You will also be responsible for leading the creation of the HFB Tactical & Operational Sales plan including goals and movements, price and volume.

Your assignment will also include:
•    Give input to resource planning for Sales specialist in the development teams
•    Secure that range principles are reflecting the market relevancy and growth plan contributing to create Range principles & Portfolio
•    Be responsible for expansion input to the Range portfolio and tactical Sales plan (new countries, new franchisees, new touch points etc.)
•    Be responsible for all sales components of the Project brief (scopes) including cost to serve implication (services, packaging, assembly...)
•    Be responsible for securing those Market & competitive insights are incorporated into the Range portfolio and project scopes
•    Manage and support the Meeting the Customer specialists in the development

This role reports to the BA Sales Manager.
