Optimera i Älmhult söker en kundorienterad, affärsdriven och ansvarstagande Säljledare / Byggsäljare med erfarenhet från uppsökande B2B försäljning och arbetsplatsbesök hos Proffsbyggare. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Försäljning av byggmaterial och förnödenheter.
Bearbetning och kontakt med nya och befintliga kunder.
Kundansvar och förhandling gentemot kund.

Job Description
As Meeting the Customer Specialist for Business Area Bedroom you will have MTC responsibility for range areas: You will have MTC responsibility for range areas: HFB4 Bedroom Furniture but specifically Chest of drawers and stability topics”
You ensure that the sales related requirements for a successful meeting with the customer are incorporated within the development of a defined business for both NEWS and running range. You will lead the sales contribution for new range development into the development/project teams and for market input to secure requirements for the defined business, all in order to support the buying process. Furthermore you´ll responsible for value based pricing as well for competitive world wide monitoring and the follow-up of pricing KPIs.
Your main work tasks will be:
To be responsible for the content of the Meeting the Customer Sales components of the projects.
Take the responsibility to identify the need for range related services, after sales and spare parts.
Securing that the Range and product knowledge content are related to easy buying and selling to retail partners.

The goal for you is to secure that the selling requirements of the IKEA retail system are met within defined range offer.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have great interest for business and a capability to focus on a defined business area while maintaining a holistic perspective of cross business needs, opportunities and the areas impact on total IKEA. You have a retail background where you have gained good knowledge in the market and competitor landscape of business that you are accountable for. Your knowledge in the year cycle for the sales processes, retail environment and how the offer meets the customer in different touch points is very good.
We also believe that you are;
A good team player and have capability to influence stakeholders in order achieve the common goal.
Capability to bring data, information and knowledge to understanding and transform it into insights within the scope of the assignment.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Job Description
The Deputy Sales Manager position is a business and leadership focused role in the centre of IKEAs product development focusing on connect the product development and the retail channels and are part of create a good meeting with our customers in all channels.
This role reports to MD of IKEA of Sweden .


Your responsibilities will include:
• To lead, coach and develop the Sales Team in Range.
• To contribute as member of the Range Management team to the success and development of the total business
• To secure that the relevant Sales processes & year cycles are executed and deliver to the planned results and KPIs.
• To collaborate across the IKEA network to maximize growth and profitability of the business.
• To assure recruitment and succession planning within the Sales function and matrix for specific roles.
• To secure relevant capacity and competence in the development projects.


Qualifications
