We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect (SA) with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Solution Architecture team, within Procurement Development area. You will be part of digital product team(s). This is a unique chance to be in the lead as we move towards a new foundation that will help us today and in the future. You will work closely with our digital product leaders, business analyst, process developers and delivery team in your everyday work, and you will be a part of exciting initiatives by designing cost-efficient and reliable digital products keeping business priorities in the centre.
The assignment as Solution Architect:
In collaboration with stakeholders, bring ideas or business needs into business value through solutions.
Understand the digital product leader’s overall application portfolio, business priorities, and success measures to design robust architecture and solutions.
Proactively identify and advise on opportunities to deliver better business result (e.g. related to technology trends and players, roadmaps, customer value, cost, benefits, impact, risks, dependencies).
Secure, develop and review high-level design to support running business and provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition.
Collaborate with other Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects ensuring that the product/platform adheres to the Technology Architecture.
Communicate the solution architectures and transition roadmaps to relevant internal and external stakeholders within and across organization(s).
Govern and seek understanding, agreement to ensure aligned and consistent solution implementations across IKEA.
Support and be part of projects, initiatives and take responsibility for securing IKEA’s architecture vision and goals.
In a close dialog with stakeholders create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current state, future state, and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications
Are you the right candidate?
We believe you have a solid programming and development background and understand the Software development processes and of solution architecture concepts.
Working experience on Web technology, Cloud platform and SaaS solutions.
You have practical experience working in Agile and DevOps.
You are passionate about technology; trends & constantly keep you updated in how new technology can be utilized to bring value in a modern enterprise system landscape.
You have a good understanding about system integrations, data integration and can discuss technical interfaces on the needed detail level.
You have excellent analytical skills and apply a systematic approach to think through end-to-end solution architecture, encompassing all necessary solution components.
We believe you have experience from global implementation projects or larger solutions/platforms.
Working experience on digital procurement products or software would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Supply Chain experienced Enterprise Architect working with an E2E Goods Flow assignment in Core Business Supply. Understanding the dynamics of a Supply Chain, from the Supplier, logistics and distribution to the meeting with our sales channels and customer meeting. Capable of leading the way in defining the supply chain architecture for the future. You will be part of the Data & Technology department within the Supply Chain Development organization and have an assignment to work with the E2E Goods flow in focus and collaborate with the different capability areas on how to address the architectural changes across. What you will do
· Define, lead and own parts of the E2E Goods Flow architecture work and being part of setting the vision and direction for different transformative movements.
· With an agile mindset, co-create and build the target state and provide roadmaps and incremental outcome focused transitions needed to reach the wanted position
· Secure architectural guidelines, design principles and lead architectural governance and anchoring through different fora’s and artefacts

· Build relationship and engage with stakeholders across the supply chain.

Qualifications
This is a senior position, so we believe that you have:

Next to the core business assignment, IKEA of Sweden is also responsible to lead (on behalf of Inter IKEA Group) the running support and further development of our People and HR Solution: Workday.

Workday is the foundation for efficient People and Culture processes, supported by high quality and real time data for faster and better decision making. 
Current live HCM scope is Personal Information, Staffing, Absence Management, Compensation and Time Tracking. This scope is supported today by internal team working with Operations and Development. Our DevOps team is currently supporting approx. 11 000 co-workers employed in 27 countries. The roll-out will continue to additional 10 000 co-workers during the coming year.

Your assignment will be to provide support both within solution team but also to the business regarding Workday related topics and design. You will work closely with people & culture community based globally and project / solution team members. 
You will report to the Workday Solution Team manager at Core Business Range.

Lead the work to anchor our direction and principles, resolving dilemmas by forming cross functional work groups that guide the way forward.
Support the Enterprise Architects in their work to frame all initiatives with a robust application architecture direction and fit.
Responsible, as a member of the Architecture leadership, to guide bigger, cross functional, cross technology movements (e.g. through EA Assessments)
Responsible for up-to-date architecture artefacts and data architecture patterns. Partnering with project teams to design, create and re-use of the same.
Evolve the Enterprise Architecture discipline and competences, especially value adding services like conceptual solution design, embedding architecture into the development teams (Classic or Agile), and creative ways of supporting the digital transformation.
Shared Responsibility for the Inter IKEA Architecture Roadmap.
Shared Responsibility for cross-domain architecture scrums / working groups to resolve strategic questions, continuously improve a consistent business and technology blueprint.

In this role you will report to our Architecture Manager for IKEA Supply and work closely with the Architecture Manager at Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality, contributing to the Inter IKEA architecture framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA.
