What you do as a?Marketing & Communication Communicator
You develop strong communication for our range while also supporting communication topics to improve the quality of our consumer facing communication as well as our ways of working in the team.
You will:
Analyze and identify the need for product and range communication content, based on insights and customer needs, to decide what, when and how to communicate for all consumer-facing media and channels,
Secure the customer perspective from a range and product communication point of view in the product development process (DNP) when developing news, improves and running range,
Manage the execution of the communication production in the different media activation projects,
Approve, follow-up and secure that communication messages are fulfilled in the communication execution,
Proactively inform communication production suppliers about upcoming plans to secure the content readiness,
Work with product from communication perspective throughout the Product life cycle and the customer experience journey,
Contribute to the Marketing & Communication budget in the RA, as well as to the yearly Meeting-the-Customer plan on a tactical level.

Deep knowledge of animation principles and expertise in keyframe animation in both 2D and 3D. You are also experienced with simulations and know how to use these techniques to elevate productions to the next level.
Solid understanding of the CG animation pipeline, including VFX techniques and workflows
Proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Maya, with additional knowledge in Vray, Adobe Creative Suite, and Davinci Resolve
A passion for exploring new techniques, tools and technologies that enhance storytelling and animation quality

In this team, we develop and define standard solutions across RA Seating and RA Beds & Mattresses. We work with materials, components and complete solutions for cushions and other soft parts, as well as frames and hard parts.


As a Design Engineer, you will work with the latest technologies and materials, develop smart innovative solutions together with great people in and outside the Platform team. This is something for you if you are ready to move IKEA range in a broader context. As the Lightning Technician / Gaffer, you will be an essential part of the Studio team. You will support the production team before, during and after the shoot (film & photo).


Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support the production team (e.g Photographer, Motion Producer), during shoot with creative solutions, act as sounding board to achieve the desired effect and vision.
Prepare and setup the relevant lighting equipment in studio or on location, including the placement of set and angles of lights based on the set's layout, size and the camera's positioning.
Collaborate with other departments during the whole chain of production (pre-production, production and post-production) to ensure a cohesive visual style.
Handle lighting equipment with proper care and logistics depending on the prerequisites, ensure it´s working and operating correctly, maintaining it and changing it before, during and after the shoot as necessary.
Conduct risk assessments, inspect and oversee health and safety in relation to lighting equipment. This includes making small reparations/services, sending to repair shop or order replacements when applicable.
Keep up to date with new photo, motion, light, technical equipment and trends.
Participate actively in finding creative and efficient solutions regarding new ways of working and improved workflows.



Qualifications
Education and/or solid experience in photography, film and different production methods.
Expertise in setting light, based on image composition; cropping, angle, brief.
Knowledge in different types of photo and lighting equipment and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Driving license B.

In this role, you will act as the main speaking partner and lead the sales collaboration topics between the Home Furnishing Business (HFB) and IKEA retail markets, to achieve the agreed sales plan and the classification of a relevant IKEA offer. Part of your responsibility will be to lead the sales planning collaboration, which includes sales steering, alignment of activities, agreements on price & volume and follow-up on the sales & supply agreement. Furthermore you´ll lead the range dimensioning collaboration process in the HFB including set commercial classification based on the range portfolio.

Your main responsibilities include:
Collaborating on the sales goals of top families with top markets to secure the best possible prerequisites for success,
Securing that the impact of commercial actions is quantified as a part of the sales action collaboration, together with the supply team,
Leading the collaboration between the HFB and retailers for yearly range classification changes process,

The Product Lifecycle Engineer plays an important role in our business and is responsible for taking care of and maintaining our products in running range. Qualifications
You are an Engineer, with a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. You have some experience in working with product development and/or creation and maintenance of product documentation. Your knowledge in 3D drawings and use of SolidWorks will be considered as an added advantage. You work in a structured way with analytical skills and to take the lead in your own work, as well as in your contacts with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and you build good relations based on trust. As a person, you are positive, flexible and supportive. IKEA of Sweden is a truly global environment, with colleagues from all over the world and you therefore need to be fluent in English both verbal and written.

This is a temporary position (until August 2025) based in Älmhult, Sweden.
