About the role
As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in supporting our project-based operations through financial analysis and reporting. You will work closely with senior managers and project managers to ensure financial transparency and efficiency across all areas. Your main responsibilities will include:
Following up on budgets, forecasts, and profitability

About the Role:

Your main responsibilities as a RA/HFB Business Navigator are:
Which products are not loved or needed anymore? What does the “fancy words” mean and how can we convert them to realistic but ambitious, numbers and goals? Do we plan to sell AND produce on same level? The answers to these questions you will secure through existing processes and in collaboration with colleagues in the range area.
Identify the unique X-factors for each business, product type, region, and sales channel. Collaborate with your passionate colleagues in the Range area to discover opportunities and mitigate risks. By using analyses to support scenario planning, you will help us drive sustained growth and excellence.

In the role as Business Navigator, we believe that you have a university degree in Business/Finance/Economics (or a related field). You have previous experience in business performance management and financial management with at least 2 years of experience. Knowledge of calculation systems, MS Office package, reporting tools and business information tools such as Power-BI. Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Job Description
You will be part of the Customs team within Supply Chain Development Execution, which today consists of 18 co-workers. Today’s solutions are a mix of home built and standard solutions. Many of current solutions will be replaced by a standard solution through global customs platform projects.

You will be one of the core competences within Solution Management working close together with Solution Owners, Solution Architects, Test Lead and business stakeholders developing the business solutions.
As Business Analyst will you mainly be:
Responsible for clarifying business needs, requirement management and solution evaluation

OM TJÄNSTEN

Som Business Controller blir du ett viktigt stöd och bollplank till Lekolars affärsområdeschefer samt övriga medlemmar av ledningsgruppen där du analyserar och följer upp verksamhetens resultat samt aktivt bidrar till förbättringar. Dina arbetsuppgifter består exempelvis av att:

* Stötta inköp, logistik och lagerteamen för att effektivisera ekonomiska processer i värdekedjan
* Vara Key User för ERB samt stödsystem
* Stötta med olika analyser vid bokslut
* Vara delaktig i budget och kvartalsprognoser tillsammans med ekonomichef
* Ansvara för uppföljning av OPEX och CAPEX gentemot budget och föregående år
* Genomföra analyser av olika KPI

Som Business Controller kommer du även arbeta proaktivt med att utveckla samt förbättra ekonomiska processer, rutiner och verktyg i bolaget. Du kommer att vara en del av ett team beståendes av ytterligare en Business Controller samt en Financial Controller och du rapporterar till Finance Manager för Lekolar.

DIN BAKGRUND

Vi söker dig med en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, gärna inriktning civilekonom. Du har ett par års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och en god förståelse för en controllerfunktion. Du är en mycket kunnig användare av Excel och har en väldigt god systemvana. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av BI och CRM. Du har en god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Dina personliga egenskaper är mycket viktiga för oss! För att lyckas i rollen som Business Controller är du resultatorienterad och självgående med ett starkt eget driv. As Business Analyst you will work with the DevOps team practicing agile culture where development and maintenance are handled by the same resources.
In close cooperation with technology and business partners across Inter IKEA Group (Group and Core Businesses) you will guide business representatives on implementation and features/benefits of relevant ServcieNow HRSD solutions which meet specific customer needs.
Work with technology as a business tool and translate requirements into solutions, balancing user experience, business needs and digital product constraints.

Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.

As a Business Controller you support the daily operations of the Finance department. You implement business controls and support decision-makers in IMC's functional teams with analysis, reporting and follow-ups, including identifying business improvement potentials, sharing best practices, communicating and presenting performance analysis. You are part of the Business Navigation & Finance team and report to the Business Navigation & Finance Manager for IMC (IKEA Marketing & Communication)

Some of the daily tasks of the department is controlling and operations and implement and improve controlling procedures that will safeguard compliance. You will analyze and create insights to follow-up business results across different areas and contribute to the development of working methods and tools. You will be an active business partner towards functional teams by giving proactive support.

For you to be successful in the job as Business Controller, we think it is important that you have strong analytical skills, having both a holistic view and an eye for detail, and the curiosity to find more efficient and effective ways of working. You are goal oriented with the ability to implement, deliver results and follow up and highly organized and can work independently but also enjoy working and solving problems as part of a team.

Furthermore, you have strong communication skills; being able to explain in a simple way for non-financial people and, as English is our corporate language, the ability to express yourself in English is a prerequisite, both in written and verbal. A solid background and knowledge in Business or Finance Controlling from working in a business and/or a financial role is preferred and a university degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar.

About the HR Digitalisation

The HR Digitalisation encompasses several initiatives to strengthen People and Culture processes and tools within Inter IKEA Group, and to build capabilities for us to work more closely together. We are now looking for Functional and Solution Specialists to work with continues rollout of our People and HR Solution Workday.

Your initial assignment will be to enable sustainable IT foundation for People and Culture related topics for our approx. 17 000 co-workers employed in Industry factories. You will work closely with people & culture community based globally and project / solution team members.

You will report to the Co-worker experience manager at Core Business Range.

This is a permanent position to support the design, running business and further development of Workday solution for the whole Inter IKEA Group. After initial project: to finalise Workday implementation including all employees in Industry, the assignment will continue to focus on further development and support of Workday.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
Being the technical owner of specific functions within the Workday: HCM, Absence or Compensation
Together with the colleagues in solution team, own and develop the Core HCM function securing Workday global design to cover any additional country specific requirements
Translating business requirements into technical solutions; all the way from identifying a solution to configuration and implementation
Running release management for your functions
Act as expert support on HR Tech related incidents & requests
Keeping up to date with tech trends and innovations

Category Area Food is one of the most recently established category areas in Purchasing Development, being in a build-up journey to take over purchasing of Food from the retail organisation. Category Area Food consists of two Categories; Animal and Plant Based. We are 110 co-workers sitting in 5 main locations which is continuously growing due to expansions and increased scope of our assignment. With more locations, complexity increases and we need to secure business support and controllership in close alignment with the broader agenda we have in front of us.
Job Description
As Business Navigator you will be responsible for controllership of our cost base related to FTE’s, travelling and operational expenses in close collaboration with the Business Navigation Manager, to whom you will report. You work in a global environment and you will be speaking partner to our purchase office financial controllers in our different locations around the world to secure proper alignment in budget and forecasting. Further you are to establish the working principles for cost follow-up with the business teams in both categories. 
Further you will be engaged in the development of our KPI Roadmap, which entail working with digitalization of reporting into a data warehouse and associated front end development (Qlik Sense). Your role will be a bridge between business and the solution owner for Food ODS, to secure that business objectives are met when developing reporting capabilities. As a final step you are engaged in performance management analysis to support business teams with proper follow-up to meet overall business objectives. To secure proper performance communication aligned to business priorities and KPI readiness is important. 
Qualifications
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, drive and dynamics, you have enthusiasm for business and people and an entrepreneurship thinking while being strong in the fact based analysis. You want to drive the business further and have an end to end ownership for the purchasing part as you need to understand the business well to be able to support and navigate in the right direction.
