You are skilled at turning strategies into creative concepts. You are comfortable collaborating at all levels of the organization, including presenting and selling-in your ideas, and working directly with internal partners. You’ll be open to learning a new way of working, and be willing to take on assignments big and small. 
You have 5+ years of relevant experience. You’re a strategic thinker who is self-motivated, adaptable, talented and passionate about collaboration. You have innovative ideas and you’re not afraid to question things. You’re focused on meeting your deadlines but willing to lend a hand when needed.

We’re looking for a mid-level to senior copywriter to join our team at IKEA Communications.
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Write clear, conversational and persuasive copy in our brand tone of voice.
Execute on campaigns from concept stage to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and manage your own workload.
Up-to-date knowledge of today’s multi-channel landscape, market and industry trends.
Able to present ideas to internal stakeholders, with confidence and professionalism.
Ability to craft messages based on the same material for multiple audiences.
Be flexible, and comfortable working in an unpredictable environment.
A portfolio of writing samples will be required.

Project Support will be one of the competence areas in Project Operations. We are now looking for a Project Support Manager.   Project Operations will support projects at IKEA Communications with specialist format-independent competences leading, managing, facilitating and supporting tailor-made creative teams in the different phases of ideation, creation, and development of communication. Continuously improving and simplifying the overall communication development process from end-to-end with seamless handovers and excellence in planning and securing quality, time and cost with strong competence in project management, tools and frameworks.The purpose of the Project support is to contribute in projects with administration expertise and enable other competences to have focus on their core assignments.
