Job description

You will be responsible for leading the production planning for the 3D coordinators, managing the process steps, and ensuring the delivery of the production brief. Your role includes clarifying workflows, defining roles and responsibilities, and continuously seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working. As the Production Delivery Leader, you will oversee time management, budget, and production quality. You will collaborate closely with other PDLs within the customer's organization and work hand-in-hand with 3D coordinators to ensure their work aligns with project timelines. This role has a strong focus on motion content and film production, requiring a deep understanding of cinematic workflows and storytelling through moving images.

The assignment is based in Älmhult and since you will collaborate with other internal stakeholders it's mandatory to at least be onsite 2-3 days on a weekly basis.

Your background

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of effectively managing and streamlining production flows and processes to enhance efficiency. Senior-level expertise in strategizing and implementing production plans to drive down costs and boost capacity is essential. Additionally, experience in leveraging modern production methods, particularly in motion content and film, is highly valued.

More specific requirements:

* You have at least 3 years of professional experience working and leading image, film or 3D production in high volume or lean processes.
* High level of knowledge and passion regarding modern production technics; graphical-, 3D, Real time, Automation.
* Experience with Censhare.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Description
The Project Leader will lead and facilitate projects and initiatives within The Museum of Furniture Studies. You will continue the work of ensuring establishment and further development of The Museum of Furniture Studies in Älmhult. You will also be responsible of developing the Museum of Furniture Studies programme offer.
In this role, you will play a key role in both internal and external collaborations, ensuring smooth processes and great long-term relationships with stakeholders. You lead project teams and coordinate people to perform and deliver through our company values. You will keep track on scope, time, costs and apply applicable delivery methods and tools. We see that you lead with communication and manage change, dependencies, interfaces and risks within the projects and initiatives you are leading. You lead by example and promote our company culture and values.
The museum is located in Älmhult, Småland, Sweden but you will work in an international arena.


Qualifications
We are looking for you with strong leadership capabilities, with an ability to lead and empower others towards a common goal. You are focused on delivery with an excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues. Qualifications

The Better Homes Leader is a position that requires deep knowledge of the IKEA range, home furnishing & interior design, global market home furnishings and social demographics. To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a broad understanding of the IKEA media landscape and what works best in each media. You have senior interior design experience from work on a global or national level with a commercial perspective. We think you have a degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Fine/Applied arts or working experience of the same value.

As a person, you are the go-to person of the team. You should have the ability to build good and strong relations with people, creating a positive and creative working environment based on the IKEA values: You are organized and a self-starter and ensure that your deadlines are met. You are also a great team player enjoying connecting and collaborating with others.
