Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetschef för Norden har du ett övergripande ansvar för att säkerställa att våra produkter, processer och verksamheter uppfyller gällande krav inom kvalitet, hållbarhet och regulatoriska regelverk. Du leder det operativa kvalitetsarbetet på vår anläggning i Diö och stöttar samtidigt våra säljbolag i Sverige, Norge och Danmark.
Rollen innebär både strategiskt arbete och närvaro i den dagliga verksamheten, där du tillsammans med tre medarbetare i ditt team driver utveckling och förbättringar framåt. Du ingår i den lokala ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till VP Global Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs.

* Säkerställa och vidareutveckla kvalitetsledningssystemet samt driva kontinuerliga förbättringar
* Planera och genomföra interna och externa revisioner
* Hantera och följa upp kvalitetsavvikelser, reklamationer och CAPA-aktiviteter
* Stötta säljorganisationerna vid kundrevisioner och anbudskrav kopplade till kvalitet och hållbarhet* Utveckla och implementera Invacares hållbarhetsstrategi, inklusive miljömässiga, sociala och etiska aspekter (ESG)
* Representera Invacare Norden i centrala kvalitets- och hållbarhetsforum
Tjänsten innebär regelbundna, men inte alltför frekventa, resor inom Norden - samt vid behov även till andra enheter eller leverantörer internationellt.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en trygg, kommunikativ och strukturerad ledare med erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom tillverkning, lager eller distribution. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera strategi och praktiskt genomförande, och du har ett naturligt driv att skapa engagemang kring kvalitet och hållbarhet.

Vi ser att du har:
* Minst 5 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll inom industri, produktion eller logistik.
* Goda kunskaper om ISO-standarder, särskilt ISO 14001 (krav) och gärna ISO 13485 (meriterande).
* Erfarenhet av ESG- och hållbarhetsarbete är meriterande.
* Relevant högskoleutbildning inom teknik, produktion eller kvalitet.* Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav.
* God administrativ förmåga och vana att arbeta i Excel och olika system.

You will join Paper Category Management Team and report to the Category Manager. As part of Category Area Specific HFB Quality matrix you will drive the department’s engineering and quality agenda, with a focus to secure execution in line with your Category business plan. Main Engineering & Quality responsibilities included in your assignment are:

Develop and implement leadership competences in the category and suppliers to secure consistency in quality development
Ensure that Quality & Lean Manufacturing tools (for example Process & Design FMEA, Six Sigma, SMED… etc.) are used among the business development teams and suppliers
Leading Production and Product engineers in local and global engineering/improvement/quality projects
Analyze customer feedbacks, development projects/actions in order to improve customer satisfaction
Participate in product development projects (News/Moves/Improves) in the engineering and quality dimension
Work together with business development teams to implement quality assurance at suppliers and create pre-conditions for the suppliers to take full responsibility for their Quality performance

Qualifications

Din profil
Du har minst gymnasieutbildning samt gärna någon påbyggnad och några års erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete. Meriterande med erfarenhet inom stålbranschen. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Du har ett stort IT-intresse och goda färdigheter i MS Office samt gärna erfarenheter som t ex key-user i affärssystem (STAPPERT arbetar idag i affärssystemet Jeeves).
Du är strukturerad och noggrann med god kommunikationsförmåga och hög integritet. Du är analytisk och självgående och kan planera och organisera ditt arbete i god tid. The Global Quality team is part of IKEA Supply and is responsible for creating and maintaining standards and ways of working within IKEA Supply and for verifying compliance against requirements and standards.
