Job Description
The Learning Creators lead the learning design and creation of the IKEA Concept learning offer. They secure that the learning solutions deliver to the co-workers and business needs, as well as to the agreed business priorities. You work in an agile development team together with people with different competences. Each team is responsible for a part of the total IKEA Concept learning offer.

You are interested and curious working together in a team with stakeholders across IKEA to create learning solutions answering to the retail conceptual learning needs. About the assignment
Lead, develop and maintain the design and creation of our learning solutions in our IKEA Concept Learning offer, securing our unique IKEA identity.
Produce learning solutions in various formats (digital, face to face, blended etc.).
Work with authoring tools, as well as tools for creating face to face and blended learning solutions.
Be the go-to specialist about the learning authoring software and tools.
Contribute to the prototyping and testing of learning solutions.
Contribute to the renewal and innovation of the IKEA Concept learning offer.
Perform quality control of learning solutions.

You engage with stakeholders to identify improvement needs and supports the voice of the users to develop products in needed direction. Influence business decisions, design and test to deliver a sustainable product.
You see the big picture as well as details both today and tomorrow. Contribute to making strategic choices and operational decisions to drive our business and achieve the best possible result.
You will report to the Team Manager for Business Analysts.
Qualifications
For the job as a Business Analyst, you have:
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information in a simple and focused way.
Experience in successfully translating business needs into clear and understandable business requirements and models.
Ability to build strong and trustful relationships with business stakeholders. Curious to learn about the business needs, capabilities and processes.
To lead, impact and contribute to a rewarding and more efficient business environment for end users.

The solution specialist leads the development and implementation of common ways of working enabling great user experiences across the IKEA franchise system. The solution specialist contributes to the learning movement we are in by providing facts on usage, performance and business impact of the IKEA unique learning offer and its ecosystem. The solution specialist builds and maintains trustful relationships with stakeholders, business partners, franchisees and colleagues. The solution specialist has communication skills like active listening and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, inspiring way, with down to earth simple tone of voice.
