Uppdraget är på heltid och placering är i Kronobergs län.

Job Description
Within the function Business Location, we develop, manage, and optimize the business locations in south Sweden on behalf of Inter IKEA Group Sweden by; creating preconditions for Inter IKEA Group companies to grow with a long-term sustainable perspective; develop current and future business locations including both properties and outdoor areas; increase long term value and make our business location sustainable, easy, affordable and fun IKEA places and spaces.
As a Construction Leader you will lead the construction aspects of specific building projects from start to finish and ensure compliance with all relevant demands and regulations including tenants ordering, according to decided ways of working.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Providing support in terms of technical and construction matters in the project development phase.
· Prepare and follow up project budget calculations and investment approval time schedules.
· Manage the detailed architectural, technical- and engineering design of the project in accordance with IKEA standards, manuals, and guidelines.
· Manage and obtain the permits that enable construction of the project to be started.
· Manage procurement of external consultants, suppliers, and contractors in accordance with established IKEA procedures.
· Management of all external and internal counterparts to ensure that project construction is carried out correctly to satisfy the project requirements on site safety, quality, time, and budget.
· Detailed control over all aspects of project construction costs, using IKEA's standard cost management IT tool to maintain a correct overview of the overall project cost image, related actual and estimated costs to the budget and record approved payments.
· Ensure satisfactory hand-over of completed areas for tenant build-up in accordance with an agreed schedule.
· Ensure satisfactory commissioning, testing, training, and delivery of technical and building systems to the manager and technician personnel, including providing all necessary documentation.
Qualifications
As a Construction leader you will demonstrate good leadership capabilities including high commitment to business goals by thinking holistically, long term and driving towards expected benefits. You have passion and strong ability to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders and possess the desire to learn from others. You have the ability to improve and simplify current ways of working and solving problems and dilemmas in line with IKEA key values.
· Academic degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
· Several years of experience in consulting and/or contracting.
· Previous experience in complex tender processes and contract negotiations.
· Previous experience in construction management on site.
· Experienced user of Microsoft Project and working in Microsoft Office applications.
· Good interpersonal and skills in English.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Dina arbetsuppgifter som utredningsingenjör är att genomföra kvalificerad handläggning inom tekniska förvaltningens verksamhetsområden. Fokus kommer att vara trafik, infrastruktur och projektstöd. I uppdraget ligger att kartlägga, samordna, samverka analysera och bereda förslag till åtgärd och utveckling. En utredning kan ha sin utgångspunkt från ett politisktuppdrag, att verksamhet ser ett behov eller en förändring i vår omvärld som medför ett behov av att välja ny väg. En del utredningsuppdrag innebär att du får hålla ihop ett uppdrag från "ax till limpa", vilket kan medföra ansvar för både projektledning, möten och föredragningar i ett politiskt forum.

I uppdraget ligger också administrativa uppgifter med ansvar för tex trafikanordningsplaner, rapportering till nationella vägdatabas, projektadministration, ansökan om bygglov och tillstånd, hantering av geografisk information med mera.

KVALIFIKATIONER
För att lyckas i rollen bedömer vi att du har en högskoleutbildning med teknisk inriktning inom trafik, infrastruktur, bygg, miljö eller annan utbildning eller erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig.

Arbetet innebär mycket dialog och samverkan, både internt och externt med medarbetare, kunder, konsulter och myndigheter. Det är därför viktigt att du är en god kommunikatör och bra på att skapa goda relationer. Du har lätt för att uttrycka dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift. Intresse för lagstiftning behövs. Goda kunskaper i något område kopplat till miljöbalken och bygg- och entreprenadjuridik är ett plus. Även kunskaper inom GIS och CAD är en merit.

Det är viktigt att du har intresse för att arbeta i en organisation med många och breda arbetsuppgifter. För att trivas hos oss behöver du ha ett stort engagemang och en vilja och förmåga att driva frågor framåt. Du är noggrann, strukturerad, ansvarstagande och har en hög servicekänsla. ARBETSUPPGIFTER

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du är utbildad ingenjör med inriktning mot väg, mark och anläggning eller har erfarenhet inom anläggningsprojekt som vi bedömer likvärdig. Erfarenhet som projektledare inom väg- och vatten eller entreprenadverksamhet är meriterande. Med anledning av kommunens positiva exploateringstakt kan projekten växla snabbt och det är därför viktigt att du vågar ta dig an nya utmaningar.

Eftersom arbetet innebär mycket externa kontakter med allmänhet, konsulter, entreprenörer och myndigheter är det viktigt att du är en god kommunikatör som har lätt för att uttrycka dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift. Intresse för lagstiftning behövs. Goda kunskaper i entreprenadjuridik och miljöbalken är ett plus.

Som person är du driven men ändå noggrann och strukturerad. Du har förmåga att planera och leda projekt och få framfart även vid motgångar. Vi ser att du har goda egenskaper som projektledare och kan arbeta självständigt samt har förmåga att skapa förtroende och engagemang för såväl projektdeltagare och kund som allmänhet. Du är ansvarstagande och har en hög servicekänsla. Därutöver är du en person som gärna bidrar till att skapa trivsel på arbetsplatsen.

Du har B-körkort.

Tjänsten avser en tillsvidareanställning på heltid eller deltid. För rätt person är bolaget även öppna för en projektanställning alternativt ett konsultuppdrag. Placeringsort Älmhult. Du rapporterar till Fastighetschefen.

Vi söker dig som har en för rollen relevant byggnadsteknisk utbildning. Erfarenhet av arbete som projektledare för nybyggnationer upp till 250 MSEK är starkt meriterande. Med en trygg och självständig framtoning intar du din roll där du drar stor nytta av din tidigare erfarenhet av byggnationer och ditt kvalitets- och affärsmässiga sinne. Genom tidigare roller har du även skapat en god förståelse för hur samspelet med entreprenörer påverkar slutresultatet och att ekonomiska ramar hålls. Tjänsten förutsätter god kommunikativ förmåga på framför allt svenska. Talar du engelska är det meriterande. Tidigare yrkeserfarenhet som projektledare hos offentligt ägda fastighetsbolag samt upphandlingserfarenhet är klar fördel för att snabbt komma in i rollen.

Som person är du strukturerad, målmedveten, driven, proaktiv samt lösningsorienterad. Vidare är du rak och tydlig i din kommunikationsstil såväl intern som externt. Du har en god förmåga att skapa förtroenden på olika nivåer och förvaltar relationer på ett engagerat sätt.
