till vår enhet i Älmhult
Det är en roll där du får vara en drivande, rådgivande och en stödjande part till verksamheten inom HR:s huvudområden. Som Manager People and Culture hos oss på Stena Aluminium har du en nyckelroll i organisationen och agerar som en strategisk och operationell partner i verksamheten. Du ingår i ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till VD.
Du kommer att arbeta med samtliga HR-processer och vara en naturlig samarbetspartner med ledare på olika nivåer i organisationen. Du har en strategisk övergripande roll samtidigt som du stödjer chefer på en mer operativ nivå, vid bl.a. rekryteringar, förhandlingar, organisationsfrågor, arbetsmiljö, kompetensutveckling, successionsplanering och i företagets koncerngemensamma processer. I uppdraget ingår även ansvar för vår interna kommunikation. I din övergripande roll förväntas du arbeta proaktivt med att utveckla processer inom bolaget och ge HR-support till våra medarbetare för att vårt företag ska nå ökad framgång. HR teamet består av ytterligare en medarbetare som stöttar med de mer operativa uppgifterna.
Som person är du målinriktad och självgående, har en hög integritet och är bra på att skapa förtroende. Vidare trivs du i ledarrollen, du är drivande, engagerad och har en hög leveransförmåga. Du har god analytisk förmåga, har företagets affär i fokus och är van att skapa effektivitet i såväl processer som arbetssätt. Uppdraget ställer även krav på pondus.
Vi söker dig med relevant akademisk utbildning och flera års dokumenterad erfarenhet av både strategiskt och operativt HR-arbete. Du har goda arbetsrättsliga kunskaper och förhandlingsvana. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta utvecklingsorienterat.

Din bakgrund

Du har en högskoleutbildning inom HR och några års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter samt erfarenhet av att arbeta med förändringsarbete, gärna i en producerande verksamhet. Du är van vid och trivs med att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt och att hantera både enklare och mer komplexa arbetsuppgifter. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är en förutsättning. Du är en resultatorienterad person med god affärsförståelse och intresse av att tillsammans med andra driva utvecklingen inom HR området på företaget. Som person är du engagerad, strukturerad och noggrann. Du är en god lyssnare med hög integritet som har lätt att skapa förtroende hos andra. Vidare är du en nyfiken och prestigelös person med känsla för teamwork och en stark vilja att göra skillnad för företaget.

Job Description
We are now looking for a Team Manager - Payroll & Solution Support to join us in the People & Culture Community of Expertise department. This position is a strong contributor to make us at IKEA become an even greater place to work tomorrow. Someone who enjoys being close to the business as well as helping people to grow and develop.
This role is in the People & Culture Community of Expertise, a part of the IKEA of Sweden AB, that offers P&C competence to all Inter IKEA Group companies in Sweden.
The Payroll & Solution Support assignment supports our People & Culture in the core payroll processes and Compensation & Benefits in partnership with external payroll provider.
You will find a team of Payroll specialists and Payroll administrators with national super user assignment in Workday/Workday Time, Benify portal, HRx and MedHelp.
You will report to the People & Culture Community of Expertise manager.

In this role you will lead a small team of six co-workers as well as lead the payroll network and take a major role in competence & benefit questions for Inter IKEA in Sweden. You will be responsible for the vendor management within your area.
Furthermore, you will contribute with setting processes and delivering payroll expertise. You act as the owner of the HR Payroll system (HRx) and create payroll support (My Support/Service Now), securing change requests to the Inter IKEA organisations (IIG).
As Team Manager you are accountable for bringing people and business together to create excellent and sustainable performance. In this role you will actively contribute to the growth of business by ensuring that the People and Culture strategies are translated into action by working in partnership.
Assignment:
Being partner to stakeholders within P&C community in payroll related questions and tasks
Maintain and manage vendors and systems related to the payroll assignment and thereby being first point of contact for our external payroll provider
Leading Payroll network for IIG SE
Leading the development of the IIG benefits offer together with stakeholders and vendors
Secure deliverables to third parties such as government and tax authorities
Lead the team closely to deliver on common goals and tasks
Develop routines and find better ways of working to contribute to the development of the Community of expertise assignment
Co-operate cross functionally within the Community of expertise when needed to succeed in common business priorities
Co-operate close with INGKA in common scopes and tasks

Qualifications
As a Team Manager Payroll, you need thorough experience of working within the area of Payroll, Vendor Management and Compensation & Benefits.
We are looking for a confident leader with experience in developing co-workers.
We expect that you have broad experience in developing ways of working and lead a team that give a great service support towards stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR processes, Swedish laws and regulations is required and understanding of local collective labour agreements are an advantage.
As a person you are humble together with a great willpower.
You are business minded and with a high ability to drive change and take on responsibilities.
You like to work in a changing environment.
You will need to take initiatives, interact with stakeholders, lead activities and be structured.

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have experience of HR/Competence Management tasks, preferably 3-5 years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner. You have a passion for developing business and people together and know how to guide the organization in translating business needs into concrete competence actions. You have a passion of developing people and bring out the best of them. You will work in a global multicultural business environment and have a big interest to understand different cultures and behaviours and by that support the organization to lead and communicate in a remote context. You need to have high integrity and being able to build strong working relationships. You have experience of working with a strategic agenda and are able to make it happen through leaders in the organization. You are good at combining strategic and operative tasks and you make things happen.
