Job description

You will be responsible for leading the production planning of the 3d coordinators, the process steps and delivery of the production brief. You will be clarifying the process, ways of working, roles and responsibilities for everyone involved, as well as constantly striving for new more efficient ways of working. As the Production Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for time-management, budget and quality of the production. You will collaborate with other PDL:s within the customers organization and also work closely with 3d coordinators to ensure that their work meets the projects schedule.

The assignment is based in Älmhult and since you will collaborate with other internal stakeholders it's mandatory to at least be onsite 2-3 days on a weekly basis.

Your background

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of effectively managing and streamlining production flows and processes to enhance efficiency. Senior-level expertise in strategizing and implementing production plans to drive down costs and boost capacity is essential. Additionally, experience in leveraging modern production methods, particularly in the realms of 3D and image-based processes, is highly valued.


More specific requirements:

* You have at least 3 years of professional experience working and leading image, film or 3D production in high volume or lean processes.
* High level of knowledge and passion regarding modern production technics; graphical-, 3D, Real time, Automation.
* Experience with Censhare.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The assignment

Have worked with software development teams and have a good understanding of successful software development.

Have knowledge in change management methods and tools
Be confident, strong as communicator and able to influence a wide range of stakeholders across the IKEA value chain at the same time sensitive to people different needs

We are now looking for a Project Leader in Data & Technology within Supply Chain Development at IKEA Supply. You will be responsible for leading and driving one or more projects, delivering on transformational processes and digital initiatives in IKEA Supply. As part of the Digital Product management team in the Supply Data & Technology department, you will contribute to develop and deploy common ways of working, mentoring and supporting digital project team members to grow and deliver great results. Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA to strengthen a common and uniform way of delivery digital solution in Agile or waterfall approach.

Main responsibilities in the assignment:
•    Develop IKEA Components’ BI solution with an end-to-end perspective
•    Drive development and implementation of new data models to provide measurements and KPIs
•    Design, implement and secure flows from fetching raw data to quality secured models for our report developers and analysts
•    Supports planning of external resources and acts as an orderer towards the supplier
•    Be the primary stakeholder within BI for development of business solutions and processes
•    Own and develop the physical information model
•    Acts as an orderer towards the data integration team
•    Work closely with business analysts and report developers

Our current BI platform consists of a centralised data warehouse based on Microsoft products and Infor’s DWD as a modelling tool. We use Microsoft BI (Power BI and SSRS) as a frontend to our reports consumers. 
All information modelling is done in the data warehouse, i.e. this is the complex part of our BI platform. Data is provided to the report developers in data marts or SSAS cubes.
We are planning to modernise (re-build) our data warehouse in the near future and in your role you are the main contributor to the effort.

This adds some aspects to the assignment:
•    Set a target architecture for a modern, future-proof data warehouse
•    Select components, solutions and vendors

Lead projects within the area of technology foundation. Your first assignment will be to lead and manage the project that will have the overall responsibility to establish technical services for cloud at Core Business Range & Supply
Manage all different aspects of project management
Manage all phases of project management throughout the life-cycle of an initiative
Select and apply a delivery method that is appropriate for the task
Manage, if needed and as an interim, IT service operation in the project dimension
Contribute to the improvement of project management as a discipline
Promote diversity, simplicity and cost-consciousness when implementing services
Manage communication to key stakeholders from a business and IT perspective

Nu är företaget inne i en spännande och expansiv fas och söker en affärsdriven Projektledare/ Affärsutvecklare som ska ansvara för och bygga upp Playbox e-handel mot b2b och b2c! Då projektet är i sitt inledande skede så har du nu möjlighet att vara med från start.
Ett nytt affärsområde riktat mot idrottsföreningar och skolklasser kommer att lanseras där du är den drivande kraften. Parallellt med att du driver igång e-handeln så får du en inblick i produktsortiment, försäljningsstruktur och kan börja bygga dina relationer med kunder.
Du kommer att ansvara för marknadsföringskampanjer och även arbeta med sociala medier.



Personliga egenskaper

Krav för tjänsten är:
Erfarenhet från liknande roll som projektledare inom e-handel eller motsvarande.
B-körkort då resor främst inom Sverige förekommer.
Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Vi söker dig som har:

* Flerårig erfarenhet som projektledare inom mjukvaruutveckling.
* Ett intresse för metodiker samt erfarenhet av en eller flera projektmetoder.
* Förmåga att leda och coacha projektmedlemmar till att prestera på bästa nivå.
* Relevant utbildning på universitets- eller högskolenivå.
* Förmåga att kommunicerar väl, skriftligen och muntligen i Svenska och Engelska
