We are now looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Solution Architecture team, within Procurement Development area. You will be part of digital product team(s). This is a unique chance to be in the lead as we move towards a new foundation that will help us today and in the future. You will work closely with our digital product leaders, business analyst and team in your everyday work, and you will be a part of exciting initiatives by designing cost-efficient and reliable digital products keeping business priorities in the center.
The assignment as Solution Architect:
In collaboration with stakeholders, bring ideas or business needs into business value through solutions.
Understand the digital product leader’s overall application portfolio, business priorities, and success measures to design robust architectures and solutions.
Proactively identify and advise on opportunities to deliver better business result (e.g. related to technology trends and players, roadmaps, customer value, cost, benefits, impact, risks, dependencies).
Secure, develop and review high-level design to support running business and provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition.
Collaborate with other Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects ensuring that the product/platform adheres to the Technology Architecture.
Communicate the solution architectures and transition roadmaps to relevant internal and external stakeholders within and across organization(s).
Govern and seek understanding, agreement to ensure aligned and consistent solution implementations across IKEA.
Support and be part of projects, initiatives and take responsibility for securing IKEA’s architecture vision and goals.
In a close dialog with stakeholders create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current state, future state, and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of solutions.

Practical experience working in Agile and DevOps.
A passion about technology; trends & constantly keep you updated in how new technology can be utilized to bring value in a modern enterprise system landscape.
Good understanding about system integrations and can discuss technical interfaces on the needed detail level.
Excellent analytical skills and apply a systematic approach to think through end-to-end solution architecture, encompassing all necessary solution components.
Strong stakeholders’ management skills.
Experience from global implementation projects or larger solutions/platforms.
Working experience on Supplier collaboration and/or supplier relationship management products or software would be an advantage.

The Intelligence Automation Centre of Excellence has the assignment to create value by providing automation solutions and simplify the life of our IKEA co-worker, working hand in hand with the business and product teams.
This role includes essential duties and responsibilities:
Evaluate intelligent automation solutions, including cognitive automation, machine learning, and natural language processing, to determine the best fit for specific business processes.
Creating architectural blueprints for development teams.
Create and own solution design documents, as well as provide architect-level approvals on all functional design document.
Define the technical framework considering all relevant artifacts including Security, compliance, access management and application landscape integration requirement.
Develop best practices around automation and drive development of reusable components and assets.
Provides technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of automation solutions.
Building complex, highly available, cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) best practices and ensuring cloud security.
Staying current with technology trends in the intelligent automation space trends.

Next to the core business assignment, Core Business Range is also responsible to lead (on behalf of Inter IKEA Group) the running support and further development of our People and HR Solutions: Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

Range & product 3D development within R&P management has the overall responsibility to lead and deploy Digital product development and a connected digital chain with 3D as the base. This include effective and efficient ways of working, methods, competences and tools for the area.

As an Enterprise Architect for 3D / Virtual Product, you will lead the business architecture IT & Application Architecture for the value stream. Starting from the early prototyping, through robust and life cycle managed part structures, to communicative 3D assets utilized in our customer facing communication and content strategy. IKEA has an outstanding know how and competence in how to use 3D assets in customer meetings. This is a differentiating competence for us, making the range and room sets look realistic and. Process Developer in Supply Chain Development Area Execution – Define Optimal Replenishment Solution (DORS).
Job Description
As a Process Developer in DORS you lead and contribute to the company processes development: how we work, lead and organize with process orientation as the starting point. You will also take the lead for continuous improvements as well as the long-term direction to secure better ways of working and increased customer satisfaction. You participate in external networks for benchmarking and enhance knowledge in appointed processes
Your main tasks are:
Identify and propose process/sub-processes design and direction of improvement initiatives and prepare basis for decision.
Gather, understand and analyse business benefits of identified process improvement potentials by using different methodologies.
Secure implementation and establishment of the process including identifying competence development needs.
Lead and manage process improvement projects (incl IT tools). Interact with related functions and matrixes in the development of the solution.
Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development towards other connected processes.
Secure follow-up of process performance according to set KPI's.

Customs is a dynamic area with high business impact. IKEA must be compliant with legal restrictions and regulations to enable goods to flow smoothly across borders keeping our customers all around the world happy.
Customs domain is undertaking a major transformation journey by implementation standardized business processes and solution globally. The transformation journey will take several years to complete.
Customs team within Execution plays an important role for making this happen together with their business stakeholders. Customs team are experts in digital solutions enabling customs business process needs.
Are you experienced in developing, reviewing, and approving high and low-level design of IT solutions? Do you want to work in an area which requires you to both secure high data quality, to be flexible and adapt to changes with short notice?
Job Description
The assignment will include
· Responsible for detailing IT functional and non-functional requirements for given business requirements in the business solution delivery process, incl. support with clarifying business requirements if needed.
· Secure that IT solutions fulfil the agreed functional and non-functional business requirements.
· Secure, develop and review high-level design. Approve low-level design of the implementation of a business transformation with an IT component to support running business, provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition.
· Govern that the design of the solutions conforms to the solution architecture and is efficient, meet business requirements and based on a holistic architecture.
· Is responsible for securing the architecture vision and goals of the Customs area in the solution architecture and system development process.
· In a close dialog with stakeholders create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current state, future state and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of business solutions.
· In close collaboration with IT architects lead solution activities within the domain, establish solution/infrastructure design in accordance with the architecture and provide technology advice.
