You will have a responsibility for the replenishment solution and inventory on a global level, where you will also have a coordination and mentorship role within IKEA supply chain. You will closely cooperate with the Range & Development team where all the new products are developed. You will also closely cooperate with Regional Supply teams in terms of inventories, and you will strongly contribute to IKEA low cost strategy within logistics. You will learn to deeply understand the business and the strategy, and you will also have a great opportunity to prepare yourself for leadership assignments within logistics in the future. 
Your daily tasks will include:
•   to lead your business, collaborating with all supply chain partners and lead discussions in order to secure availability at lowest total supply chain cost
•   global responsibility to review and balance the total need versus capacity in order to make an executable supply plan, and also from the tactical perspective to give inputs to Business Contingency Planning process
•   to proactively create, execute and follow up need plans on operational and tactical level, act on deviations if needed
•   responsibility to plan the need in the product change process and communicate it further to business stakeholders
•   to contribute to defining the optimal replenishment solution, together with the different stakeholders in the supply chain
•   responsibility, in collaboration with the category, to plan and execute matrix moves both from a sending and receiving perspective
•   accountability for the stock structure in all stock keeping units on regional level on an operational as well as tactical level
•   responsibility for setting the right safety stock levels in stock keeping units on regional level and leading initiatives together with Supply chain stakeholders in order to identify potential overstock

Job Description:
Right now we are looking for one temporary role for 6 months and one permanent.
As Marketing & Communication Communicator, you create and secure high quality communication content for our consumer facing touch points to make the buying process easy and smooth for our customers.


Your main responsibilities include:
•  Analyse and identify the need of product and range communication content, based on insights and customer needs, in order to decide what, when and how to communicate for all consumer-facing media and channels.
•  Secure the customer perspective from a range and product communication point of view in the product development process (DNP) when developing news, improves and running range.
•  Manage the execution of the communication production in the different media activation projects such as the IKEA Catalogue, Kitchen and Bathroom brochures. 
•  Approve, follow-up and secure that communication messages are fulfilled in the communication execution.
•  Proactively inform communication production suppliers about upcoming plans to secure the content readiness.
•  Work with product from communication perspective throughout the Product life cycle and the customer experience journey.
•  Contribute to the Marketing & Communication budget in the BA, as well as to the yearly Meeting The Customer plan on a tactical level.


Qualifications:
The Marketing & Communication Communicator is part of the Marketing & Communication function in BA Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Appliances and reports to the Product Communication Manager. In this role we believe that you:
•  Have an excellent ability to, built on insights and customer needs, develop a strong and commercial customer meeting through communication
•  Are guided by simplicity and always strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high quality communication
•  Enjoy taking initiatives and to lead and drive product- and range communication content with a customer perspective
•  Have several years of experience working with communication, and the ability to apply a range and communication direction to product communication

About the job

About the job
As our IoT Architect you will lead the architectural activities in the area of Mobile App technology to secure creative, ready to implement solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations. Job Description
Right now we are looking for a Material & Innovation (M&I) Developer Bio-polymers within the Material and Innovation team. You will lead development projects of new materials & innovations, creating the foundation for an outstanding IKEA range. For us this means fulfilling all aspects of IKEA Democratic Design; meaning quality, function, form, affordability and sustainability.

IKEA has a clear material direction, and when it comes to plastics, by 2030 only recycled and renewable materials should exist in our plastic applications. We have already made an announcement that we will move away from virgin fossil based raw materials and will embrace circularity example being using our own packaging to make new products. We have also developed partnerships with different Value chain partners to get the renewable plastics starting with injection moulding applications.


In terms of the technology focus and biomass focus we cover from fermentation (bio technology route) to cracking to catalysis. The rationale being to understand which biomass is suitable for which technology to get the most optimal yield and hence lowest possible cost. The very essence of the IKEA vision is “better everyday life for the many people” and hence cost is and will be a driving factor going forward.


As a Material Developer Bio Polymers you will lead and be part of a transformation, not only for IKEA but also for the industry as such. The responsibility and mandate which comes with it is to lead the process for ideation & exploration till developing new materials and technologies till the point that they can be integrated into the normal product development process.
You will take the new bio materials through the material testing and validation phase along with research institutes we work with, product verification with the innovation suppliers that we have identified and support the capacity build up phase with your knowledge and capabilities that you develop while developing new materials and technologies.


You will also be responsible for:
- Based on IKEA directions and knowledge about life at home, market situation and competitors on the IKEA markets, identify, initiate and lead end to end material innovation projects within the Polymers area;
- Test and validate the new materials as well as ensure product verification;
- Secure that all necessary agreements are in place together with legal counsel and support in negotiations and initiate patent application processes together with the patent team;
- Support development of IKEA material strategies in terms of material & innovation objectives and goals.
Qualifications
The Material and Innovation Developer Polymers position is a position with great impact for our Direction and it needs certain qualities to be successful. To be able to deliver in this role, you should have:
- Engineering degree (Master level) within Chemical / Polymers engineering or equivalent;
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial bio technology within plastic applications ex. plastics for injection moulding;
- Deep knowledge and successful track record in managing and executing material and technical development projects from applied research and innovation phase to a product application
- Deep knowledge and experience in the specific material and mass production techniques within the area, preferably in consumer goods sector/automotive industry
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders

As Data Scientist, you will combine your knowledge of statistics and mathematics with your business understanding and some software development skills to create insights and predictions by processing data from several sources communicating the results to our stakeholders. Your main responsibilities as Data Scientist for Sales forecasting are:

About the assignment:
1. Develop Strategy on Cotton from More Sustainable Sources (CMSS) connected to Textile Material Strategy and IKEA´s Sustainability Strategy
2. Develop a Roadmap connected to the Cotton Strategy 2030
3. Create a Risk Map, develop and implement mitigation plans with internal and external teams
4. Manage internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement the CMSS Strategy

Parallel we will explore the business opportunities that is ahead of us to better understand how we as IKEA can continue to grow and make business within the limits of one planet and staying relevant to the customer behavioural change of not wanting to be wasteful.A Circular business has an impact on many things we do in IKEA and to be able to succeed we need to work even more together and interdependent including external partners. We also need to be able to dare to lead and move forward without all answers.When moving into a more circular business there are several things related to requirements we need to secure. One of the pre-requisites for a more circular IKEA is to secure a toxic-free circulation of materials, as IKEA do not accept that recycling happens at the expense of chemical safety. Also not all our markets accept secondary materials in all types of products and if it´s being used it needs to be clearly informed about.Therefore we are right now looking for a Product Requirement Specialist with the purpose to lead and support the implementation of the Circular design principles with a first focus on design with recycled and renewable materials, mainly focusing on legal requirements. More specifically the task will be to lead the work to develop mainly chemical requirements, but also requirements related to product information. This is to secure compliance and enable high performing products on all aspects of Democratic Design.The role will work closely with various stakeholders both within and outside the organisation and outside IKEA.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you need to be a person that can lead different stakeholders and communicate in a clear and simple way. Experience from requirement-related work, as well as knowledge within the chemistry area is preferred. Experience from work related to recycled materials is considered as additional qualifications.We believe that you have a university degree within the area of chemistry, or similar. Ability to work in a structured way is a pre-condition, as well as excellent communication skills. About the assignment
• Development of IKEA Components’ IWAY Forestry working method for Nominated Packaging Suppliers (NPS’s);
• Development and implementation of an IWAY Forestry roll-out and maintenance plan in the organization for NPS’s;
• Overall responsibility for implementing, maintaining, controlling, improving and introducing all elements and requirements of the company’s FSC Chain-of-Custody Certification, including company’s FSC training program, securing internal audits, and the control of the promotional use of the FSC trademarks;
• Overall responsibility to secure implementation and development of MSS packaging agenda, including organizing packaging MSS reporting at relevant time intervals, supervising the verification and approval of information provided by NPSs and reporting of aggregated results.


About you
• University degree in Forestry is preferred.
• Ability to learn and work self-driven;
• Experienced and confident in working independent as well as work with and through others;
• Fluent English in spoken and written;
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written;
• Proven records of auditing skills and experience;
• Experience working as an IWAY Sustainability Compliance Auditor or WS&F Specialist in IKEA is appreciated;
• Good understanding of relevant IKEA IT systems in particular Connect and SRDB;
• General knowledge about IKEAs supply chain and more in depth knowledge and experience from purchase operations;
