Rollen är bred och du har kontakt med både lager, inköp och försäljning men även externa kontaktytor. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att processer kring miljö och kvalitetssystem följs och är uppdaterade. Du samarbetar även med produktionsteamet när det gäller logistik och viss administration. Ditt samarbete med säljteamet gäller främst hanteringen av kundreklamationer och att kunna ge våra kunder bra service.

Ansvar för miljö och kvalitetssystem
Aktiv i det kontinuerliga förbättringsarbetet
Interna samt externa revisioner
Kundenkäter
Reklamationer och avvikelser
Hantering av kreditfakturor i reklamationsprocessen
Klassning av material – Produktion
Periodiska rapporter relaterade till ansvarsområdet


Din profil
Du har minst gymnasieutbildning samt erfarenhet från produktionsmiljö. Du har kännedom om / erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete och reklamationer. Meriterande med erfarenhet inom stålbranschen.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Du är strukturerad och noggrann med god kommunikationsförmåga. Du är flexibel och löser problem snabbt och kreativt med hög kvalitet. Du är en serviceminded teamplayer men trivs också med uppgifter att lösa på egen hand.

The assignment:
Responsible for leading the overall projects related to Regional Co-Creational processes.
Responsible to communicate, plan and distribute relevant information as well as map and manage stakeholders by identifying, planning and following up.
Secure compliance of product requirements in the product development process
Secure that product quality requirements are fulfilled and continuously contribute to the development of IKEA Food business
Act proactively to prevent quality deviations and initiate adequate actions when deviations occur
Create product risk assessments
Respond on Customer feedback regarding product quality and product deviations
Plan and organize assignment according to the IKEA decision model and applicable delivery methodology.
Manage communication to stakeholders relevant for the assignment or project. Perform reporting.
Manage time, cost, scope and quality.
Work closely with the Regional Range Leader for Europe and be a part of the regional development team

In this role you will contribute to, develop and lead creation of effective Product Compliance framework to create a better everyday life for the many.

Develop and manage the interface to stakeholders in the IKEA Value Chain on the Product Compliance agenda
Lead and maintain a total R&P Compliance overview
Analyze aggregated data to derive strategic learnings
Identify and lead IKEA value chain Product Compliance related findings together with the business
Contribute and lead in initiatives supporting the R&C Strategy, other relevant strategies, decisions and key movements.

Qualifications
In order to shine in this role we wish that you have:
Experience and good knowledge in product risk and compliance navigation
Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain, the development process and the prerequisites of the Supply and Retail organisations
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

You lead with a holistic view, always act with the Customer, total IKEA and Product Risk & Compliance in mind. You use an entrepreneurial approach together with being analytical and structured, using facts, knowledge & insights. On top of this, you have great stakeholder management –strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build network and create trustful relationships in collaborative processes, with all levels of co-workers both internal and with external partners.
