Your new job
We are currently looking for two dedicated Team Managers, each responsible for leading a specialized team. One team focuses on front-end development and data analytics, while the other focuses on data science. Both roles involve team leadership, close collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders, and a strong focus on team development and delivery.
In this role, your typical week can look something like this:
Driving continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing of methodologies, tools and materials across the IKEA Data Analytics community
Collaborating and communicating with other parts of the organization to understand the needs of stakeholders and devise possible solutions
Ensuring consistency by supporting the use of relevant development techniques, digital frameworks, and best practices
Being responsible for making sure that the insights and conclusions from data science are easily available to other parts of the organization
Supporting a culture of data-driven decision making across IKEA organizations
Working closely together with data scientists, data engineers, architects, analysts, peers, and other relevant roles across IKEA as well as in your team
Keeping up to date with the latest technological trends

In your everyday worklife you address tactical and operational needs within specific applications, driving domain-specific requirements and end-user engagement – all the time together with the development team and in contact with the end-users!

Responsible for the delivery of the assigned applications including business development according to Digital Product priorities, release management, life cycle management and the operation (run) of the applications, business continuity and business support. Contribute to continuous improvement of the applications.
Contributes to key stakeholder management and expectations through strong relationships. Interact with process and business functions, user community, application management and software suppliers, Service Operations, Architecture and other relevant functions for applications performance improvement.

The assignment will specifically focus on Transport Management development area.
