I rollen som 3D-utvecklare arbetar du med att designa och vidareutveckla robusta 3D-pipelines och tekniska lösningar som hanterar stora mängder data och visuella tillgångar. Arbetsuppgifter
Designa och underhålla 3D-pipelines och verktyg.
Utveckla och optimera 3D-modeller, shaders och bilder för olika plattformar.

Vi söker dig som
Relevant eftergymnasial IT-utbildning gärna inom datateknik, teknisk Fysik, spelprogrammering eller liknande.
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av teknisk 3D-utveckling
Mycket goda kunskaper i Python och C++
Erfarenhet av att bygga och underhålla 3D-pipelines, med fördel i USD (Universal Scene Description)
Erfarenhet av DCC-verktyg (t.ex. Houdini, Maya, Blender) eller spelmotorer (Unreal Engine/Unity).

Projekt som kräver mer än bara planering

Inom Power arbetar omkring 100 medarbetare, där utveckling, produktion, test och slutleverans finns nära varandra. Det skapar korta beslutsvägar, men ställer också krav på tydligt ledarskap i projekten.

Som senior projektledare ansvarar du för genomförandet av våra kundprojekt inom exempelvis elverk, batterisystem, laddare och simulatorlösningar. Du leder tvärfunktionella team bestående av ingenjörer, inköp, produktion och andra specialister. Rollen är både teknisk och affärsmässig.

– ”Vi söker inte någon som bara administrerar en tidplan. Vi söker en lagkapten. En person som tar ansvar för leveransen, för dialogen med kunden och för att projektet når sina mål – hela vägen i hamn”, fortsätter Niklas.

Ett ansvar som märks

Rollen innebär ett tydligt kommersiellt ansvar. Du arbetar aktivt med uppföljning av budget, prognoser och marginaler. Samtidigt är du en naturlig samordnare internt, den som skapar struktur, prioriterar och håller ihop helheten när komplexiteten ökar. Du driver projekten från uppstart till avslut. Säkerställer att kravbilden är tydlig. Följer upp ekonomi, resurser och risker. Och ser till att leveransen håller rätt kvalitet, i rätt tid.

Metodiken finns på plats. Verktygen likaså. Men W5 välkomnar projektledare som vill bidra till att utveckla arbetssätt och processer ytterligare.

In the role as Agile Delivery Lead (outside Inter IKEA known as Scrum Master/ A), you will lead, coach, motivate and influence teams and individual team members in a complex and sometimes challenging environment where we strive to find simple and efficient solutions to complex challenges for IKEA. Design and implement core backend architecture for AgentVerse: services, registries, cognitive modules, and orchestrators.
Define runtime orchestration for AI agents lifecycles, roles, and communication bridges (Redis, RabbitMQ, WebSockets).
Build high-performance services with async FastAPI, DI modules, and event-driven data flows.
Develop front-to-back integration for Agent Operations UI: connecting React/Next.js interfaces to backend endpoints and WebSocket streams.

Qualifications


Qualification
5+ years in software development, 3+ in backend-focused full-stack roles.

As a Business Developer, you will be an informal leader of a 3-member micro-team. With a Production Engineer, who takes care of the production process and quality, and a Supply Planner, who handles the logistical side of the business. Based on the analysis, you will draw up an action plan once a year to reduce production costs and to develop better design for the customers, all within the framework of sustainability and ethical business practices.
Your assignment would include:
To develop and maintain professional business relationships with suppliers/service providers in alignment with IKEA's direction while being an ambassador for IKEA's culture and values.

Experience with Unreal and/or Unity and/or native IOS/Android 3D development. Experience with mobile application development and deployment.
Programming skills building applications communicating with back-ends and building applications of interactive worlds using game engines and 3D Graphics. Good knowledge of at least 2 different core programming languages such as C#, Python, C++ or JavaScript

As Business Analyst within Supply Chain Development, you will be responsible for clarifying business needs, requirements management and solution evaluation and will support high level solution design, validation, and configuration management. You will also support deployment and running operations.

Job Description
Within the?Business Process Management team?we lead the Manage goods flow end to end process, driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance the end-to-end process for total IKEA value delivery, aligning with IKEA strategies. This involves:
Securing aligned and anchored prioritization and sequence in E2E Goods Flow Roadmap
Enhancing operational excellence through process development and continuous improvements
Co-developing and operating the IKEA Business process management framework through the BPM network and process developer community

Securing a holistic approach to business transformation and change management related to the IKEA operating model

We are looking for two business development leaders. As a business development leader you will secure refinement, breakdown and hand over of work to relevant capability areas where development is driven. meaning there is no permanent “taking over of responsibilities” from existing lines.

Vi söker nu en eller flera erfarna och drivna seniora projektledare. I denna roll kommer du att leda och driva projekt inom produktområdena elverk, simulatorer, batterier och laddare. DIN PROFIL
Du som antar denna utmaning är troligen utbildad ingenjör eller har motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet som projektledare. Du är van att verka inom tillverkningsindustrin, allra helst i en internationell miljö. Vidare är du trygg och självgående i det kravställande arbetet och besitter goda tekniska kunskaper inom t.ex. el, mekanik och automation.

Ditt goda affärssinne ser vi som en självklarhet, likaså att du är van att driva och slutföra projekt enligt uppsatt budget och tids- och leveransplaner. Du är naturligt driven och har förmågan att på ett strukturerat sätt skapa förutsättningar för dig och teamet att gemensamt nå framgångar och goda resultat. As a Raw Material Leader in Forestry, you will:
Drive the Forest Agenda 2030: Lead the implementation and update of IKEA’s Forest Agenda 2030 with a focus on biodiversity, human rights, climate action, and responsible sourcing.
Develop Strategic Wood Supply Direction: Support the execution and update of strategic wood supply direction, in alignment with IKEA’s business and sustainability objectives.
Advocate for Responsible Forest Management: identify opportunities and work with policymakers, NGOs, and industry peers to promote sustainable forest management practices and balanced legislative frameworks.
