Job Description
As Sales Support?for Business Area CHILI you will lead the sales year cycle, making sure that tools are in place and all parts come together.
You will give support to the Sales function in optimizing sales, growth, profitability and precision via administrative support and analyses.
In other words securing that we are working with structure in the most efficient way.
If you spot any possibilities for improvements for a more streamlined way of working, you are welcome to raise them on the agenda.
We are always looking for new and more improved ways of working!



Furthermore you will also contribute with:
Providing relevant data to secure proactive ways of working in the sales team
Collaborate with Business Navigation team, working with scenario planning in different processes to set relevant data
Lead our communication efforts to our stakeholders by using available tools, e.g. newsletters, online platforms like Teams, etc.
As part of the team you will be expected to lead some functional projects and actions on a variety of topics



Qualifications
For the role as Sales Support you know how to lead and make things happen through good cooperation with others. You are a true networking person with a thorough background from sales. You are good at analysing, drawing conclusions as well as understanding how decisions and process impact the totality.
What´s more you:

Act as the main speaking partner and lead the sales collaboration topics between the HFB and IKEA retail markets in order to achieve the agreed sales plan and the classification of a relevant IKEA offer.

IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.

Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
• To act as the main speaking partner and lead the sales collaboration topics between the HFB and IKEA retail markets in order to achieve the agreed sales plan and the classification of a relevant IKEA offer.
• To be responsible to lead the Sales planning collaboration including sales steering, alignment of activation initiatives, agreements on Price & Volume, follow-up and act on deviations to the agreed Sales & Supply agreement..
• To secure that the impact of commercial actions are quantified as a part of the sales planning collaboration
• To be responsible to lead the Range Dimensioning collaboration process in the HFB including:
• To set commercial classification based on the Range portfolio
• To lead the collaboration between the HFB and retailers for Complementary range and market preference complementary NEWs
• To set the service level based on the aligned Sales plan

• Capability to focus on a defined business area while maintaining a holistic perspective of cross business needs, opportunities and the areas impact on total IKEA
• Capability to work on an operational level while connecting actions to the defined strategy and tactics for the business.

• Good knowledge in the market landscape of the Home Furnishing Business
• High knowledge in sales collaboration areas (Sales Planning, Sales Steering, Pricing and Range Dimensioning) and the year cycle
• High knowledge in the retail environment, sales steering and how the offer meets the customer
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
