Som teamchef på Willys har du en mycket viktig del i butikens och butiklagets utveckling, och i arbetet för att erbjuda våra kunder bra och hållbar mat till riktigt bra priser!

Du är en del i butikens ledningsgrupp, med butikschefen som närmaste chef, och du leder och planerar verksamheten i Team Kassa. Självklart deltar du också i det dagliga arbetet med att hjälpa våra kunder checka ut sina varor.
Du arbetar målinriktat för att utveckla butikens försäljning, lönsamhet och övriga viktiga nyckeltal. Du deltar också i arbetet med att ta fram och följa upp butikens affärsplan.
Som teamchef Kassa ansvarar du för en väldigt viktig del av butiken, där vi möter flest kunder och där vi har chansen att ge ett gott sista intryck.
Du är en förebild i arbetet för att välkomna alla våra kunder och möta dem med kunskap, fingertoppskänsla och ett stort leende.
Du har personalansvar för medarbetarna i kassateamet och ansvarar därmed bland annat för rekrytering, schemaläggning och introduktion.
Du leder, motiverar och utvecklar ditt team och bidrar till att medarbetarna utvecklas och presterar utifrån sin fulla potential.

Färskvaruavdelningen är en mycket viktig del av vår butik och som teamchef Färsk har du en nyckelroll i butiken. Våra teamchefer är en mycket viktig del i butikens och butiklagets utveckling, och i arbetet för att erbjuda våra kunder bra och hållbar mat till riktigt bra priser!

Du är en del i butikens ledningsgrupp, med butikschefen som närmaste chef, och du leder och planerar verksamheten i färskvaruteamet. Självklart tar du aktivt del i det dagliga operativa butiksarbetet – du kan räkna med att få många steg på stegräknaren!
Du arbetar målinriktat för att utveckla butikens försäljning, lönsamhet och övriga viktiga nyckeltal. Du deltar också i arbetet med att ta fram och följa upp butikens affärsplan.
Du har personalansvar för medarbetarna i färskvaruteamet och ansvarar därmed bland annat för rekrytering, schemaläggning och introduktion.
Du leder, motiverar och utvecklar ditt team och bidrar till att medarbetarna utvecklas och presterar utifrån sin fulla potential.
Du är en förebild i arbetet för att välkomna alla våra kunder och möta dem med kunskap, fingertoppskänsla och ett stort leende.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of embedded software engineers, providing leadership and guidance in project execution, task delegation, and professional development.
Lead the development and maintenance of existing Zigbee-based IoT devices while spearheading the transition to the Matter protocol for new and upcoming products.
Drive the creation of requirements specifications for next-generation Matter-based IoT devices.
Oversee the design and implementation of prototypes for new device types and customized IoT solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of connectivity components for existing and future IoT hubs/gateways within the IKEA ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all devices.
Build and disseminate knowledge about the Matter protocol across the department, educating team members outside the embedded team on its principles and applications.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
Prior professional experience in embedded software development, particularly in IoT or similar domains.
Prior professional experience in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
Prior exposure to wireless connectivity protocols such as Zigbee, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi, and Thread is advantageous.
Familiarity with IoT standards and protocols, especially the Matter (CHIP) standard, is advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience, including team mentoring, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with build systems and deployment pipelines for efficient software development and deployment workflows is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.

Job Description
Right now the newly established Marketing & Communication Planning team is looking for a Creative Planner. This means that you need to have both motivation and ability to influence and develop the way we are working.
The Marketing & Communication Planning team sets the pre-conditions and plan the marketing and communication delivery and IMC offer, help lead the communication development agenda to always be ready for the needs of tomorrow. As a Creative Planner you will:
Analyze research, insights and business input and turn it into key issues and findings that can strengthen the creative brief that will help to create distinctive communication.
Access and secure the pipeline for getting research & data. Interact with the Business Intelligence team to feedback and secure the needs from a communication development perspective.
Contribute to writing and strengthening creative briefs with insights and big thinking.
Work closely with the Assignment Leaders and Creative teams to ensure the work is on-brief.
Support Communication Developers in new requests by meeting with business partners and translate/scope needs into suggested communication projects.
Running creative and/or explorative sessions.
Be the voice and champion of the consumers while having a thorough understanding of IKEA strategies.
Develop and maintain close collaboration and relations with our Interior Designers as experts in life at home.

Qualifications

Facilitating that our customers in the end understand why different products in a function has different prices. Lastly, we lead IKEAs ways of working with Activity planning, or Sales Action Collaboration, facilitating that the supply chain has the right input to deliver the right quantity, to the right place, at the right time. Driving sales, visitation and growth in the markets.

In this role you will be accountable for that the processes are Easy to use, effective and efficient, enabling all stakeholders to use their time on the right things. We believe that the best way to do this is by being data driven, relevant, providing the right business output in a cost efficient and user friendly manner. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the co-workers in the Sales Collaboration function, nurturing commerciality, enthusiasm, willpower, and co-creation.

Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper

With a  Production Engineer, who takes care of the production process and quality, and a Supply Planner who handles logistics. För att lyckas i din roll behöver du vara en god kommunikatör, så det faller dig naturligt att skapa och upprätthålla nära samarbeten gentemot både kunder och olika intressenter. Människor i din närhet beskriver dig som lyhörd och en problemlösare, vilket i praktiken innebär att du behöver ha förmågan att snabbt kunna omprioritera och resursfördela för att på bästa sätt säkerställa teamets totala leverans. För att lyckas i rollen, söker vi dig som har:

DITT ANSVAR
Som team manager på Finance Services kommer ditt uppdrag huvudsakligen att innefatta följande uppgifter:
• Som ambassadör för IKEA och Finance Services leder du både affären och människorna med kunden i fokus. Det innebär att du säkerställer och ansvarar för leverans av god kvalitet och service enligt gemensamma mål.
• Ansvarig för budget och uppföljning.
• Definiera mål och handlingsplan tillsammans med ditt team, med Ingka ABs affärsplan som bas.
• Utveckla verksamheten och uppmuntra till ständiga förbättringar av processer och uppgifter.
• Anpassa, implementera samt utveckla effektiva och kostnadsmedvetna arbetsrutiner.
• Leda samt utveckla medarbetare genom vår IKEA kultur och våra värderingar.
• Genomföra regelbundna jobchats samt säkerställa årliga utvecklingsplaner och uppföljningar.
• Identifiera talanger och tillhandahålla successionsplaner för ditt team och om resursbehov uppstår, driva samt genomföra diverse rekryteringsprocesser.


Du kommer att rapportera till Accounting & Reporting manager. Positionen är tillfällig och vikariatet löper mellan januari 2021 - april 2022.

Tjänsten
Som teamledare leder och fördelar du arbetet inom driften på underhållsavdelningen. Tillsammans med dina medarbetare effektiviserar, analyserar och följer du löpande upp aktiviteter och processer inom ditt område. Teamledaren ansvarar för att leverera den fastställda planen för vårt underhållsarbete. Du har personalansvar för ett team bestående av 7 underhållstekniker.
De huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterna består av att leda, driva och utveckla det operativa dagliga arbetet inom underhåll och dess processer mot uppsatta mål och beslutade strategier. Du är spindeln i nätet med många kontaktytor internt och externt, ex genom entreprenörsarbete. Teamledaren är en viktig person i budgetprocessen och jobbar även med uppföljning av kostnader.
Då vår verksamhet är igång året om ingår det att du är flexibel med arbetstider. Vi har fasta underhållsstopp vid jul/nyår samt under sommarsemestern.
Du ska också utveckla medarbetare enligt gällande HR-processer och säkerställa kompetensbehovet på avdelningen på lång sikt. Vi har som målsättning att utveckla vårt operatörsunderhåll och du blir en naturlig person att hjälpa till med kompetensutvecklingsresan.
Profil
Vi söker dig som brinner för att utveckla människa, maskin och metod. Du leder ditt team genom ett högt säkerhetstänk och sätter arbetsmiljöfrågor högt på agendan.
För detta uppdrag tror vi att du har en utbildning med inriktning på underhåll eller har skaffat motsvarande kompetens genom dina tidigare arbeten. Vi ser att du har erfarenheter från liknande uppgifter inom förebyggande underhåll mot en tillverkande produktionsenhet. Vidare arbetar du idag som chef och har erfarenhet och vana att leda och fördela arbete. Du har goda kunskaper inom Lean.
Som person har du en naturlig fallenhet att leda individer och team, är lyhörd, pedagogisk med auktoritet som bygger på din tekniska färdighet och erfarenhet inom produktion och underhåll. Du tycker om att leda förändring och har lätt att entusiasmera och få med dig medarbetare samt har också förmåga att utveckla individer och arbetar genom dina medarbetare.

IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the 424 IKEA stores and other multichannel touchpoints around the world. The total range is almost 10,000 products. Marketing & Communication focuses on strategic development of the IKEA product and range marketing and communication, brand building communication as well as communication to the many people inside and outside of IKEA.

 

The position as Marketing & Communication Design Manager is new where you have the chance to take the lead of creating it. It is a strategic role where you, together with leaders and co-workers within your area, are responsible to lead the overall strategic agenda of Marketing & Communication at Range & Supply in terms of turning marketing and communication insights to intelligence, overall guidelines to operate within, as well as setting the communication platforms and innovation agenda. With your teams, you will set the pre-conditions to maximise the impact and growth at total lowest cost. You lead the teams within the area of Design, an area you will be responsible for developing, with a responsibility to lead across M&C as well as key stakeholders in the IKEA network. The role with require high skills of coaching and leading across networks and will be in close collaboration with Core Business Franchise to that sets the overall frames. Being part of the management team for Marketing & Communication, you will be a key player in the Marketing & Communication community with about 550 people. And it will require you to be entrepreneurial with a solid can-do-approach always leading with the total IKEA network in mind. It will be a position where we think no day looks like the other one (to be discovered). 

In this role, we believe that you will:
•    Be responsible in defining and developing the marketing & communication approach for IKEA R&S and at the same time securing the approach is in line with the IKEA eco system
•    Be responsible to turn insights into marketing intelligence making sure we are always in the forefront and lead with data driven approach
•    Be responsible to set the marketing & communication pre-conditions for R&S to create maximum impact through our marketing and communication activities and processes
•    Define, develop and lead the overall strategic guidelines to enable world class content management and development.
•    Be responsible to explore, develop and set the common long term communication platforms
•    Be responsible to identify business opportunities translating these into marketing strategies and/or innovation initiatives
•    Be responsible to lead the overall innovation agenda with the responsibility to deploy these successfully in the business
•    Contribute to the overall framework agreements within IKEA Network in relation to Marketing & Communication
•    Be responsible for overall knowledge transfer to colleagues within and outside the Marketing & Communication network
