In the position as Sustainability Leader, you will, together with the Category Area Sustainability Manager, contribute to the sustainability development and performance of IKEA Food Purchasing. A Sustainability Leader is goal oriented and business-minded with a genuine sustainability interest. The Sustainability Leader will lead implementation in a simple and straightforward way. Leading development projects across the Category will ensure the ability to lead and drive areas of responsibility, on your own as well as through others.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Lead our sustainability developers in implementation of requirements and development of suppliers.
· Train and inspire our sustainability developers and business teams.
· Together with sustainability developer you will collect, verify, aggregate and report sustainability data and provide input to supplier action plan to meet our sustainability goals.
· Support sustainability related supplier development projects in alignment with Category plans and priorities.
About You
To be successful in the role we see that you need the following knowledge and experience:
· A structured approach in analysis and in evaluating different aspects of an issue to be able to support business decisions.

As Customs Documentation Administrator, the main assignment is to secure efficient and effective handling of incoming customs documents and certificates. This means registrate certificates in our digital customs solution to enable the lowest duty possible for cross-border activities in 11 countries in the region. We handle both original documents delivered via post, documents via e-mail and downloading documents from a digital document archive solution. You will control and investigate various issues to secure compliance in every certificate according to countries legislations and free trade agreements. You will also contribute to the development of how we work and reaching our goals within the department.

Lead Intralogistics projects and reviews by securing the deliverables through the Intralogistics team.
Lead the IKEA or external supplier System/Solution/Component implementation and its commissioning.
Lead the development of the logistical setup within an establishment or retrofit project.
Contribute to the development of the Intralogistics Service Implementation department by implementing learnings and developing common ways of working.

About the assignment:
This position is full time and is based in our office in Älmhult, Sweden. You will report to Business Development Manager, Category Food Logistics Services, Supply Chain Operations. It requires travelling now and then to meet the service providers you are responsible for.

A Supply Planner is the link between IKEA Components and its suppliers on all operational and logistic issues. That involves control and register, scan and archive the documents and certificates. You will also administrate claim handlings related to missing certificates. Within this assignment, you will be in contact with different IKEA Units and authorities.


Customs Specialist
As Customs Specialist, the main assignment is to send correctly compiled import declarations using a digital solution in direct contact with Customs Authorities in each country. You will communicate and support to and from other IKEA units, external service providers and authorities within Europe to ensure timely, accurate and compliant entry according to customs rules and regulations.


Food Demand Coordinator
As a Food Demand Coordinator you will support IKEA retailers through a variety of operational tasks, distributed in selected markets. You will work close with Business Area Food in IKEA Range & Supply and Supply Chain partners to secure product availability for our customers. You will continuously follow-up, analyze and take action to improve supplier delivery performance and ensure goods are shipped in time from suppliers.

Pro-actively identify and advise on opportunities to deliver better business results (e.g. related to technology trends and players, roadmaps, customer value, cost, benefits, impact, risks, dependencies).
Handling deviations and exceptions, ensuring architecture requirements for life cycle management of products and services, perform design reviews, provide guidance for service improvements and service transition.

Job Description
As a Business Developer, you will be an informal leader of a 3-member micro-team. With a Production Engineer, who takes care of the production process and quality, and a Supply Planner who handles logistics. Based on the analysis, you will draw up an action plan once a year to reduce production costs and to develop better design for the customers, all within the framework of sustainability and ethical business practices.

In IKEA Purchasing, we are organised in categories based on the material and function of the product. A Category is a group of articles sharing same materials, production techniques, and/or supplier base. About the assignment
In your role you will be responsible and take lead in creating and managing the business agenda from a purchasing perspective. You will have an overall responsible for supplier performance and within that develop and implement action plans together with suppliers.

You will partner with suppliers and continuously increase the competitiveness and on an everyday base work to optimize costs of IKEA Food products. What will be your responsibility in IKEA?
You will lead the Global Business Development Team in remote context; inspire and empower team and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments
You will be responsible to establish and develop high performing and diverse raw material supplier base which can meet the needs of our Home furnishing suppliers with a customer approach.
