As Quality Specialist your function will be to support both business teams and suppliers in the IKEA Quality GO/NOGO standard implementation process. You will verify compliance against requirements, standards and ways of working to deliver products satisfying customer expectations in all aspects of IKEA design, this way contributing to global business success.
About the assignment
Plan and perform audits according to IKEA standards working instruction.
Plan, perform audits and execute assessments according to IKEA standards working instruction as well as quality part of purchasing manual.”?
Support the business teams and suppliers in implementing the containment and corrective actions.
Lead the product gate check before first delivery and secure four eyes principles.
Lead global/local projects related to quality.
Coach and train business teams and suppliers in the IKEA quality standards as well as in utilization of problem solving tools in the daily work and specifically related to quality deviations.

Qualifications

Very experienced working with project management tools and methodology.
Deep understanding of customer needs and expectations regarding function and customer friendliness.
Deep knowledge of different Quality tools, like e.g. 5 why, FMEA, fish bone, root cause analysis, statistics knowledge, etc.
Auditing skills and natural leadership.
Knowledge of production and operation processes.
Knowledge of Product and Chemical Compliance requirements.

The assignment:

Job Description
As Requirement Coordinator you will have a central role and be at the very core when it comes to working with many of the requirement topics, both operational and tactical in nature. You will therefore work in the center of a wide network of contacts and stakeholders in the day-to-day work. You will lead the way forward and act as the main contact person in questions concerning mapping and reporting of potential requirements. This is handled centrally and one of the key tasks is to act as the business owner for the digital reporting platform and support in daily cases as well as following up on the performance and trends. Furthermore you will organise and oversee the structure of the of the year cycle of Requirement governance and secure the schedule is running smoothly over the year.
Additionally, you will:
Contribute to the development of the ways of working with many stakeholders and colleagues across the value chain of IKEA
Be the solution expert of the case reporting database, including yearly trainings on existing and new functions
Publish approved requirements on a regular basis as per the year cycle

You will:
Develop and manage the interface to stakeholders in the IKEA Value Chain on the Product Compliance agenda
Lead and maintain a total R&P Compliance overview
Analyze aggregated data to derive strategic learnings
Identify and lead IKEA value chain Product Compliance related findings together with the business
Contribute and lead in initiatives supporting the R&C Strategy, other relevant strategies, decisions and key movements.

Qualifications
In order to shine in this role we wish that you have:
Experience and good knowledge in product risk and compliance navigation
Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain, the development process and the prerequisites of the Supply and Retail organisations
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

About the job

We are now looking for a Quality Leader to join Category Area Transport. As Quality Leader you will be a part of the Category Area management team and report to Category Area Manager. Assignment
