Nu finns möjligheten att arbeta i en produktionsmiljö på ABB Control Room Solutions i Ryssby tillsammans med vårt ambitiösa och kunniga produktionsteam. Tillämpad arbetstid är dagtid 7-16, vi är totalt ca 35 anställda i företaget och ca 17 i Ryssby. Vi tillverkar och levererar egendesignad inredning för kontrollrum till många olika verksamheter över hela världen.
Du rapporterar till Operationsmanager och kommer leda ett team där dina ledaregenskaper får ta plats där du utvecklar, motiverar och engagerar ditt team som ansvarar för att nå uppsatta produktionsmål.
Du bidrar även till ett nära samarbete med dina kollegor i produktionsledningen där ni arbetar efter gemensamma mål. Produktionen är dynamisk med deadlines att hålla och du är bekväm med att ta snabba beslut när så behövs.
Dina ansvarsområden
Att ett aktivt arbete bedrivs enligt ABBs ledningssystem för kvalitet, miljö och arbetsmiljö.
Att hålla i den dagliga styrningen av produktionen.
Personalansvar för cirka 10 personer med målfokus på säkerhet, kvalité och prestation.
Att initiera rekrytering och utveckling av personal.
Visst ekonomiansvar.
Att målstyrning för avdelningen utarbetas, visualiseras, utvecklas och följs upp.
Att driva förbättringsarbete.
Att verksamheten bedrivs i enlighet med gällande lagar, avtal och krav.

Din bakgrund
Du har tidigare ledarerfarenhet som chef eller haft möjlighet att leda andra inom projekt.
Du är trygg i din roll som ledare med god kommunikativ förmåga att förmedla och fördela arbetet. Du ser det som självklart att utveckla ditt team såväl som verksamheten.
Som ledare strävar du efter att skapa en gemensam vision och bygga en stark teamkänsla, du gillar att jobba med människor och att lyfta dem.
Du hanterar MS Office obehindrat.
Du kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, för att kunna interagera med många olika människor i vår organisation och även externt.
Meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av ledarskap inom produktion och arbete i affärssystem. Vi använder oss av SAP.

You lead project portfolio management in BA Chili to ensure the right priorities in relation to Business Plan ambitions and a balanced portfolio and to explore the future by forecasting, building scenarios and contingency plans. Responsible within the unit for financial planning (budgeting and forecasting), adherence to power of authority (POA) structure and adherence and compliance to accounting policies and rules.

Furthermore, you will be: 
•    Responsible for ensuring relevant digital tools and business solutions in the unit and for identification and escalation of tool development and improvement needs
•    Being responsible for communicating financial and business results, insights, recommendations, and goal achievement in a clear and inspiring way, making business analysis available and actionable

This is a permanent role, and you will be part of the management team. The position is in Älmhult.

By ensuring that the availability of our range is as accurate as possible and maintains high quality you and your team will contribute to excellent customer meetings in all sales channels. With a transparent and clear communication, you make sure that existing processes are followed and improved. Through present leadership and a focus on clear communication and responsiveness, you aim to create good teamwork.
This position involves approximately 80% administration and coaching of employees. The remaining time you will be taking part of the operative agenda to get a good picture of how you can best support your employees in their daily work.

Job Description
As the Sustainability Development Manager, you will lead the Sustainability Development team whose mission is to enable and support core business range and core business supply with expertise and competence to develop towards becoming People & Planet Positive. You will navigate the team that creates awareness, inspires, and challenges!
Working closely together with the Range Sustainability Manager and Supply Sustainability Manager, you will lead the identification and prioritization of new topics from the People & Planet Positive strategy and emerging issues: anchoring and securing buy in and resources to explore, develop and build competence and the sustainability agenda.
You will manage the portfolio of specific exploration projects and lead the team in their deployment. You will also lead some of the projects yourself. The deliverables will be integrated into the running of the core businesses. Currently some topics within the Sustainability Development project portfolio include: Biodiversity, Water, Regenerative Agriculture, Responsible Recruitment, Livelihoods, Environmental Impact, Digital Sustainability and Product Passport.
In addition, you represent sustainability in a number of councils and forums, such as the Innovation Council, which reviews and approves explorations delivering to future IKEA goals. You are an internal and external spokesperson for People & Planet Positive.
You report to Range Sustainability Manager, Lena Julle.

You will be leading the engineering and quality implementation/industrialization of new products, as well as improvement of existing range to secure quality and compliance to all requirements. The scope will be both new and existing product, in close cooperation with product developers and suppliers. In the role as a Production Engineer you will secure scalability and implementation of new suppliers, as well as improving existing production. Compliance is a huge part of this assignment – both setting the requirements for the suppliers, verify documentation, product risk assessment etc. You will work in close cooperation with the suppliers to make sure that the product journey is seamless, from implantation until the first product is rolled out and through out the cooperation.


Product Engineer will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities as below: 
Lead and involve the right resources in Purchasing to secure the product development projects are delivered on time, with quality and with full compliance. 
Participate in Contract Review and lead implementation of product documentation connected to new articles as well as product improves at suppliers 
 Contribute to the development projects and design/product risk analysis (FMEA) from a technical perspective (create phase in DPOP), with competence in construction, material, production, quality and customer expectations.
 Actively identify, put forward and lead/execute Product Improvements with priority to satisfy customers, as well to utilize material and energy in an efficient way

Job Description
As Sustainability Manager you will in close cooperation with the Category Area Management Team contribute to the development and implementation of the Category Plans, setting sustainability priorities and goals to make our materials, supply chain and products more sustainable in our strive constant to create a positive impact for people, society and the planet. You work together with Category Managers and business development teams in your area of responsibility to support them in developing and implementing the actions plans that have been agreed with the suppliers. You will be a member of Category Area management team.
In this role you will report to Category Area Manager, Tina Stilleborn.

More in detail the assignment consists of:
• Lead, contribute to and/or coordinate development projects in line with Category plans and
• Ensure compliance to sustainability working methods and IWAY
• Lead the team of Sustainability developers
• Lead sustainability related competence development initiatives specific to Category Area.
• Contribute to develop and implement the Material directions
• Lead and develop Sustainability topics on specific Category Area level
• Secure Category Area specific sustainability working methods and tools are developed and implemented.
Qualifications
With experience from working with identifying short and long term sustainability potentials and risks you have deep sustainability and business understanding and a strong customer focus. You have experience with developing business strategy with clearly defined priorities and leading all involved people towards achieving it. You know that key to success is to have motivated and competent people on-board and have in your current and previous positions proven your ability in leading and developing both business and people. You have the ability to bring out the best in the people and organizations you encounter and you lead with IKEA culture and values.
