Once upon a time… BILLY, KLIPPAN, TRÅDFRI and all their siblings in the IKEA range was built the first time and Ingvar Kamprad established the first IKEA store in Älmhult. Everything has it´s beginning. We are starting a new beginning for the products that are on the softer side, would you like to join us?


We are setting up a new team of curious, hardworking people that will create 3D based product documentation for existing IKEA products. In our team we are early adopters, problem solvers and contribute actively to new and emerging ways of working while we produce a large amount of product information.


About the department


Specialist Functions within Range Operations has the assignment to develop and support IKEA product development process with specialist competencies. Development of digital skills and competence is of great importance to enable efficiency in ways of working, methods and tools to secure quality of product data. We work with scale-up and implementation of new competence to secure future preconditions in product development.

Job Description


As Digital 3D Developer you will create virtual products that play an important role for a connected digital flow of information.


You see, for us to sell our wonderful products, we need to have correct and complete information available, otherwise we cannot visualize the greatness of our products. This is where you come in: You will be part of a team that creates 3D models and virtual versions of our existing products. We do this in close dialogue with product development teams and communication specialists.


So, in short you are going to work with the following areas:


Match expressions with different product parts
Create virtual versions of IKEA products
Navigate and collaborate with stakeholders across the IKEA organization
You will be part of transforming the IKEA business, so that we stand ready to meet the demands of tomorrow. It will be a highly rewarding work. And yes, it will be a lot of fun!




Qualifications


We are looking for someone who has experience from product communication and documentation. You need to have a general knowledge about 3D design principles in CAD and mesh-based modelling tools.


To succeed in your role, you need to be able to take and give responsibility, lead yourself and work together with stakeholders from different functions and departments throughout our organization.

Inom VA-avdelningen arbetar 18 personer och avdelningen är organiserad inom tekniska förvaltningen. VA-avdelningen ansvarar för kommunens VA-anläggningar som består av ledningsnät, vatten- och avloppsreningsverk samt pumpstationer. Vi arbetar efter kommunens värdeord som är professionalism, öppenhet och engagemang.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker dig som vill arbeta med bland annat drift, tillsyn, underhåll, reparationer och optimering av vattenverk, reningsverk och pumpstationer. Jobbet är fritt och omväxlande med mycket eget ansvar med arbete både inomhus och utomhus.

I tjänsten ingår beredskap och för närvarande är beredskapstjänstgöringen var 8:e vecka. Inställelsetiden till Älmhult under beredskapstjänstgöringen är max 30 min. Det kommer att ingå tjänstgöring vissa röda dagar.

Beroende på arbetsfördelning på VA-avdelningen kan tjänsten även komma att infatta gasföreståndare för biogasanläggningen på Älmhults avloppsreningsverk. Arbetet innefattar förståelse för anläggningen samt administrativt arbete knutet till tillståndet för biogasproduktionen. Arbetsgivaren kommer att tillhandahålla gasföreståndarutbildning om det blir aktuellt.


KVALIFIKATIONER
Vår organisation är liten vilket gör att alla måste kunna arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans. För oss är det mycket viktigt hur du är som person, så att du trivs med oss och vi med dig. Vi söker dig som är flexibel och har förmågan att kunna rycka in där det behövs. Du ska vara nyfiken och tycka att det är rolig att lära dig nya saker. Arbetet som processtekniker kräver ansvarskänsla, initiativförmåga och samarbetsförmåga.

Våra förväntningar på dig när det gäller utbildning och bakgrund är att du ska ha lämplig gymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande. Kanske har du gått en utbildning inom driftteknik och/eller skaffat dig praktisk erfarenhet från liknande yrken. Vi utbildar dig på jobbet, men du har kanske någon tidigare erfarenhet inom process- och systemdrift. Du behöver B-körkort, datorvana samt behärska det svenska språket väl i tal och i skrift för att kunna arbeta som processtekniker hos oss.

Job Description
As a Digital product leader, you will have the chance to lead the development and implementation of viable, valuable, feasible, and desirable digital products. You will be accountable for the product backlog (build, edit, and maintain) and prioritization, for solution requirements through user stories to meet business needs and user experience. You will create and communicate a product vision and you build and lead an empowered product team.
You will act as a bridge between business partners and product teams. You will work closely with our capability area to prioritize product backlog and define OKRs. You need to be a good communicator to inspire and give direction to the team, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
For the job as a Digital product leader, you have:
Solid software Product Management experience leading a cross-functional team
Extensive knowledge of working as a product owner in the commercial domain
Strong ability to create and communicate a product vision, mission and product strategy
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and empower team members while delivering with speed and employing an agile approach to development, both internally and externally. Serve as an ambassador for agile practices and product culture within your team and across transversal teams.
Strong ability to communicate and create trustful relationships in collaborative processes as well as visualizing concepts and ideas
Ability to handle complexity and solve problems through simplicity
Passionate about technology and trends that create better solutions and bring business and user value
High entrepreneurial drive: Stretching boundaries, challenging what already exists, always striving to develop a better digital landscape
Previous experience in tech companies and/or retail will give you an extra edge
