Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in a ground breaking project, Demand Sensing where we use a Machine Learning algorithm to predict the next 16weeks of Demand Forecast for all INGKA selling units.
You may have already heard about us! We have piloted the solution in retail Norway with great success and now we are planning the next phas,e rolling it out to the rest of the INGKA markets while continuously develop the solution.

The project is across organisations both Inter and INGKA as well as working with external providers.

The assignment
As a project member of Demand Sensing you will work and support a wide set of tasks with an agile mind set.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Secure quality in the forecast
Validate quality in the forecast
Planning and execution of rolling out the solution to all INGKA markets.
Act as a first contact for the markets in INGKA in roll out related matters
Organise and drive meetings with the receiving organisation on market level in retail e.g. awareness meetings with country management and follow up meetings.
Training
Be a part of creating the training package, training material, facilitator guide and potential films.
Plan and conduct trainings for INGKA markets
Cater for that we have clear ways of working in collaboration with the process developer both interim and long term
Continuously contribute to the communication to the project’s stakeholder making sure the INGKA selling- or CFF matrix understand and act on it’s content
Continuously contribute to the data intelligence by setting requirements, making sure the INGKA selling- or CFF matrix understand and act on it’s content
Continuously contribute to the development of the solution by setting requirements, making sure the INGKA Selling- or CFF matrix understand and act on it’s content
Follow up on the implementation and way of working in the markets making sure the project is delivering quality and to identify potential gaps
Create and secure the evaluation and sign-off material to be used in the rollout.
