The Digital Area is set up to connect, enable and support all IKEA Communications Areas with IT systems and tools to create, produce and deliver communication in the smartest, most automated and cost efficient way possible. 

The Development & IT team is part of the Digital Area and secures the business with IT tools and systems and provide support to the demand for IT custom tool development to guarantee process improvements on the running business and consistently reduce time to market and increase business efficiency. We deliver relevant technology solutions to IKEA Communications and ensure the high standards of the co-workers needs are met. Right now we are looking for a Business Analyst. 

As Business Analyst you will Identify, document and manage business requirements for solutions used at IKEA Communications, so that the solutions meets the needs and expectations of the users, and other internal or external stakeholders. You are important to enable the business to articulate needs and the rationale for change and describe the solutions that can deliver value.

Your main responsibilities will be to: 
Identify improvements by elicit, analyse, challenge and document (e.g. business requirements, use cases, user stories, test cases & acceptance criteria, boundary conditions) all stakeholder needs and detailed business requirements. For a technical service this includes functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate the identification and elaboration of feasible business solutions for process, organization and service with business modelling while managing expectations among the stakeholders.
Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks. Support solution evaluation with identified business requirements
Support for Design Activities, Validation/Test & Configuration Management Support.
Support project management in setting up a business analysis approach that is appropriate for the chosen project approach. Support business architect in creation of business blueprint and managing dependencies relating to processes, information and solutions.
Validate compliance of business requirements through the Service Validation/Test & Configuration Management processes execution by the IT vendors, review test results, follow-up and steer on defined test KPIs/metrics. Support business acceptance test (BAT), and user acceptance test (UAT) planning, preparation & execution, including test case definition and drive acceptance.
Participate actively in the creation of solution documentation in co-operation with process/business teams and IT vendors, as well as the creation of the ‘learning offer’ for the solution including training materials and delivery of training.

The Communication & Media Services Area is IKEA`s communication partner and provides all IKEA trademark and business partners with Communication & Media Services for paper, print and digital.

Print Media Team will lead the Print Media Area. The Team will develop print media solutions and lead production solutions with end-to-end acountability including complete print media solution and communication assets and packages. The Print Media Team is now looking for a Production Responsible.

The Digital Lab is part of the Digital Area and drives the digital development and innovation work in the spatial computing area for all IKEA companies. The Digital Lab is right now looking for a Standards Leader. 

As a Standards Leader in the IKEA Digital Lab, you will drive standardization work within and outside IKEA, doing strategic forecasts for technology. You will also work with early digital IPR and you will be a contact person for IKEA towards technology universities in the field of spatial computing, computer graphics software and hardware. 

The Standards Leader within the area of Computer Graphics and 3D is someone who acts as a connection between IKEA needs and possible technical standards available on the market. That someone who can evaluate and explore real-time customer experience technology into possible support solutions. You will be part of a team investigating and evaluating new technologies towards IKEA’s needs while building a global network of innovators, universities and research and development environments.   

Examples of responsibilities in this role could be:
Establish standards for the development and use of digital applications or programming interfaces across IKEA in work areas within media, graphics, information and communication technologies connected to IKEA pre/post sale services; and in alignment with existing open source standardizations from organizations such as the Khronos Group, the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), and the International Communication Institute (ITU), World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) among others. 
 
Explore possible new/future digital technologies, foresee business opportunities and applications across IKEA, as well as the strategic partnerships that would support in positioning IKEA at the forefront of these developments. 
 
Create targeted forecasting presentations for IKEA stakeholders to facilitate decision making, give a better strategic understanding of the global digital landscape, the opportunities it offers, its possible implications in consumer behaviour, production/communication standards and pre/post sales drivers. 
 
Align strategic 3rd party partners with the current and forecasted landscape to enable faster iteration, and speed of deliverables. 
 
Collaborate with IKEA Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) department to set a strategy and execution of longer-term patent goals and deliverables. 
 
Support the IPR department with threat analysis, highlight problem areas and in filing business critical patents of current and future, mid/long-term pre/post sales service offering from IKEA. 
 
Promote IKEA at various industry events, forums or tech conferences. 
 
Contribute to the knowledge transfer and technical expertise in projects. 
 
Build a network of external partners and internal stakeholders.

As a 3D Artist you will be responsible for securing a lean and effective production of high quality photo realistic 3D Images and films. As Product Communication Manager you will…

Develop a resource allocation competence base by mapping internal/external capabilities, in alignment with assignment demands and priorities; and in close collaboration with assignment & competence areas.
Collaborate closely with assignment & competence areas to define and set clear expectations on the level of competence expertise required to meet and deliver to assignment needs.
Conduct forward-looking competence assessments to identify competence needs in potential new assignment demands currently outside the organization’s scope and competitive offer.
Explore and evaluate multiple team set-up possibilities/alternatives from the competence base, identifying the best possible outcomes of high performing teams and/or team constellations that are best suited to meet the competence needs of incoming assignments.
Optimise the utilization of internal and external resources aiming for cost-efficiencies and lowest price impact for the end-consumer.
Contribute to the development of assignment and competence areas by providing regular data and reports that share insights into competence availability, potential instances of underutilization, capacity forecast and competence gaps for ongoing/upcoming assignments.
Lead the development and standardization of management tools and best practices that support the optimization of resource allocation activities and monitoring capabilities.
Collaborate closely with assignment and competence areas to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of billable hours in projects via the established financial reporting tools.

Right now we're looking for a Safety & Security Specialist (with Information Security and Data Privacy (IS/DP) focus), someone who leads the proactive safety and security work in the working environments of ICOM. Someone that supports the proactive safety & security work at ICOM with a focus on Information Security and Data Privacy risks (IS/DP). 

This role will be a coordinator for the co-workers that are responsible for implementing IS/DP at ICOM. 

This role is also new in several perspectives. Combining regular Safety & Security tasks with the increasing ISDP responsibilities following GDPR and internal requirements. How would you do it!?

As a Safety & Security Specialist (with IS/DP focus), you will ensure a healthy, safe and secure environment for visitors and co-workers, you will maintain an overall risk awareness, and you will also maintain compliance with internal IKEA and external legal demands.

In the role you will:
Responsible for providing a proactive support to the business in ICOM with focus on Safety & Security and Information Security awareness.
Work closely with Business Solution organisation within Inter IKEA and the group ISDP team Range & Supply to support that Information Security and Data Privacy regulations and requirements are followed as intended by stakeholders.
Be part of the proactive Safety & Security work in all work environments at ICOM identifying existing and emerging risks and minimizing the impact of these within the scope of work.
Secure a desired and consistent level of Safety & Security and Information Security Data Privacy via regular audits, inspections, follow-up and training.
Complete relevant reporting, including incident reporting. Conduct analysis of incident trends on a regular basis, reporting to line management and to matrix reporting line.

Right now we're looking for a Project Leader - IT, Someone who secures the business with IT tools and systems, and provide support to the demand for IT tool development and increase business efficiency. As a Project Leader - IT, you will contribute to the development of the ICOM business and the IKEA brand by leading a DevOps team and managing projects for the development and production of IT systems, tools and customized solutions to enhance and improve the user facing interaction with complex production systems.

In the role you will:
Lead, negotiate and coordinate actions with all stakeholders to create and secure the scope of project, plan, quotations and required resources are clearly defined, clarified and communicated.
Monitor, track and analyse any key issues or risks that may affect stakeholder agreements (be it in cost, quality or time), maintaining an open dialogue and communication flow of project status, changing prerequisites, deviations and end-result expectations.
