Job Description


In this assignment, you will be:
Responsible to secure quality, food safety, nutrition and sustainability in products during the product development process and running range related to product requirements and direction.
Responsible to identify, manage and document risks during the product development process and of running range.
Responsible to secure that quality and food safety documentations on product level is compliant towards requirements in each market where products will be sold. Collaboration with market compliance leaders on product requirements are part of tasks.
Responsible for technical documentation, such as product specifications and certifications in PLM system.
Responsible for maintaining food specific parameters such as ingredient declarations, nutritional parameters, allergen information and analytical requirements for food products.
Responsible to participate in trial production at suppliers and secure product requirements are fulfilled.
Responsible to secure product quality, give input and take learnings to reduce deviations identified as product quality deviations.
Responsible to identify product improvement potentials that positively impact customer satisfaction, any dimension of democratic design, as well to utilize material in a healthier and sustainable way and give input to portfolio planning.
Responsible for identifying trends in the food industry related to ingredients and contribute to the portfolio plans with insights, suggestions on ingredient level in the product development process.
Capture learnings and actively share knowledge connected to the role.

Qualifications


We believe you have:
University degree in Food Engineering, Food Science or Food Technology, or relevant experience in engineering or product development.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of IKEA concept, strategies and IKEA processes.
Product knowledge (product requirements, product quality, market, customer and innovation).
Quality Assurance and Food safety management
Risk identification and management

You bring:
Analytical skills with ability to transfer knowledge, ideas and data into a product design.

Friday is looking for a Junior Material Impact Analyst on behalf of our client. The company is set and committed to reduce its climate footprint by 50% to 2030 and to reach net zero by 2050. To reach that target, Company need insights and understanding of the footprint that its value chain is generating across the world. Life Cycle Analysis provide those insights and with LCAs at hand, Company can select and deselect materials that supports the journey to 2030 and beyond.

In addition, new material development needs to be based on selecting the “right” raw material with the lowest climate and environmental impact. Hence, material impact analysis is needed to guide the development work and act as a sounding board to identify areas where the impact could be reduced or eliminated. The role is vital in the Company’s journey towards Net zero and beyond.

To succeed in the role, you should have a passion for creating a positive impact on people and the planet. Your focus will be on conducting analyses, as well as involving, inspiring, and clarifying LCA and material impact for people without a sustainability background. The assignment of the Material Impact analyst is to:

Support delivery of the material strategies, called Material Directions by providing necessary subject-matter expertise and conducting necessary analysis to identify improvement actions and support in establishing a portfolio of activities to deliver to set strategic sustainability goals. 
Support competence development on environmental impacts of materials, food and products, including conducting trainings. 
Support maintenance and development of IKEA database of environmental emission factors for materials and food ingredients (LCA database). 
Support projects which improve the quality or extent of the IKEA LCA database, both internally and externally. 
Support development of requirements for how to measure needed material amounts to calculate the environmental impacts of materials and food.

Qualifications
We are looking for a Food Packaging Engineer with some years of experience from working with packaging in the food and beverage industry.
You need to have a university education within the Engineering field and/or experience from similar positions.
This is a senior position that involve leading others, so leadership experience is important.
You need to be able to challenge, but as well empower and coach the development teams.
Great communication skills, fluent in English, both spoken and in written, and the capacity to organize your daily tasks is also required, since you will be involved in several different product development projects at the same time.
As a person you need be curious and solution oriented, and you need to have proven and excellent analysis skills such as assessing risks, impact and breaking down requirements while securing the connection to and follow up of the verification and validation of the packaging solutions.
You have a holistic approach to developing packaging, considering the entire value chain, from the supplier all the way to the store co-workers, customers and full life cycle of the packages.
You need to have a broad material understanding and have preferably worked with sustainable packaging development previously.

Vi söker en transportledare till avdelningen för insamling och transport med placering på kontoret i Älmhult. I rollen som transportledare kommer du att ansvara för den daglig driften av insamlingen av hushållsavfall i Älmhult och Markaryd samt arbetsledning av chaufförerna. Du följer upp dina medarbetare individuellt utifrån satta mål och rutiner. Du genomför löne-och medarbetarsamtal, ansvarar för budget och uppföljning samt är ansvarig för chaufförernas arbetsmiljö.
Det är viktigt att du samverkar med både chaufförer och kunder för att skapa förutsättning för en god arbetsmiljö. Via telefon, e-mail och modern fordonskommunikation hanterar du bokningarna som inkommer på ett logistiskt bra sätt.

Du kommer att arbeta i team tillsammans med kundtjänst, entreprenadsamordnare och avfallsrådgivare. I tjänsten ingår att ha kontakt med både företagare, fastighetsägare och kommuninvånare. Du kommer att ansvara för att samtliga fordon underhålls.

Som transportledare rapporterar du till transportchefen för insamling och transport. Eftersom du kommer att besöka de olika ägarkommunerna så måste du ha B-körkort.

About the assignment
As a Production Engineer you lead the engineering and quality agenda with the overall goal to improve the customer satisfaction. You are the main contact towards the suppliers and works as part of the business team together with the supplier to develop and secure the production processes, handling of quality deviations and secure compliance to all IKEA requirements. Support Production and Product engineers in local and global engineering/improvement/quality and Food Safety  projects
Support in analysing customer feedback, and development of project/actions to improve customer satisfaction
Support product development projects (News/Moves/Improves) in the food safety, compliance and quality dimension
Support business development team to implement quality assurance at suppliers and create pre-conditions for the suppliers to take full responsibility for their Quality  and compliance performance

Transport Area North Europe is part of IKEA Purchasing Services (Sweden) AB and is responsible for the steering, coordination, and development of IKEA transportation. As a Transport Planner, you will work in close cooperation with your team but also our carriers and other stakeholders in the Supply Chain to find the optimal transport solution. Your main focus will be to:
