Understanding of the IKEA business model, strategic landscape and IKEA Ways of working and Finance and legal compliance.



You are highly motivated to lead and develop people and to living the Inter IKEA values. Good understanding of the IKEA businesses. High energy to develop the business and deliver result. You are curious to find more effective ways of working and passionate about using knowledge to drive the business development and optimize performance.
You have previous experience and a proven track record in meeting/exceeding results in a financial and/or business leadership role. You preferably also have experience in working on a strategic level, and the ability to translate long-term priorities into clearly defined business objectives. You have strong analytical skills and fact-based business leadership capabilities support making the right decisions and their implementations.
Minimum 3 years of experience within the area of Business Navigation and finance.
