Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetschef för Norden har du ett övergripande ansvar för att säkerställa att våra produkter, processer och verksamheter uppfyller gällande krav inom kvalitet, hållbarhet och regulatoriska regelverk. Du leder det operativa kvalitetsarbetet på vår anläggning i Diö och stöttar samtidigt våra säljbolag i Sverige, Norge och Danmark.
Rollen innebär både strategiskt arbete och närvaro i den dagliga verksamheten, där du tillsammans med tre medarbetare i ditt team driver utveckling och förbättringar framåt. Du ingår i den lokala ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till VP Global Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
* Säkerställa och vidareutveckla kvalitetsledningssystemet samt driva kontinuerliga förbättringar
* Planera och genomföra interna och externa revisioner
* Hantera och följa upp kvalitetsavvikelser, reklamationer och CAPA-aktiviteter
* Stötta säljorganisationerna vid kundrevisioner och anbudskrav kopplade till kvalitet och hållbarhet* Utveckla och implementera Invacares hållbarhetsstrategi, inklusive miljömässiga, sociala och etiska aspekter (ESG)
* Representera Invacare Norden i centrala kvalitets- och hållbarhetsforum
Tjänsten innebär regelbundna, men inte alltför frekventa, resor inom Norden - samt vid behov även till andra enheter eller leverantörer internationellt.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en trygg, kommunikativ och strukturerad ledare med erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom tillverkning, lager eller distribution. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera strategi och praktiskt genomförande, och du har ett naturligt driv att skapa engagemang kring kvalitet och hållbarhet.

Vi ser att du har:
* Minst 5 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll inom industri, produktion eller logistik.
* Goda kunskaper om ISO-standarder, särskilt ISO 14001 (krav) och gärna ISO 13485 (meriterande).
* Erfarenhet av ESG- och hållbarhetsarbete är meriterande.
* Relevant högskoleutbildning inom teknik, produktion eller kvalitet.* Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav.
* God administrativ förmåga och vana att arbeta i Excel och olika system.

As Category Manager at IKEA Components, your main responsibility is to establish and develop a high performing and diverse supplier base which can meet the future needs of our business and customers.
You will develop and implement the Category three-year business plan in line with the IKEA strategic direction to create competitive advantages for IKEA and deliver excellent results. Om tjänsten
Som biträdande verksamhetschef på HVB har du ett övergripande ansvar för att planera, leda och följa upp vården och behandlingen av ungdomar placerade hos oss. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med ungdomarna, deras nätverk, socialtjänsten och övriga aktörer runt individen. Du arbetar nära verksamhetens föreståndare och är en nyckelperson i utvecklingen av verksamheten. Rollen innebär både operativa och strategiska arbetsuppgifter, och ger goda möjligheter att växa inom organisationen. Som biträdande verksamhetschef förväntas du även kunna vikariera för föreståndaren vid semester och ledighet.

- Vana vid social dokumentation och journalföring
- God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift
- B-körkort

Job Description
As the Material Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical and quality strategy work
and secure execution in the categories business teams. Lead and ensure the execution of a prioritized portfolio of material and innovation projects delivering to IKEA material directions and overall strategies within your area. Prioritize the projects within the Material and Innovation portfolio in alignment with the governance of the Material direction and the Range Area needs.
Responsible for leading, managing and developing the teams.

Job Description


As Production Leader you will:
Plan and?lead a wide range of product- and range communication development projects for IKEA, from creation to delivery. Taking end-to-end responsibility of the Creation-, Production- and delivery-phases, as required by the project/assignment brief, using the most relevant and effective production methods available.
Onboard all members of the production team, securing clarity in process, defined milestones, expected results, ways of working, roles and responsibilities.
Evaluate which production method is best suited for the project and plan, accordingly, aiming for efficiencies and productivity at lowest cost and highest quality throughout the process.
Plan and secure resources, location and budget; keeping track of all budgeting, invoicing, purchasing, contracts and related documentation throughout production.
Manage external assets when needed, such as creation- and production companies, models and/or locations, incl. legal requirements.
Act on any key issues or risks that may affect stakeholder agreements (cost, quality or time), maintaining a continuous dialogue of the project status, changing prerequisites, deviations and end-result expectations.
Secure the delivery of the communication assets within agreed time and budget frames on the defined platforms and channels.
Be a source of inspiration; challenge and support the teams in various production methods for all channels, images; photo and 3D, as well as motion media.
Actively?challenge?and?spot potential improvements?related?to ways of working, methods and tools.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you need:
Experience in planning and executing creation & production of brand, product and/or range communication.
Experience in successfully managing and executing multiple streams of production flows and processes.
Extensive knowledge in 3D(CGI) and motion media within omnichannel platforms.
Experience leading creative individuals & multicultural teams; directing, motivating, guiding, and managing people to work better together and deliver to production goals.
Able to bring focus during production peaks, managing priorities in changing conditions, expectations and timeframes.
Able to secure budget, cost control & cost reduction throughout the process, achieving lower costs and higher production efficiency.

Som Platschef på STAPPERT har du ett helhetsansvar för företagets lagerverksamhet, som omfattar kapning, plock och pack samt in- och utleverans. *Teknisk och materiell hantering - Säkerställa professionellt underhåll av utrustning och effektiv lagerhantering.
*Kvalitet och säkerhet - Genomföra kvalitetskontroller i samråd med Kvalitetschef, hantera arbetsmiljöfrågor och säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar och myndighetskrav.
*Kostnadskontroll - Ansvara för budgetering, kostnadsberäkningar och effektiv hantering av förbrukningsmaterial.
*Samverkan och utveckling - Arbeta nära Kvalitetschef och VD för att driva förbättringsprojekt och stödja kvalitetsrevisioner enligt ISO-standarder.

Som Platschef är du en del av företagets ledningsgrupp och rapporterar direkt till VD. Du leder ett team på 10 medarbetare och arbetar nära teamet i det dagliga arbetet, där du bidrar med både strategiskt ledarskap och operativt engagemang.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en modig och engagerad ledare med gedigen erfarenhet av arbete inom lager eller distribution. Du har en god förståelse för logistikflöden och produktionsplanering. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha dokumenterad ledarskapserfarenhet och en naturlig förmåga att motivera, skapa engagemang och bidra till medarbetares utveckling.
Som person är du strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad, med ett starkt fokus på att förbättra och effektivisera processer. Samtidigt värdesätter du samarbete och engagemang och vet hur man skapar en positiv arbetskultur, även i utmanande situationer.

About the role
The role of the Finance Manager will very much be to continue the change journey and strengthen the competitiveness of the plant in Älmhult through close cooperation , benchmark with other production units and digital transformation. · Monthly analysis of financial output and corrective actions

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills who has experience from global manufacturing industries. Du ansvarar för att ELMEs tekniska kundsupport och uppstart i fält håller hög standard och möter kundernas efterfrågan. Det innebär också att ha personalansvar för och arbetsplanering av ELME Product Support Technicians.

Älmhult is on its way to becoming a global destination for design. The Museum of Furniture Studies, the acclaimed institution founded by architects Kersti Sandin and Lars Bülow, has been acquired by IKEA Älmhult AB. Soon, one of the most comprehensive furniture collections in Northern Europe will re-launch in the southern Swedish province of Småland with a mission of inspiring and educating students and young professionals in the field of architecture, design and crafts. Job Description
The Museum of Furniture Studies Manager will establish The Museum of Furniture Studies in Älmhult and online, ensuring its attractiveness and contribution to Älmhult as a global design destination.
You will make sure that we develop and secure a unique experience through a constantly developing offer with exhibitions, seminars, education, trainings, workshops and more.
You will be responsible of securing running operations of The Museum of Furniture Studies, safeguarding a unique and relevant experience for all visitors (online and offline) at all times. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som Enhetschef för ett särskilt boende kommer du att ha en central roll i att utveckla och driva vår verksamhet framåt. Ditt ledarskap kommer att vara både operativt och strategiskt. Du har ansvar för att skapa en struktur som stödjer både verksamhetens mål och dina medarbetares välmående. Tillsammans med ditt team leder du arbetet mot att ge våra äldre en trygg och meningsfull tillvaro. I denna tjänst är du inte bara enhetschef på ett särskilt boende, utan också en form av resurschef, vilket innebär att du stöttar verksamheterna inom vård och omsorg vid tillfälliga förändringar och utmaningar.

Du kommer att ingå i en sammansvetsad ledningsgrupp, som leds av verksamhetschefen och där du samarbetar med andra enhetschefer inom olika områden som hemtjänst, hemsjukvård, rehab och demensvård. Tillsammans driver ni verksamheten framåt och ser till att skapa en modern och hållbar verksamhet. Till stöd i ditt dagliga arbete finns bland annat MAS/MAR, SAS, verksamhetsutvecklare, HR-specialist, demenssjuksköterska och controller.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du är en trygg ledare som både kan fatta beslut och ge tydlig återkoppling, men också skapa utrymme för att medarbetare ska kunna växa och utvecklas i sitt arbete. Genom ett coachande ledarskap bygger du en kultur av förtroende och gemenskap, där alla känner sig värdefulla och engagerade.

Du har ett stort engagemang för digitalisering och välfärdsteknik och är bekväm med att arbeta i digitala system. Du behärskar svenska både muntligt och skriftligt och har körkort. Vi söker dig som har en relevant högskoleexamen och gärna erfarenhet av att leda inom vård och omsorg. Om du har en bakgrund som sjuksköterska, fysioterapeut eller arbetsterapeut är det meriterande, men din förmåga att driva förändring och skapa resultat är det som kommer att vara avgörande för din framgång i rollen. Vidare trivs du med att arbeta både självständigt och i nära samarbete med andra.  

Vi arbetar med chef i beredskap där vi tillsammans säkerställer att verksamheten fungerar även på kvällar, nätter och helger, enligt rullande schema.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en modig och engagerad ledare med gedigen erfarenhet av arbete inom lager eller distribution. Du har en god förståelse för logistikflöden och produktionsplanering. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha dokumenterad ledarskapserfarenhet och en naturlig förmåga att motivera, skapa engagemang och bidra till medarbetares utveckling.
Som person är du strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad, med ett starkt fokus på att förbättra och effektivisera processer. Samtidigt värdesätter du samarbete och engagemang och vet hur man skapar en positiv arbetskultur, även i utmanande situationer.

Kvalifikationer:
God kunskap inom lagerhållning och distribution.
Dokumenterad ledarerfarenhet.
God dator- och systemvana
Erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera strukturer och processer som effektivt stödjer verksamheten i att nå sina mål.
Erfarenhet från stålindustrin och tidigare personalansvar är meriterande för tjänsten.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker en enhetschef till socialförvaltningens individ- och familjeomsorg. Ansvarsområdet omfattar  socialtjänstens öppenvård, Stödenheten, som riktar sig till barn, ungdomar och vuxna. Verksamheten erbjuder bland annat samtalsstöd, behandling, föräldrakurs och gruppverksamhet. Stödenheten ansvarar även för förebyggande och uppsökande arbete i samarbete med andra aktörer som till exempel skola, fritidsgård och polis. Inom enheten ingår även Familjecentralen och fältverksamhet. 

I din roll som enhetschef har du personal-, budget-, arbetsmiljö- och verksamhetsansvar. Din uppgift blir att planera, leda, och följa upp verksamheten. Som chef kommer du vara den person som leder och möjliggör utveckling av både verksamhet och medarbetare.
