Elme har en stark orderingång och utvecklar ständigt sin teknikorganisation för att bättre kunna möta den ökade efterfrågan. Nu söker vi en Systemansvarig för el- och reglersystem. Vår teknikorganisation är indelad i två huvudproduktområden med en produktägare för varje. Tvärfunktionellt har vi systemägare som är specialister inom sina områden och som samarbetar med produktägare och medarbetare i respektive produktflöde.
Systemansvarig är ansvarig för alla tekniska- och designrelaterade frågor för produkternas elektriska system och dess komponenter. Det innebär tät kommunikation med övriga teknikgrupper. Som Systemansvarig är du specialist inom ditt område och en viktig resurs till respektive Produktansvarig. Du rapporterar direkt till Teknikchefen.
Tjänsten passar dig som: brinner för teknik, uppskattar att fördjupa dig inom ditt område (elektronik och reglersystem), har ett ansvarsfullt förhållningssätt, har lätt för att samarbeta och kommunicera, kanske har jobbat som elkonstruktör några år och vill ta ett nästa steg i din utveckling genom ett systemägaransvar.
Kvalifikationer som du behöver ha med
Du har en Civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvade genom erfarenhet.
Minst 3 års erfarenhet inom elkonstruktion
God kunskap i svenska och engelska i såväl tal- som skrift

Meriterande är om du har den här kompetensen också
Erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin
Har god kompetens i CAD-konstruktion av elsystem
Har kompetens inom CAN-bus J1939

Arbetsuppgifter
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarområden är:
- Teknisk ledning för utvecklande av systemplattformar för produkter, service och dokumentation för ett komplett erbjudande
- Vara teknisk koordinator i syfte att identifiera behov av produkter och andra behov för att
möjliggöra plattformslösningar som ligger i linje med Purmo Groups strategi
- Samarbeta med produktutveckling för att driva på utveckling av produkter, komponenter och tjänster
- Delta i lansering av plattformslösningar
- Ge viktig input till kommersiella verktyg som CRM, CPQ och PIM
- Tillhandahålla applikationskunnande och tekniskt marknadsföringsstöd till säljteam samt stödja marknadsorganisationen

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har/är:
- Kandidat- eller civilingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande
- Minst 10 års erfarenhet av värme, ventilation och luftkonditionering (HVAC), både på system- och komponentnivå
- Erfarenhet i liknande roll som produktchef, produktansvarig eller liknande roller
- Minst 5 års erfarenhet av i en ledande roll
- God förståelse för hur marknaden inom HVAC fungerar
- Goda IT-kunskaper i affärssystem och behärskar Office- 365
- Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig väl på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift
- Erfarenhet av att leda projekt (meriterande)
- Erfarenhet från försäljning och marknadsföring (meriterande)
- B-körkort och en familjesituation som tillåter resor med övernattning

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the one leading and owning initiatives and movements to create a modern digital foundation. You will lead focusing on people, processes and technologies within the Core Digital Infrastructure Area to ensure that they deliver outcomes that support the goals of the IKEA business.
When managing stakeholders across teams and functions’ needs to reach agreement in conflicting priorities, you will be there to balance those needs. The Technology Services strategy and roadmap needs to continuously evolve, and you will be collaborating with relevant consumers to collect the relevant input. The Technology Service Area Assets require management, you will be there to maximize the use and profit potentials!
Furthermore, you will:
· manage and proactively transform services that are important to build the digital infrastructure foundation at IKEA enabling delivery of applications and products
· enable customer and co-worker experience through intelligent infrastructure responding to user needs
· manage big number of Bought Services and Supplier relationships
· grow IKEA through empowering co-workers who will connect effectively, increase speed, share knowledge, collaborate, and learn continuously to serve the customer better
· drive the development and implementation of the Service Area roadmap and the Service Offering
· lead the operational activities and daily running of all the Services within the Area, ensuring that they meet the defined Service Level Agreements
· proactively enable the transformation of Technology Services, building industry leading Technology Capabilities

The Solution Area manages and develops common solutions and services for Range & Supply, and secures that the digital services provided meet R&S requirements. 

During 2019 a number of fundamental changes have taken place in the Range & Supply (R&S) digital workplace; e.g. new tools, such as MS Teams, have been made available. These provide us with new opportunities to increase efficiency as we work together across Range & Supply, but also across the IKEA value chain.  

In this new role as Solution Owner for Microsoft Office 365 at R&S, you will take the lead in enabling R&S to harvest the benefits of these tools, setting a solid foundation for a digital workplace that supports the needs of our colleagues now and in the future. Once the implementation of Office 365 is finalised, you will step into a broader role as Solution Owner for Digital Workplace tools at R&S. 

We want you to ensure that our tools and their use are optimised to increase effectiveness of R&S as an organisation but also resulting in a better everyday life at work. To do so, you will find ways to establish a strong network with users across Range & Supply. 

You will report to the Solution Area Manager at R&S Digital, and work closely with the R&S Digital Workplace Business Reference Group, with colleagues across the Inter IKEA Group, as well as at our service providers.  

More specifically, in this role you will: 
Drive the process to complete the implementation of the Office 365 apps, securing adoption across the approx. 7000 users in 28 countries;  
Build a foundation for sustainable MS tool competence across R&S, including, for example, a suitable Super User structure. 
Identify potential tools made redundant by the introduction of the MS apps. 
Represent R&S needs in an Inter IKEA Group digital workplace context, contributing to our common digital workplace.

Manage the R&S super-users, collecting and prioritising requirements and needs 
Represent R&S as a single point of contact towards the provider as well as representing R&S in the Jira & Confluence governance structures. 
Work with the Digital processes and ways of working team to understand the future digital needs at R&S. 
Understand the tool potential as a support to the digital ways of working  
Contribute to creating an IT for IT tool roadmap, supporting the R&S digital processes and ways of working 
Be prepared to take on responsibility for a broader solution/product portfolio within IT development.
