Arbetsbeskrivning

I rollen som Product Communication Coordinator kommer du vara med i uppstartsmöten med uppdragsgivare och därefter koordinera hela processen fram till färdig bild eller film. Din roll kommer bland annat också vara att säkerställa att all nödvändig produktinformation finns inför varje uppstartsprocess och bidra till en tydlig och genomtänkt produktionsplanering. I din roll kommer du kommunicera och hålla relevanta personer informerade samt vara koordinatorn mellan uppdragsgivare och resterande medlemmar i produktionsteamet. Detta innebär också att du har en bred kontaktyta och stora möjligheter till att bygga ett brett nätverk.

Vi söker dig som:

* Har utbildning eller erfarenhet inom kommunikation, marknadsföring eller bildproduktion
* Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med Adobe CS och MS Office programmen
* Har erfarenhet av att koordinera, planera och administrera olika projekt eller processer av olika svårighetsgrad och komplexitet
* Kommunicerar flytande på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift


Som person är du duktig på att jobba i och trivs med en arbetsvardag där det är mycket på gång. Deadlines är något som driver dig framåt och kommunikation känns som ett viktigt för dig för att komma framåt. Du gillar att administrera, organisera och arbeta strukturerat. Du har god personkännedom och tycker om att ha dialoger med kunder. I denna roll är det också viktigt att du är driven och att du är en framåtsträvare!

* It is preferable if you have experience within Cross Media and print.
