support a culture of data-driven decision making across IKEA organizations
Work closely together with data scientists, data engineers, architects, analysts, peers, and other relevant roles across IKEA as well as in your team



What we’d like you to bring to the table
The role as a Data Product Leader requires you to have:
Extensive experience in Product Ownership /Management in a complicated landscape focusing on Data and Analytics
Taking ownership of data products and optimizing and managing a data landscape.
Experience in indirect leading and steering a product team focusing on Data and Analytics
Experience with deriving value from data by creating data assets, integrations, data as a service or improving data quality
Experience from modern development techniques such as Agile methodologies and DevOps
Strategic thinking and great data storyteller-skills
Good analytical skills combined with being structured and organised
Good interpersonal communication skills: active listning, coaching, and facilitating.


It’s a plus if you also have:
Experience in designing creative solutions to your colleague's data needs
Ability to determine large and small opportunities where data products (existing and not yet existing) could help the organization to better reach its goals and work in a more efficient way
Ability to naturally and effectively communicate, collaborate, network, and build relationships across a complex organization.
Work with technology as a business tool and translate requirements into solutions, balancing user experience, business needs and IT constraints.
Ability to balance several stakeholders and agendas simultaneously

In the role as Supply Area Digital Deployment Leader, you will have the important assignment to proactively lead the digital agenda within Supply Areas. The aim with your work is to implement and apply digital technologies to improve performance and quality, reduce manual work and increase efficiency to meet today’s and tomorrow’s business needs. You will work in a very global and dynamic environment collaborating with many stakeholders both within the Supply Area functions (Finance Performance & Operations, Workplace Operations, People & Culture, Communication, Quality and Sustainability) but also across the IKEA value-chain and by this, build strong relationships and find better ways forward – together.
This role will also include, but not be limited to:
Developing reporting and analytics capabilities across the Supply Area organisation utilizing Inter IKEA’s modern data & analytics platform.

Qualifications

You have the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level, but you also enjoy working hands-on when needed. You have solid IT skills, a genuine interest in modern tools and technologies and excellent knowledge in PowerBI and know how to work with data modelling and report development.
Additionally, you have:?

Job Description
As a Test leader you will be responsible
You will secure alignment and close cooperation with Intelligent Automation development teams.
More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:
Ensure IA Test capabilities and capacity
Develop and lead test methodologies and common ways of working

The new platform is the sweet spot between the traditional data warehouse and our frontend visualisation tools, including QlikView and Qlik Sense. You will work in a highly collaborative team to devise solutions to real business problems, bringing your skills and ideas into every discussion.


As a Data Engineer you will:
• Responsible for all aspects of collecting, integrating, data modelling, and processing advanced analytics data
• Transform data into analysable format (ETL), securing the data is delivering the defined benefits to the business
• Design, develop, test, and sustain infrastructures for data sourcing, maintenance, generation and sharing
• Drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve data quality and implement signals for data drifting and model decay
• Provide APIs to enable easy and standardized sharing and access of data
• Provide SME expertise and operational know-how to support projects and solutions with conversion of data related business requirements into data architectures and technical solutions
• Responsible for solution compliance with rules and standards (e.g. information security), legal and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to relevant delivery process standards
• Document and make the operational know-how of the data infrastructure and engineering solutions available for the IKEA ecosystem and ensure awareness around available data
• Leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery
• Ensure cost conscious and maintainable solutions


Qualifications
We believe our next colleague have vast experience in , Docker, Kubernetes, Python for advanced analytics as well as machine learning, data implementation projects on-premises, in the cloud and in hybrid setups. 


If you have worked with Teradata vantage/aster, spark, databricks, Oracle, Nifi, Kylo, Seldon, Kong or other modern open source tools for integration, data management, you have an advantage.


It’s likely that you’ve previously worked as a data engineer, data scientist, solution owner or similar.

Har representerat kundsidan ett flertal gånger i samband med "breda" ERP-implementationer. Det räcker således inte att ha med sig erfarenhet från leverantörssidan.

Är en "doer", dvs. inte endast en administrativ projektledare. Vi förutsätter att du är praktiskt lagd och kan tänka dig att "hoppa in" där det behövs för att stötta processägare och projektdeltagare.

Har erfarenhet av och stor förståelse för de samband som finns mellan processer, bas- och masterdata, tester etc. i en typisk "bred" ERP-implementation och kan därför ta dig an och sätta en logisk och heltäckande detaljplanering och uppföljning av projektet.
