Your new job
As a Product Requirement Engineer, you’ll play an important part in the team and will translate customer expectations on our products into technical requirements. Your primary focus will be to identify and develop product requirements that will make our products sustainable, safe, and sellable on all our markets, and loved by our customers.
As Product Requirement Engineer you will work in the product development team as the requirement specialist. You will also create a strong relationship with the Requirement development department and as well as engineers from the purchasing organization to secure an understanding of the product requirements and successful implementation. You will have a good knowledge of IKEA specifications, standards, and test methods relevant for the product areas you are responsible for.

Take responsibility to develop and communicate with stakeholders Ikea products documentation-the base of our contract agreement with suppliers
Develop product requirements for sustainable, safe and functional products and identify and connect to product legal and market specific requirements
Order product samples, organize testing, evaluate as per requirements and share feedback of product samples during development or 0-series production phases of development process.
Participate in team meetings where progress of product development process is tracked.

What we’d like you to bring to the table
You probably have a University Degree in Textile Engineering and a couple of years of experience working with product development and/or creating and documenting product requirements. In the product requirement engineering field, you are regarded as experienced with the ability to lead yourself, take responsibility, and drive initiatives from start to finish. You have good analytical skills and a high ability to administrate large amounts of data, see patterns and apply best practices. You have a passion for sharing knowledge and the ability to explain complex matters in an easy way. You have good skills to plan, prioritize, execute and follow up work tasks as per deadlines.

The accounting department at IKEA of Sweden support several Inter IKEA companies both within and outside Sweden with Accounting services. You will be a part of the team that provide support related to the Accounts Payable (AP) process and responsible for that all invoices are processed in a proper and timely way, according to global or local guidelines and routines.

We are looking for a CG Post Producer/Coordinator with solid CG animation production experience. Your goal is to deliver outstanding results that align with IKEA's high standards of quality.?In this role you will provide essential support across CG animation projects, ensuring a streamlined workflow that aligns with IKEA’s standards for quality, timelines and budget. Acting as a central contact and close partner to Production Leaders and Producers. You will bring valuable insights on CG production processes and maintaining smooth collaboration across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and secure implementation of the newly set CG animation workflow across projects.
Support the creation of timelines for each stage of the production process, resource planning and allocation.
Raise awareness around necessary pre-conditions to be able to meet timeline and budget standards.
Address deviations in scope and timeline between different competencies.
Secure clear communication to ensure transparency and team alignment.
Coach and mentor around structure and planning.
Ensure all essential elements are in place for a streamlined post-production process.
Oversee the final delivery process, making sure all assets are delivered to clients.
Manage archival and asset organizations for future reference or reuse.
Act as a go-to support during ongoing projects, ready to assist with technical or structural challenges as they occur.

Qualifications and skills
5+ years of experience in CG animation production, with a focus on production management, resource planning, and scheduling.
Extensive knowledge of CG animation pipelines and VFX techniques.
Knowledge in software’s like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve.
Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead effectively.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build networks and collaborate effectively across disciplines
Ability to coach and mentor team members, helping others to grow and elevate skills and proficiency within CG production
Passion for improving ways of working and finding better solutions.
Fluid English both in written language and spoken.

As Production Leader you will:
Plan and?lead a wide range of product- and range communication development projects for IKEA, from creation to delivery. Taking end-to-end responsibility of the Creation-, Production- and delivery-phases, as required by the project/assignment brief, using the most relevant and effective production methods available.
Onboard all members of the production team, securing clarity in process, defined milestones, expected results, ways of working, roles and responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who has good knowledge in CAD and 3D Computer Graphics, 3D modelling and rendering. You need experience from working in Solid Works, CLO3D, Blender or other free form modelling applications.


You have a good understanding of product and furniture construction in general, and of textile construction (Including pattern construction, notches, trims, hardware, stitching, zippers, piping etc.) in particular. It is a plus if you have experience from working with suppliers and manufacturers and have a good understanding on how to take measurements of both hard and soft products.
