I rollen som Gruppchef för konstruktion har du ett övergripande ansvar för att:
  Leda, delta och styra konstruktionsarbetet för att nå uppsatta mål vad gäller effektivitet, kostnad och kvalitet.
Föreslå utvecklingsprojekt samt delta och driva omfattningen av utvecklingsarbete mot satta mål.
Planera gruppens aktiviteter och resurser till att möta företagets behov.
Tillse att vi arbetar på ett effektivt sätt i alla led.
Leda, coacha och utveckla ditt team.

Du rapporter direkt till VD och har fullt personalansvar för ca. 10-12 personer och har ett nära samarbete med både kunder och leverantörer. För att trivas i rollen är du en duktig beslutsfattare och har förmågan att kunna leda och driva både projekt och medarbetare mot uppsatta mål och tidsplaner. I rollen är kommunikation och ledarskap centralt, egenskaper som vi hoppas ligger dig extra varmt om hjärtat.  

PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER KVALIFIKATIONER

Vi söker dig med högskolekompetens eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet av liknande roll och arbetsuppgifter. Med fördel kommer du från mekanisk industri, erfarenhet från sågverksbranschen är meriterande. Vidare är du van att arbeta i en ledande roll där du har ett nära samarbete med såväl medarbetare som kunder och leverantörer och trivs i en tvärfunktionell roll.

För att lyckas i rollen har du goda kunskaper i 3D-Cadsystem samt erfarenhet av projektledning och goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, tyska är ett plus.   

Som person är du naturligt driven och engagerad, du har förmågan att kunna leverera enligt uppsatta mål och tidsplaner och har ett genuint intresse för både personal och teknik. Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven leadership experience in the world of Food Logistics at IKEA.
Understands deeply the food business, food supply chain, its cost drivers, regulatory frameworks and key players.
Can build strong collaborations and partnerships both internally and externally.
Is very knowledgeable on food systems landscape and needs.
Has excellent communication skills, both in writing and in presenting in front of others.
Has experience in leading complex projects with a change management component.
Is a global citizen, able to work and lead across cultures.

As an Development Manager you´re accountable for the execution of the team’s tasks within any Intralogistics Innovation activity.
