Your new job
We’re looking for an Application Security Leader who wants to solve complex, real-world problems to make life at home simpler. This is not a people management role, but rather a responsibility to drive the topic forward and collaborate across teams. Your primary focus will be on supporting our products like our planners and smart home experience but also projects across the IKEA network, and you’ll report to the Information Security & Data Privacy Manager. On a typical work week, you will work both with our IKEA Experience team (who take care of our Planning tools like Kitchen, Storage and Office planners) and our Home smart team (who work on our smart home products).


What we’d like you to bring to the table
The role as an Application Security Leader requires you to be highly experienced with and knowledgeable in:
Programming & Scripting Languages: Proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, Ruby, Node.js), understanding of Secure-SDLC, Software supply-chain
Cybersecurity knowledge: Experience working in one of the cybersecurity areas, preferably Blue team, Offensive security, Reverse Engineering, Application Security and AI technology.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and CDN technologies.
A security-first mindset
A deep understanding of IKEA's core values and cultural principles as well as a mindset and way of working that reflects this
Stakeholder management, communication and networking to continuously improve ways of working



It’s a plus if you also have:
DevSecOps experience: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated security testing tools
Hands-on experience Threat Modelling (STRIDE, PASTA or others), Secure coding, API Security

Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead the Range Data Privacy agenda in connection with the Inter IKEA Group approach for Data Privacy, which shall empower core business Range. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans.
Together with your peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA, you will define and roll-out data privacy approaches and ways of working in one or more of the areas: Data privacy assessments like ROPA, DPIA, DPA but also give trainings and work on regular audits to ensure compliance across all of our business areas.

Assess business impact and risks related to information security and privacy; agree and monitor remediation plans
Be the expert in one or more of the fields of information security and privacy to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Leader with experience and knowledge across multiple security domains, that can help us build the future of IKEA. Our ethos is security and privacy by design. We expect security to be a built-in quality aspect, not a bolted-on property.

As Cybersecurity Leader, you will work closely together with the business, architects, and engineers, focusing on enabling IKEA to produce secure and high-quality services and products, to create a better everyday life for the many people. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Din viktigaste uppgift är att tillsammans med dina kollegor samordna och driva utvecklingen av arbetet inom informationssäkerhet och dataskydd i kommunen. Som informationssäkerhetssamordnare arbetar du på uppdrag av IT-chefen.

Du kommer även vara ett stöd för verksamheterna, bland annat genom informationsklassningar, riskanalyser, incidenthantering och utbildningsinsatser.
I arbetet ingår också att stödja verksamheterna i deras arbete med GDPR.

Andra viktiga arbetsuppgifter i rollen som informationssäkerhetssamordnare är att:
- I samverkan med IT-chef ta fram och utveckla processer, policy, riktlinjer, rutiner och strategi för kommunens informationssäkerhet och dataskydd i samråd med verksamheten.
- Leda och driva utbildnings- och informationsinsatser till berörda i organisationen.
- Omvärldsbevaka och analysera utveckling inom informationssäkerhets- och GDPR-området för kommunens räkning.
- Planera och genomföra projekt inom informationssäkerhetsområdet och GDPR.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du har en akademisk utbildning/examen inom arbetsområdet eller motsvarande som arbetsgivaren bedömer relevant för tjänsten.
Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att driva utvecklingsarbeten.

För att lyckas i rollen krävs goda kunskaper om metoder inom området samt att teoretiskt och praktiskt kunna tillämpa regelverk och standarder.

Du är analytisk, strukturerad och organiserad. Du behöver vara en god kommunikatör och duktigt på att prioritera samt ha bra samarbetsförmåga och förmåga att leda andra genom förändring.

Du behöver även behärska svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Ett krav för att få anställning är svenskt medborgarskap och godkänd säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll. Säkerhetsprövningen kommer att genomföras i enlighet med bestämmelserna i säkerhetsskyddslagen.

Having a good security is one of the most important things for IKEA Home smart and we are now looking for a Cyber Security Specialist across multiple security domains that can help us build the future of IKEA Home smart. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will work closely together with the architects and software engineers and focus on enabling IKEA to develop secure and high-quality software. You will support the secure software development of products and help to shape the future of IKEA Home smart.

Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC)
Code Reviews
Threat Modeling
OWASP / BSIMM or similar “frameworks” for software security
Static/Dynamic/Interactive Code and 3rd party analysis tools and processes
Security in the Cloud
DevSecOps
Cloud native security frameworks and controls
Hands-on experience of building large-scale, secure cloud-based solutions
Embedded systems, IoT and Hardware based attacks

Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead the Range Information Security and Data Privacy agenda in connection with the Inter IKEA Group approach for Information Security and Data Privacy, which shall empower core business Range. You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans.
Together with your peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA, you will define and roll-out information security and data privacy approaches and ways of working in one or more of the areas: IT risk, compliance, business continuity and data and application security across Inter IKEA.
More specifically, in this role you will:
Assess business impact and risks related to information security and privacy; agree and monitor remediation plans
Be the expert in one or more of the fields of information security and privacy to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
Act as the point of contact in case of data subject requests, incidents, and support the actions to investigate and also mitigate identified risks
Contribute to further development of frameworks and common capabilities as part of the Inter IKEA network of expertise and ensure implementation
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values and role model for fact-based business leadership
Contribute to professional and long-term relationships with franchisees and other IKEA companies through the IKEA way of doing business, based on cooperation, trust and transparency

In this role you will report to our Information Security and Data Privacy Manager in core business Range and work closely with Information Security and Data Privacy leaders, Cyber Security leaders and specialists across Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong Information Security and Data Privacy Leader with hands-on experience with governance, risk & compliance and the ability to inspire and mobilise people towards clearly set objectives.

You have hands-on experience in implementing organisational capabilities to strengthen IT risk and compliance management processes and to create a risk aware culture.
