Om rollen
Som Inköpschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för företagets inköpsfunktion och leder arbetet med att säkerställa en stabil och effektiv försörjning. Du och ditt team arbetar nära produktion och planering för att ligga steget före och säkerställa att det aldrig uppstår produktionsstopp på grund av brist på material eller komponenter.
Du ansvarar för att genomföra inköp av hög kvalitet genom väl förhandlade avtal som skapar god lönsamhet och långsiktigt värde för företaget. En central del av rollen är att bygga, utveckla och förvalta starka leverantörsrelationer, samtidigt som ett tydligt och professionellt ledarskap gentemot ditt team är avgörande för att lyckas.
I rollen arbetar du affärsmässigt och strategiskt, med fokus på hur inköpsarbetet på bästa sätt bidrar till företagets övergripande mål. Du ser till helheten och säkerställer att inköpsbeslut fattas utifrån både kommersiella och etiska perspektiv.

Ditt ansvarsområde
Du har det övergripande ansvaret för inköpsprocessen, vilket innefattar:

Utveckling och genomförande av inköpsstrategier och kategoristyrning


Berednings-, beställnings- och uppföljningsarbete


Upphandlingar, förhandlingar och avtalsarbete med leverantörer


Kommersiellt ansvar vid leverantörsförhandlingar och avtal


Du ansvarar för att företaget har en väl fungerande inköpsstrategi baserad på kategoristyrning, med fokus på affärsmässighet, hållbarhet och etik.
Som chef har du, på uppdrag av ledningen, ansvar för styrning och samordning i linje med företagets strategiska planering. I detta ingår budgetansvar, uppföljning samt fullt personalansvar för din avdelning. Du ansvarar för avdelningens resultat, tillväxt och långsiktiga utveckling samt för att verksamheten bedrivs effektivt och lönsamt.
Ditt team är en av dina viktigaste styrkor. Du har ansvar för att skapa och upprätthålla en kreativ och positiv arbetsmiljö som präglas av ömsesidig respekt, engagemang och samarbete.
En viktig del av rollen är att kontinuerligt utveckla inköpsavdelningen. Det innebär att ständigt förbättra rutiner, processer och arbetssätt utifrån affärsplanen. Vem vi söker
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp, ekonomi, teknik eller annat relevant område.


Minst 10 års erfarenhet av kvalificerat inköpsarbete, upphandling och leverantörs förhandlingar.


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledande roll med personalansvar.


God förståelse för tekniska komponenter, projekt inköp och industriella flöden.


Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ERP-system, gärna Monitor eller motsvarande.


Stark förmåga att strukturera, prioritera och fatta affärsmässiga beslut.


Analytisk, lösningsorienterad och handlingskraftig med god kommunikativ förmåga.


Förmåga att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt i en föränderlig miljö.

LAGERANSVARIG TILL W5 SOLUTION I ÄLMHULT Som Lageransvarig ansvarar du för att samordna och optimera det dagliga arbetet i lagret för att säkerställa ett effektivt materialflöde med hög kvalitet, säkerhet och leveransprecision. Utan formellt personalansvar fungerar du som en operativ ledare på plats och är en nyckelperson i att identifiera förbättringsområden, implementera lösningar och säkerställa att lagerrutiner följs enligt uppsatta processer.  ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som Lageransvarig kommer dina huvudsakliga uppgifter att vara:
Leda och samordna det dagliga operativa lagret i samarbete med lagerpersonal och övriga funktioner.
Säkerställa att processer följs och att arbetet i lagret bedrivs enligt fastställda rutiner och kvalitetskrav.
Arbeta nära planering och andra avdelningar för att förbättra och effektivisera logistik- och lagerflöden.
Följa upp nyckeltal relaterade till lagerverksamheten (ex. plockprecision, leveranssäkerhet, lagersaldoavvikelser).
Driva förbättringsinitiativ för arbetsmiljö, flöden och struktur i lagret.
Ansvara för att lagerytor hålls i gott skick, organiserade och säkra.
Operativt arbete vid in- och utleveranser, inventeringar samt andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter i lagret vid behov.
Lossa, ta emot och kontrollera ankommande gods i komponent- och färdigvarulager.
Säkerställa att inkommande produkter inte är skadade samt att rätt produkter levereras.
Säkerställa att packa och emballera produkter sker enligt rutiner.
Ta fram förpackningsrutiner för produkter
Underhålla korrekt fysisk placering av produkter och säkerställa att lagersaldo stämmer med ERP-system.
Koordinera inventering, rullande och årsvis.

About the role
Being a Business Development Manager at IKEA means several things. As a part of the Category Management Team, you will actively contribute the development of the Category Business Plan, securing business results and developing people as well as continuously explore new business opportunities in Europe. You lead, inspire and empower a team to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments responsible for developing paper businesses.
In this role, you will:
Lead a team of 12 people located in Älmhult and Prague with diverse backgrounds to inspire, empower and support the team to perform to the best. As you will be located in one of the purchasing office, remote leadership and frequently travelling is part of the job.

As Need Planning Manager you will:
Ensure agreed availability (according to SL goals) at lowest possible cost (supply plan accuracy, Inventory turns, stock structure) for the assigned product range areas.
Lead business and people of assigned area through developing, motivating, and coaching Need Planning Team Managers
Create pre-conditions for excellence in execution by proactively securing executable supply plans for assigned range areas & geographical regions
Be responsible for recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans for Need Planning Team Managers
Drive the competence agenda for all Co-workers in the assigned area
Contribute to and initiate geographical forums with other supply stakeholders as well as lead initiatives together with Supply Chain stakeholders in order to ensure an executable supply plan and healthy stock structure for the assigned geographical region

Your assignment in the Range Area will be to lead and develop the Demand Planning and Sourcing function. You will lead the sourcing and supply agenda from a Range Area perspective through close collaboration with key supply stakeholders.
Together with Range Area management team, you will lead the creation of the HFB plan through a collaboration across teams both internally and externally. You will secure that opportunities and limitations from a supply chain perspective are integrated in the Range plan and that improves and cost out agendas are reflected in the portfolio.

As Category Manager you will be in charge of developing and implementing the global ambitions of Category Pigment and Veneer. Together with your management team, you will be leading the Category by securing competent and high-performing teams and leaders. Qualifications
We see that our ideal candidate believes in a collaborative approach, is able to work with a variety of stakeholders and is comfortable working in the unknown.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record, including operative purchasing experience. We also believe you have a deep knowledge of managing key supplier relations, material and production, and an ability to simplify the complexity. Of course you identify strongly with our values, you act as an ambassador for them and enjoy creating an environment where the IKEA values are a living reality. You should also have strong communication skills and be fluent in the English language.

We are looking for 10 Supply Chain Managers who are ready to take the Supply Chain responsibility for one of the new Range Areas. Your assignment in the Range Area will be to lead the Demand Planning and Sourcing Specialist function and lead the sourcing and supply agenda from a Range Area perspective through close collaboration with key supply stakeholders.
Together with Range Area management team you will lead the creation of Range plans through a collaboration across teams both internally and externally. You will secure that opportunities and limitations from a supply chain perspective are integrated in the Range plan. You will also secure that improves and cost out agendas are reflected in the portfolio.
In this assignment you are responsible for alignment and overview of the supply chain activities, such as deployment of platforms, material and sustainability agendas e.g. ensuring that ‘Material direction’ is being deployed in the Range Area. You are responsible for Sourcing assignment creation together with main Categories and for the Sales & Operational planning process in the Range Area including the tactical Demand plan.
The Supply Chain Manager
Have several years of broad supply chain experience together with great knowledge of leading business and people together.
Have been creating and implementing long term strategic plans within the supply chain and are used to provide clear directions and follow up goals.
Has the ability to look beyond and to lead business with a holistic view, always with the customer, supplier, total IKEA value chain and total cost development in mind

Du hanterar även det operativa inköpsarbetet genom att lägga inköpsorder för råmaterial och komponenter så att produktionen kan fungera utan störningar.
Det operativa arbetet omfattar leveransbevakning, hantera avvikelserapporter, returer och reklamationer, registervård i affärssystemet såsom löpande prisuppdateringar, registrering av nya artiklar, optimering av lagernivåer etc., mätning och uppföljning av nyckeltal, löpande leverantörsvärdering samt ansvar för den årliga lagerinventeringen m.m.

Du rapporterar till VD för Lechner Svenska AB, ingår i företagets ledningsgrupp och är personalansvarig för tre personer.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift blir att leda och driva utvecklingen av vår lagerverksamhet samt personalansvar för 14 kollegor. Ditt ansvarsområde spänner över både intern- och externlogistik, godsmottagning och reservdelshantering. Du kommer även att vara ansvarig för den årliga inventeringen. Du rapporterar till företagets Logistik/Inköpschef.

Tillsammans med övrig personal utvecklar ni verksamheten inom lagret och du kommer dessutom att leda och delta i olika tvärfunktionella projekt gällande effektiviseringar och kontinuerliga förbättringar.

Som arbetsledare är du delaktig i vardagen på lagret och ser till att alla flöden följs och fungerar. Du kommer även att arbeta med förekommande personalarbete såsom medarbetarsamtal, arbetsmiljö, lönesamtal och utbildning/utveckling.

In your role as Business development Manager you are accountable for developing and implementing the Action plan in line with Category Business plan with objectives of delivering excellent results in running operations and professional long term business development with suppliers.
A very important part of your assignment will be to lead, inspire and empower the co –workers in your team to perform to the best to deliver excellent results and continuously develop and grow in their assignment.


Location for the role is within Purchasing and Logistics Area North in Älmhult.


As Business Development Manager your main assignments will be:
Overall responsible for the business and suppliers performance
Accountable for establishing and developing high performing supplier base by keeping long term relations with suppliers, opening new ones according to business needs
You will lead and/or contribute to projects on behalf of the overall category or category area, contribute to identify and act on cross-regional synergies & opportunities
You will secure planning and execution to fulfil the sourcing assignment and pro-actively work together with Home Furnishing Businesses (Internal stakeholders) to integrate opportunities and act on deviations
Secure compliance to IKEA Purchasing manual and other agreed working methods
Responsible for the Leadership and Competence agenda for the business team; recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans for co-workers directly in your team to meet short and long term business needs
Establishing and managing cost budget for the team. Continuously use resources in an optimal way to secure business goals ensuring organizational efficiency

Based on the current Warehousing Logistics (WLOG) Organisation and LOGEVO we want to further build a  strong Intralogistics organisation to establish, lead, support and develop logistics solutions for the various IKEA units that have a logistical and fulfilment component, including the development and innovation agenda of intralogistics at IKEA global. In practical terms, Intralogistics shall lead and educate in creating concepts, processes and solutions for IKEA Handling and Storage as well as to act as centre of expertise for all establishments of logistics units around the globe. The organisation is in strong lead towards a more mechanical and automated goods handling.

By leading the global Intralogistics organisation you secure competent and high performing leaders who inspire and empower co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments. As part of the Intralogistics team you contribute to the innovation agenda and fulfilment of Logistic Development tasks across IKEA Supply Chain. Moreover, you develop, implement and follow up action plan for the unit, delivering excellent results in supporting intralogistics projects and professional long term concept development for all IKEA franchisees.

This role will be a combination of the role as deputy intralogistics manager and business & product development manager. As deputy intralogistics manager/business & product development manager you will, among other tasks:
Be responsible for driving leadership and competence agenda: identify needs and gaps, and build leadership and competence plans to meet the short and long term business needs.
Responsible to secure the business, the development and maintenance of products.
Responsible to secure the movement from innovation projects to product development and secure the readiness of future technologies and solutions
Responsible for business and product development, building relationships with service requestors
Market Intralogistics services, solutions and capabilities.
Be accountable for the execution of the projects / tasks delivered by your department.
Represent Intralogistics in project steering groups
Responsible to ensure that products are developed according "design for total cost" to optimize the value chain
Be responsible for securing a concise information/communication flow from Business & Product development and Intralogistics and to the many stakeholders.
Develop and lead the implementation of the Business & Product development action plan and contribute to the Intralogistics and SCD assignment across IKEA.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Senior managerial and leadership experience, preferably gained in IKEA supply chain and based on the IKEA key values.
A passion for Intralogistics and a strong knowledge and understanding of the IKEA processes, organizations and supply chain.
Experience in intralogistics material flow systems, processes and related IT solutions.
The desire and capability to be a great communicator and by this build trust and relationships to handle multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
Experience in project management as well as in vendor and contract management.
Capability to perform business analysis, risk assessment, scenario planning and draw fast conclusions to support the right business decisions and implementations.
Capability to represent IKEA towards external suppliers and to be an IKEA ambassador in everything you do.
A desire to do things differently and challenge current ways of working and the ability to move with speed and direction
