Job description
As a Digital Product Leader, you will lead the development and implementation of viable, valuable, feasible, and desirable digital products. You will be accountable for the product backlog (build, edit, and maintain) and prioritization, for solution requirements through user stories to meet business needs and user experience.
You will create and communicate a product vision and act as the bridge between our business partners and product teams where you'll collaborate closely with project leaders, UX designers and Solution Architects to prioritize the product backlog and define OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).
You'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure UX, data and technology is connected. While representing the needs of the IKEA stakeholder community, you'll be the voice of our users, ensuring that our efforts consistently deliver maximum value.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av systemförvaltning och har kunskap och intresse för informationssäkerhet.

Du kommer att arbeta med utveckling, förvaltning och drift av två av kommunens viktigaste system, ärendehanteringssystemet Evolution samt vårt system för styrning och ledning, Stratsys. Båda systemen har många användare och används i hela organisationen. Som systemförvaltare arbetar du nära våra verksamheter för att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt och omsätta förbättringar i vår digitala miljö.

I rollen som systemförvaltare kommer du att:

· Säkerställa att våra system används effektivt och tillförlitligt.

· Felsöka och konfigurera i systemen.

· Delta i utvecklingsaktiviteter och införandeprojekt tillsammans med leverantörer och kommunens verksamheter.

· Stötta våra användare med dokumentation, information, utbildning och löpande support.



Som informationssäkerhetssamordnare kommer du att:

· arbeta övergripande för att skydda informationstillgångar och minimera risker relaterade till informationshantering.

· samordna kommunens arbete med informationssäkerhet

· genomföra risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser, informationsklassning och informationsincidenthantering

· driva utveckling och förbättring inom området

KVALIFIKATIONER
· Relevant akademisk utbildning, exempelvis inom systemvetenskap eller offentlig förvaltning, alternativt annan utbildning eller arbetslivserfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig.

· Erfarenhet som systemförvaltare eller motsvarande roll.

· Erfarenhet av arbete med Evolution och Stratsys eller liknande system samt erfarenhet av informationssäkerhetsarbete är meriterande.

Job Description
As a Process Developer, you will develop and maintain the Handling & Storage processes and contribute to the integration of the Handling & Storage process in the global IKEA processes.
You are an expert in the field of intralogistics and know the core of the operations of distribution centres and customer distribution centres.
You are responsible for all processes, concepts, tools and working methods related to the Handling & Storage process.
As a Process developer you are responsible of the prioritisation and development of identified business needs through business analysis.
About the assignment
As the Process Developer you will among other tasks:
Be responsible for the logistical set-up process within any Intralogistics project and secure a verification of the developed ways of working and that all Intralogistics business requirements are met
Lead concept and process improvements, as well as development initiatives and prepare bases for decision material
Be responsible to develop and keep process documentation up to date as well as related working methods and learning material
Be responsible for all processes, concepts, tools and working methods related to the Handling & Storage process
Secure coordination and consistency in the process development towards other connected processes

Qualifications
You have a strong passion to guide automation & design into the future, having a strong drive in the field of logistics, digitalisation and automation. You have a strong interest in Supply Chain and Intralogistics as well as in technology, digitalisation, automatics and robotics. Actively participate in local IT network between other PLA units and secure IT communication locally.
Provide technical training for onsite support staff and for new hires, including setting up and introducing technical equipment (e.g. laptops).

The assignment
As a project member of Demand Sensing you will work and support a wide set of tasks with an agile mind set.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Secure quality in the forecast
Validate quality in the forecast
Planning and execution of rolling out the solution to all INGKA markets.
Act as a first contact for the markets in INGKA in roll out related matters
Organise and drive meetings with the receiving organisation on market level in retail e.g. awareness meetings with country management and follow up meetings.
Training
Be a part of creating the training package, training material, facilitator guide and potential films.
Plan and conduct trainings for INGKA markets
Cater for that we have clear ways of working in collaboration with the process developer both interim and long term
Continuously contribute to the communication to the project’s stakeholder making sure the INGKA selling- or CFF matrix understand and act on it’s content
Continuously contribute to the data intelligence by setting requirements, making sure the INGKA selling- or CFF matrix understand and act on it’s content
