Job description
As a Digital Product Leader, you will lead the development and implementation of viable, valuable, feasible, and desirable digital products. You will be accountable for the product backlog (build, edit, and maintain) and prioritization, for solution requirements through user stories to meet business needs and user experience.
You will create and communicate a product vision and act as the bridge between our business partners and product teams where you'll collaborate closely with project leaders, UX designers and Solution Architects to prioritize the product backlog and define OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).
You'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure UX, data and technology is connected. While representing the needs of the IKEA stakeholder community, you'll be the voice of our users, ensuring that our efforts consistently deliver maximum value.
The job implies responsibilities for goal setting, roadmap and vision, marketing, selling, budget and services and support for delivering great customer satisfaction.

Om tjänsten

Du kommer att arbeta med utveckling, förvaltning och drift av socialförvaltningens verksamhetssystem bland annat Lifecare, Intraphone och vår del av systemet för Stratsys. Systemen har många användare och används i hela förvaltningen. Du arbetar nära våra verksamheter för att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt och omsätta förbättringar i vår digitala miljö.

I rollen kommer du att: 

• Säkerställa och kartlägga att våra system används effektivt och tillförlitligt.
• Felsöka och konfigurera i systemen samt planera för löpande uppdateringar.
• Delta i utvecklingsaktiviteter och införandeprojekt tillsammans med leverantörer och förvaltningens verksamheter.
• Stötta våra användare med dokumentation, information, utbildning och löpande support och avstämningar med verksamheterna och leverantörer.
• Framtagande och rapportering av statistik.

Kommunledningskansliet leder och ansvarar för den övergripande administrativa processen och nämndsarbetet inom Älmhults kommun. Kommunledningskansliet tillhör organisatoriskt kommunledningsförvaltningen, under kommunstyrelsen. Avdelningen leds av kanslichefen.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av systemförvaltning och har kunskap och intresse för informationssäkerhet.

Du kommer att arbeta med utveckling, förvaltning och drift av två av kommunens viktigaste system, ärendehanteringssystemet Evolution samt vårt system för styrning och ledning, Stratsys. Båda systemen har många användare och används i hela organisationen. Som systemförvaltare arbetar du nära våra verksamheter för att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt och omsätta förbättringar i vår digitala miljö.

I rollen som systemförvaltare kommer du att:

· Säkerställa att våra system används effektivt och tillförlitligt.

Arbetsbeskrivning

I rollen som Product Communication Data Coordinator kommer du att arbeta tillsammans med andra teammedlemmar som hanterar uppdragsgivare och produktionsprocessen. Din huvudsakliga uppgift blir att hantera all relevant data, säkerställa att ordersystemet fungerar smidigt och effektivt, samt använda dina kunskaper i Excel och andra system för att stödja teamet. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker dig som vill arbeta som systemansvarig ekonom för ekonomisystemet (Raindance) och du är vår specialist i systemet. Du har huvudansvaret för alla delar i ekonomisystemet och samordnar underhåll och uppdateringar med modulansvariga och systemleverantören. Du är operativt ansvarig för systemets dagliga funktion och drift och har ett nära samarbete med vår IT- och digitaliseringsavdelning, driftansvarig kommun och systemleverantören.
Du arbetar nära verksamheterna och säkerställer att integrationer blir inlästa och fungerar. Du utvecklar systemet i samverkan med redovisningschef, som är systemägare, samt ansvarar för systemförvaltarplanen och systemdokumentationen. Du hanterar ekonomisystemets behörigheter och tar fram anvisningar till användare och utbildar i systemet.
Du är delaktig i de administrativa processer som hör till den löpande redovisningen och i rollen som systemansvarig ekonom ingår även ett särskilt ansvar för leverantörsreskontran. Redovisningsenheten arbetar ständigt med att effektivisera och digitalisera så arbetsuppgifterna kan variera över tid. Digitalisering är ett fokusområde i Älmhults kommun och du kommer vara en nyckelspelare i att möjliggöra och utveckla våra ekonomiprocesser.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har en relevant akademisk examen, gärna inom ekonomi alternativt systemförvaltning. Du ska ha ett stort intresse och erfarenhet av verksamhetsnära systemförvaltning. Vidare ska du ha god redovisningsförståelse och förståelse för de ekonomiska processerna. Erfarenhet av kvalificerat ekonomiarbete i kommunal verksamhet är meriterande.

Elme har en stark orderingång och utvecklar ständigt sin teknikorganisation för att bättre kunna möta den ökade efterfrågan. Nu söker vi en Systemansvarig för el- och reglersystem. Vår teknikorganisation är indelad i två huvudproduktområden med en produktägare för varje. Tvärfunktionellt har vi systemägare som är specialister inom sina områden och som samarbetar med produktägare och medarbetare i respektive produktflöde.
Systemansvarig är ansvarig för alla tekniska- och designrelaterade frågor för produkternas elektriska system och dess komponenter. Det innebär tät kommunikation med övriga teknikgrupper. Som Systemansvarig är du specialist inom ditt område och en viktig resurs till respektive Produktansvarig. Du rapporterar direkt till Teknikchefen.

About the assignment

• Hands on experience in Jenkins, Ansible and GitLab 
• Liasing with third parties
• BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) preferrable
• Set up Splunk dashboards
• Deployments and Conduct daily scrum meetings with the team and providing status update to clients
• Hands on Python/Unix scripting
• High Availability set up,Performance Tuning,monitoring and Troubleshooting,authentication and authorization
