Inter IKEA Group brings together three areas: Retail Concept, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people. You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development organization. IKEA Supply is responsible for ensuring that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.
Job Description
You will support our stakeholders by simultaneously leading and/or being part of the execution of several medium and high complexity Process Epics (PEPICs) and Capability Epics (CEPICS) assigned to you
These can be of character from refinement until full realisation of the intended outcomes.
You will work in a truly global environment and lead multi-disciplinary teams of high performing individuals from across businesses to drive change.
You will work in an environment where the following capabilities and experiences will be required:

Strong dependency management skills, sequencing and work breakdown refinement.
Knowledge and understanding of IKEA business model, strategic landscape and operating model, roles across capability, product, architecture, data, and operations.
Knowledge in governance forums, calendars, templates, documentation standards.
Solid knowledge and understanding of IKEA Business Year cycle.
Solid knowledge and understanding of key business development processes.
Strong understanding of developing capabilities in people, process, data and technology dimension.
Capability to follow through on commitments and keep momentum by being proactive, prioritising, delegating and escalating when needed.
Experience with roadmaps, planning and management of dependencies, and how to get things done in a big organization based on agile principles.
Comfort in working in iterative environments where problem space and solution space evolve over time.

Responsibilities & tasks
Facilitate stakeholder dialogues to align PEPIC(s) with long-term business value and OKRs.
Drive cross process and capability collaboration toward expected outcomes.
Ensure PEPIC/CEPIC readiness for discussion, prioritization and decision-making with the Business Owner (PEPIC/CEPIC Owner).
Identify and manage reprioritization needs and escalations.
Secure alignment between stakeholders across Inter IKEA Group.
Empower capability and product areas with clarity and direction.
Proactively engage stakeholders to drive impact and lead others effectively.
Lead or support PEPICs/CEPICs from initiation to implementation using a fact-based approach.
Manage assignments within scope, time and cost using relevant methods and tools.
Strive for effective and efficient ways of working.
Manage dependencies, interfaces, risks and quality according to requirements.
Drive change management for successful implementation.
Control procurement of resources and services as needed.
Support stakeholders in accelerating strategic business development.

High degree of seniority level and experience in the dimensions as described in this Job description
To succeed in these roles, you have a solid business understanding and background, as well as deep skills and experience in working with highly complex projects across multiple functional areas, and deep knowledge of key business development processes and when to apply them.
Deep knowledge and understanding of Project Management knowledge areas methods and tools, Change management and Project governance structures.

In Purchasing Development, our assignment goes hand in hand with the IKEA Business Idea, created 75 years ago, as we are responsible to produce the wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. ?Affordability, accessibility, sustainability and quality are our main priorities.? We develop and execute sourcing strategies and thus meet the supply markets/industries in 6 different categories. We are a true global organisation with 1300 co-workers placed in 27 different locations, close to the suppliers and the market. The business development teams work close together with both suppliers and Product Development.

Energy is one of the focus areas in IKEA sustainability strategy to deliver to Climate positive agenda. By 2030, we aim to be 100% powered by renewable energy across the entire IKEA value chain. We are now looking for Energy Leader who has competence, knowledge and capabilities to lead this agenda in Purchasing development to enable us to deliver to our goals.

Your assignment is to lead the energy agenda across Purchasing development (all Category Areas) to deliver to IKEA 100% renewable energy goal until 2030 with cost efficient solutions.

Your main responsibilities:
Identify the GAPs and address them to relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to find solutions.
Lead and /or contribute to the identified projects that enable movement towards renewable energy across different industries by finding new solutions, innovations.
Support categories with identification of actions needed to be taken
Secure that all activities are ongoing and new ones contribute to the totality and are executed
Monitor and report on the progress
Competence development in organisation needed to make a movement
Lead internal and external forums related to energy
