Som HR-specialist kommer du att vara en i gänget på vår HR-avdelning. På HR-avdelningen arbetar idag HR-specialister, förhandlare, lönespecialister och systemförvaltare. Totalt är vi 12 personer som arbetar tillsammans. 

Vi är en avdelning i utveckling, och med ett stort fokus på dem vi är till för. Du kommer till en grupp där vi har ett nära samarbete, är måna om varandra och har starkt fokus på vårt uppdrag och dem vi stöttar. För oss är det viktigt med teamarbete, arbetsglädje och leverans med hög kvalitet. Här blir du en del av en grupp med bred kompetens, och vi jobbar både självständigt och i nära samarbete med varandra, framför allt så har vi roligt på jobbet! ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker nu en HR-specialist för ett föräldravikariat på sex månader, som vill vara med oss på en fortsatt spännande utvecklingsresa. Hos oss på HR arbetar vi aktivt för att möta kommunens kompetensutmaningar genom bland annat omställning, digitalisering och fokus på Friskfaktorer och vi har mycket intressant framför oss även under vikariatet.

Som HR-specialist hos Älmhults kommun ingår du i vårt HR-team och arbetar både operativt och strategiskt med bredden av HR-frågor. Du är ett nära stöd till våra chefer och bidrar till att utveckla arbetssätt och driva organisationens utveckling framåt.

I rollen stödjer du några av kommunens mindre förvaltningar och deltar i deras samverkansgrupper. Du ger vägledning inom hela HR-området och har en viktig roll i att skapa struktur, trygghet och kvalitet i chefers vardag. I Älmhults kommun har vi korta beslutsvägar och en kultur där HR är en självklar och aktiv part i verksamhetsutvecklingen.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har utbildning inom personalvetenskap eller motsvarande, och god kännedom om svensk arbetsrätt. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta som chefsstöd inom HR, gärna i offentlig verksamhet.

Du är nyfiken, relationsskapande och kommunicerar tydligt och ödmjukt. Du trivs med förändringsarbete och vågar testa nya arbetssätt när situationen kräver det. Du utgår alltid från verksamhetens bästa och är trygg med att utmana, vägleda och stötta chefer i både vardagliga och mer komplexa HRfrågor.

Rollen kräver att du är lyhörd, lösningsorienterad och flexibel när förutsättningarna skiftar. Du arbetar obehindrat både operativt och strategiskt, och har mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska. Bkörkort krävs då viss körning förekommer.

Qualifications

Job Description

Job Description
You will steer and lead the on- and off-boarding processes for IKEA of Sweden. We have recently implemented new HR systems that will serve as a platform that will enable a more aligned and proactive way of on-boarding our co-workers and managers in the future.
We see that the areas of on-boarding and communication are very interlinked. The base for a good introduction is often to get to know and to easily find the latest updated versions of different HR processes. Thus, your role is additionally to be responsible for communication within the People & Culture Experience field to the different main target groups co-workers, managers and P&C colleagues.
We also see a benefit and efficiency in combining the P&C Experience communication needs on different arenas, both on national level for all legal Inter IKEA units in Sweden and additionally for the biggest company IKEA of Sweden.
Part of your job will be to:
Be the leader for or member of the national Inter IKEA Group On- and off-boarding network. This work includes development and maintenance of articles, landing pages and services related to On- and off-boarding in My Support. Functionalities related to the topic in Workday are also part of the responsibility.
Support the Specialist community in IKEA of Sweden and the network community with communication expertise, for instance when writing HR articles, news, policies, processes, ways of working, forms etc. Our main target groups are co-workers, managers and our colleagues within the People & Culture community.
Summarize latest news within the P&C Experience field into a manager newsletter for all Inter IKEA entities in Sweden. This newsletter is later adapted in each legal company in Sweden to suit internal needs.
Develop and maintain relevant communication channels eg IKEA Home, Teams channels and shared folders for People & Culture Experience material for both national and local IoS arena.
Represent People experience communication needs in different communication forums and Inter IKEA networks. Have a continuous dialogue with national and global stakeholders, IKEA Älmhult AB, IoS Communication team and other communication departments.

Qualifications

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need experience of working within the area Payroll and Systems.
We expect that you have knowledge of Human Resource processes, procedures, Swedish laws and collective labour agreements.
A good knowledge and skills in MS Excel are a big advantage.
You get energy by working with numbers, doing calculations and provide great system support.
You will need to take initiatives, interact with stakeholders and users, coordinate activities and be structured.
As a person you are independent, agile and able to work in a changing environment.
As a person you are service minded, detailed oriented and like to solve problems together with stakeholders and colleagues.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

We are now looking for a Superuser to our HR/Payroll system, GlobalView. As a Superuser you will be a part of Ingka AB´s HR support Centre in Älmhult.
About you
We believe that you as a person are a problem solver who sees great importance in providing good service. KVALIFIKATIONER

Job Description
As a People & Culture Project Leader for Purchasing Development (PD) you will play an important role in developing business and people together and securing that we have the right competence in the right place today and tomorrow. You will work close together with People and Culture (P&C) Mgr for Purchasing Development and you will together lead the global P&C agenda for the total organisation. You will lead the development, adaptation and implementation of P&C processes and projects across PD in order to contribute to excellent sustainable business performance. You will be part of PD Extended mgm team as well as PD P&C matrix and you will report to P&C Mgr for PD.

Den person som slutar har haft rekrytering som särskilt utvecklingsområde så det är en fördel om du är kunnig och intresserad av det. Men när du kommer diskuterar vi och eventuellt omfördelar. Nuvarande arbetssätt är inte hugget i sten utan utvecklas kontinuerligt. Körkort är en fördel då vi har verksamheter utanför tätorten.
