Performance Embedment Leader Range strategy and transformation
As a Performance embedment Leader, you are a senior performance insights partner to leaders in Range strategy and identity.?You will work closely with a team of Business performance leader, Business navigators and Business performance analysts in explorative analytics to derive strategic insights. You work alongside the Strategy and identity department and support them from strategy creation and revision to execution of initiatives and projects. Your role is to integrate business performance throughout, ensuring that we make strategic choices to capture opportunities and manage risks.
Your main responsibilities as a Performance embedment Leader are:
Develop and embed performance insights in strategy, initiatives and projects.
Together with key stakeholder’s define needs for strategic performance insights, goals and measurements for the Range and communication strategy.
Together with specialists explore and develop new analytical models leading up to business performance insights.
Package and communicate business performance insights in a clear and comprehensive way, helping the business to conclude, take decision and drive action.

To do this, it requires a passion for strategic analytics and an excellent ability to go from details to holistic performance insights. It also requires exceptional ability to package and communicate complex matters in a straightforward and inspiring way. You will be key in guiding other leaders in spotting and acting on business opportunities, as part of strategic development and implementation.
We think you are a star and to shine in this role we want you to have experience of stakeholder management, great communication skills and both a holistic view and an eye for detail. Further, we believe that you have experience of working with performance analytics and insights. You are used to handling changes and are always striving for simplicity in everything you do. You work proactively, take initiative, and have the creative ability to find new solutions and optimize and challenge the existing ones.?It would be great if you already knew the IKEA Business model and our strategic landscape, specifically within Range, and how it relates to business performance reporting.
In the role of Performance embedment Leader, we believe that you?have a university degree in Business/Finance/Economics (or a related field). You have at least 5 years experience of working with business performance management. You are well acquainted with the Power BI platform and translation of business requirements to analytical models. You are fluent in English, spoken and written.

As Business Performance Analyst your assignment is to solve difficult business dilemmas by converting complex and large datasets into facts, actionable insights and user-friendly performance follow ups. You lead and run continuous business performance monitoring as well as explorative analytics to discover and act on new business opportunities. You communicate business performance results in a clear and relevant way to stakeholders with main risks and opportunities in focus.
In Business Steering, we strive for a strong and living learning culture, and we believe that you thrive in a collaborative environment where you have the freedom and responsibility to develop through solving difficult business questions. You lead the development of business analytical approaches in your area of responsibility and act as the bridge between business needs and digital development of business information tools. You will report to the Business Analytics Manager, Business Steering, Range.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have strong and proven skills in business performance analytics, having both a holistic view and an eye for detail?.Curiosity, goal orientation and drive for results, both aiming for big achievements and believing in doing things a little bit better everyday?. You have capability to analyze large datasets in both known and unknown, working with modelling and scenarios to describe the future?.Ability to explain and communicate in a clear and inspirational way around complex?analytical results.?Eager to learn from others as well as sharing own knowledge and interest in business improvement, processes, interdependencies, and cause & effect relationships. You are committed to find root causes and implement corrective actions.
Furthermore, we want you to have:
Education in a numerate field, e.g. data science, business administration, economics, engineering or finance is a preferable background.
For this specific role it is beneficial if you have experience from working with analytics within the area of sustainability Quality or compliance.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik etc)
Knowledge about databases, data modelling and query - and/or general-purpose languages is a plus.

As a Business Navigator for the Range Areas you will be part of a bigger team of Business Navigators where we support and challenge each other, share best examples, and develop as team and individuals. But your main task is to stay close to the Range Area (RA)/Home Furnishing Business (HFB) you support where you will be the main contact to secure that the range and product development is based on analysis, business insights and facts and where vital process are navigated in with the full business perspective, both in “happy flow” and “when the going gets tough”.

You will be leading HFB performance management in which requires a passion for and the ability to spot business opportunities behind data, an analytical and business-driven mindset and strong communication skills. Your tools are data, facts & figures. Your approach will be to work pro-actively to add insights, recommendations, and scenarios. Your secret is to combine the passion, the tools, and the approach to secure that our (your) range creates a better everyday life for the many people.

Your main responsibilities as a RA/HFB Business Navigator are:

•    Which products are not wanted or needed anymore? What does “fancy words” means in, realistic but ambitious, numbers and goals? Do we plan to sell AND produce on same level? Answer to these questions you will secure through existing processes.

•    The X-factor for each business, product type, region, sales channel will be yours to find together with your colleagues in your Range area where your analysis identify opportunities and risks, creates scenario plans and secure.

We think you are a star and to shine in this role we want you to be a goal-oriented person with the ability to implement, deliver and follow up results. You can create clarity and having both a holistic view and an eye for detail. You can handle a lot of data and make it understandable for colleagues in different positions. You will partner with the RA/HFA to make an impact on the current and future business of “your” home furnishing range. You are flexible, used to handling changes and are always striving for simplicity in everything you do. You work proactively, take initiative, and have the creative ability to find new solutions and optimize and challenge the existing ones. 

It would be great if you already know the IKEA Business model, our strategic landscape, and our Product Development process (DNP/Improves). But if you don’t, don’t worry, everyone has been where you are, and most things still remains to be done.

In the role of Business Navigator, we believe that you have a university degree in Business/Finance/Economics (or a related field). You have previous experience in business performance management and financial management with at least 2 years of experience.  Knowledge of calculation systems, MS Office package, reporting tools and business information tools such as Qlik Sense. Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Furthermore, we wish you to have experience from working with performance management, business controlling/analyses or similar topics.

A Portfolio Leader in the CBR PMO leads assigned parts of the Core Business Range portfolio, ensuring movements towards set strategies and directions. Portfolio Leaders are key contributors to develop and maintain Portfolio Management excellence in Core Business Range. 

You will manage the assigned portfolio through a strong collaboration across teams, both internally and externally. Portfolio Leaders prepare, participate, and support the established Range Innovation and Development Council (RIDC) to ensure the highest possible strategic alignment and direction of the Development- and Innovation portfolios. Develop, implement, maintain, and advocate Portfolio Management ways of working and related planning and performance frameworks in Core Business Range 
Actively navigate portfolio, identifying gaps and advice for optimization & prioritization to decision makers and relevant stakeholders by: 
Regular monitoring and support of the planning and execution of the projects & initiatives from a portfolio management perspective 

        Analyzing the recent opportunity against the existing portfolio 
Ensure full visibility of the portfolio towards relevant stakeholders through portfolio reporting covering status of execution and addressing relevant deviations with actions 

Responsible for securing quality and sharp business cases and/or decision documentation required for best decision-making  
Act as expert of project and portfolio management: Identify needs and gaps, and together with the team build leadership and competence in CBR, embedding the portfolio management best practice in the organization 
Represent CBR PMO in selected networks, as agreed with the PMO Manager 
Develop, lead, and secure effective execution of the portfolio management processes

We are looking for an analytics enthusiast with a passion for creating a positive impact on people and planet by empowering our business to shape the agenda on how IKEA should tackle the climate footprint in fact-based way throughout the IKEA businesses using data and analytics. 

We believe that you have outstanding analytical skills in data and complex systems and with your holistic approach as well as an eye for detail you can propose actions and structure perspectives. Job Description
The Business Navigator is a business partner who leads the performance management agenda and enables a high performance culture. Job Description
This is a role to secure pre-conditions for a common business information platform enabling facts and analytical needs to support IKEA way of Working and IKEA strategies.
Executing on the assignment based on the goals and prioritized business needs.
Together with Solution Owner (in Business Solutions)
Define requirements for new reports and solutions
Develop reports/applications on the common roadmap or urgent need for prioritized business needs

The Business Information Analyst is:
Responsible for Business Steering report platform including tools and structure
(Including documentation, training and governance)
Performing Ad-hoc reports & facts
Business Owner for Applications and reports
Performing deep analysis (datamining)
Conducting prototyping for future solutions
Proposing new best practices and data models
Improving and simplifying existing solutions
Providing support to Business projects in terms of structures and data entities needed to follow-up on the deliverables and goals.
Supporting in KPI Map (documenting and maintaining)

Qualifications
Analytical - being able to structure, prioritize and determine relevance and accuracy of information.
Ability to see patterns, derive conclusions and predict consequences of actions.
Use common sense - ability to question and apply rational thinking as well as keeping it simple.
Pedagogic -share knowledge, vision, strategy, best practices and established methodologies.
Making sure the BI systems are indeed answering the right questions and giving users the information, they need to be able to steer IKEA in the right direction.
Strong capability to organise and to work independently as well as through others
Being able to retrieve information and build reports in Qlikview, Qliksense, Excel and TM1.
Capable of translating business needs to IT language and IT logics to business rules.
Deep understanding in Business as a whole as well deep knowledge in one or more subject/performance areas.
Knowledge of legacy databases as well as data warehouse architecture and ETL. ()
Deep technical knowledge (IT) in BI Tools (Qlikview, Cognos, TM1)
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, VBA)

Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) works in a project in the phase of preparing for Europe, Russia, China Rollout activities related to Finance stream cooperating with Lead BA, Process Lead, Business Process Developers, Test manager, Solution owner, Solution architects and Microsoft as main vendor. Qualifications

We are looking for a Business Analyst that will work within Finance with following background:

* Experience from system solution support related to European, Russian and/or Chinese local legal requirements, data migration, testing, workflows, configurations management etc.
* Experience in working as a Business Analyst specialist in a Global/complex ERP Rollout project.
* Conversion of requirements into technical specification for developers and requirement management Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations and CRM, experience from other ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle is also beneficial.
